It's a Mcdonalds, so I won't waste too much time on this. The layout of this place is poor - both interior and exterior. The drive-thru is always jammed! The lines of cars often go into the local road blocking the ability to turn in/out and blocking cars in the parking spots. Second, the waiting area is small so people crowd up eliciting confusion as to who has been waited upon and who needs to order. It also has a ball pit - ugh kids with stinky feet. This location is NOT 24 hours. I went to pick up a delivery that was placed 30 min before closing and when I got to the store they said they were closed and wouldn't fulfill the order. This is the only fast food place I've been to where the employees either won't have a mask at all or will wear it under their chin. I've received dirty kids meal boxes before that looked like it was caked in mayonnaise in the bottom pulled from the trash. I've gotten stale food more often than I've gotten decent food. I've had the wrong food more often than not. Worst of all, the employees are RUDE. I'm super understanding of anything but I will not be understanding of employees that roll their eyes at me when I say thank you and tell them to have a good day or just give me attitude for no damn reason at all. I have never once been rude to them but they are ALMOST ALWAYS rude in the drive thru. I work at the mall so I don't have many options for food but I think I'd rather just not eat on my lunch break anymore than eat here. read more

This ENTIRE place was EXTREMELY dirty from the front to the back. So sad and disappointing as my daughter wanted to eat the forher birthday! we had our family of 6 and tried to order but the longer we stood there in filth, seeing the dirtiness and them being out of ICE I canceled the order! I went to this mcdonalds to grab a drink, and saw that the line was wrapped around the building, so I went in to get my one drink, which mind you is a fountain drink, not a late or some other thing there, just one fountain drink. I stood at the register for almost 5-6 minutes with my money in hand, and no one was coming to even take my order. I saw (What I believe is the manager, chick with dreads) on the phone talking away and looking at me every so often. Seriously? I always heard customers are first? Whatever though, so I had enough after standing there, wondering why I'm not getting served, put my money down on the table, lean over the counter and grab a drink because I gotta get back to work, and see the floor, and IT IS DISGUSTING!!!! Like I couldn't believe how gross it was, I already grabbed the drink by this point so I figured I'm not eating anything so whatever. Grab my drink, and see the manager giving me a death stare. I don't think I have ever written a review but this has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They take forever just to take your order. I sat between 5 to 10 minutes at the order menu without ever being greeted. They finally started taking orders and took about 4 orders from the right side as I sat there on the left drive thru waiting. Then the person taking the order was rude and quickly asking me what I wanted when I had several things to order. Then when I finally got to the last window there are about 6 highschool kids on their phones and joking and laughing with eachother. Management is obviously a joke and nobody here seems to take their job seriously. read more

this place is NASTY. the smell is horrendous, it smells like sewage water. everything is dirty , the workers are rude and inconsiderate. the food is cold and sometimes raw. the windows have stains and dead bugs in the window seal. this place is DISGUSTING. will not be returning. read more

McDonald's is McDonald's, I get it, but this particular one is the most disgusting one I have ever been to. Every table in the whole place was dirty, there was visible crud on the drink machine like nobody had wiped it off for months. The ketchup dispenser was broken, so the had it open without a lid and flies flying around it and people were actually using their hands to take little solo cups and dip the ketchup out. Needless to say I did not use it, but it was absolutely disgusting. The floors were gross and the staff were unprofessional. This is the worst one I have been to in Indy and the surrounding areas, and it should be shut down by the health department. read more

I pulled up to the drive-thru Tuesday, February 20 at approximately 7pm. The gentleman told me to place my order, when I was ready. I tried to place my order 4 times, before the gentleman responded. I ordered 2 Buttermilk Chicken Tenders, and waited 5 minutes in line to pay. When I pulled up to the second window, the gentleman told me the chicken wasn't ready, and asked me to pull forward. There was a vehicle behind me that also pulled forward, waiting on their order. A young girl walked out 15 minutes later carrying 2 bags, and asked what I ordered. I told her 2 Buttermilk Chicken Tenders, and handed me the bag and walked off. The young girl should have said I'm sorry for your wait, and asked what I ordered. Handed me my order, and said thank you for waiting. Instead she was rude, and acted like I was an inconvenience. There's a huge difference in the young people that are employed by McDonald's, and Culver's. McDonald's has a huge turnover rate, the employee's are slow, rude, and act like you're an inconvenience. Culver's turnover rate is very low, the employee's are fast, polite, and always willing to go out of their way to help. I'll never go back to McDonald's! read more

This place is okay. The playground area is huge and could be amazing except it usually smells really bad and is terribly hot. This McDonalds is not the cleanest and is VERYYYYY slow if you go inside. I like the drive through here... never had to wait too long in the drive through - It seems they finish all the drive through orders before they even greet the people inside. read more

I dont like this place one bit. They are always way to slow and it's always people talking talking and talking that's all the people do. Me and a relative of mine were in the drive way and we can hear them talking to each other we waited about 10 minutes and we were off and they dont have it very clean I think they need to shut it down already. read more

This is a weekly visit for me and the kids in the winter to give my wife some time to herself. The Playplace is probably the best in the area. It has stairs, which is helpful for the littlest ones to navigate up and down to play. Sometimes they could heat the place a little better, but that is to be expected with the big windows. I also like the fact that they have a bathroom in the Playplace so it's close when the kids need to go (also a changing table in there). The service isn't usually that great, but it's McDonald's, so you get what you pay for. There is a female manager who appears to be Samoan that you don't want to upset, because I've seen her scream at customers before. Otherwise, the Playplace is the biggest draw here for our family. read more
