We had heard so many good things about this restaurant that we decided to check it out. We went for dine in near noontime on a weekday. There was no wait to place our orders and our server was very friendly. Our food came out fairly quickly. The chicken was good and I really liked the unsweetened brewed iced tea. If you were wanting to get any other food but chicken tenders you would need to go elsewhere. I thought the prices were a little high for fast food but it was good. We also had to bus our own table as there were some tables that hadn't been cleaned yet but it was their busy time of day.

The food was too good to take a picture beforehand. It is always superb, no matter the time of day; Service is reasonably fast; The music is always bopping, the disco balls aren't there for nothing.

I literally LOVE this place!!! I've eaten at this specific location a few times now and it's delicious every single time! Hot and fresh chicken, crispy but tender fries. The soft Texas toast, you cannot go wrong!!! The drive thru is quick and easy, and the menu is simply but efficient! If you haven't tried raising canes I would recommend that you place this on your list to visit next!

My final review of 2022 (for a total of 135)! Another place that opens early for lunch, 10 AM! I was out running errands and shopping early on a holiday Saturday to beat the crowds and traffic and discovered they're open at 10 am. I had the dining room to myself for the first half hour. I'm a long time consumer of Cane's but at the Lexington location for the past year or so. I'm so glad we have one in Avon now. I had my first experience at the Casa Grande, AZ location in the early 2000s. The menu is not complicated, four choices and a kid's combo. They do chicken fingers and that's it. So choose you combo based on how many fingers you want, 6, 4, 3, or the sandwich. Warning! For all you dieters swearing off carbs, DO NOT take one bite of the Texas Toast. It is so good you will end up eating the whole thing. And their crinkle fries are the bomb! But I'm forgetting to mention that their chicken is some of the best ever especially for a fast food chain. The Coleslaw is good too. They have three clean unisex restrooms available. There is plenty of dine in parking spaces and a double drive through. Way bigger than that other too small and always crowded chicken place.

    Carry out for later.

I love Raising Canes! This location has been here for only about a year. It is very clean and a bright interior. With booths. The staff was friendly and very social with us when we came in and placed our order and one of them was constantly walking around, making sure the place was clean. The food is excellent chicken strips with their canes sauce. It was excellent fried perfectly .the crinkle cut french fries were just salty enough, nice and hot and crispy. And the huge plus is always the Texas toast that is seasoned very well. It's hot ,crispy on the outside and soft on the inside exactly the way it should be. I highly recommend raising canes. Even took some home for later.

We've been waiting for this place to open. Absolutely love the tenders and Cane sauce! I dip my fries in it, too! The line was out to the road but they moved us through fairly fast. Don't skip the Texas toast. It's mighty tasty!

Packed like crazy... but better than being in drive thru line that goes on forever!

We decided to check out the newly opened spot in Avon despite the long line of cars in drive-thru - we dined in! Lol Anyhow, it was still busy but at least we were able to place our order and get it within a reasonable amount of time. Their menu is simple - chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. My partner ordered the kids meal with 2 pieces of chicken tenders a d I got the one with 3 pieces of chicken tenders, toast and fries. It was very good - we basically ate everything! We think it's the sauce!! The place was clean and fun inside - casual. Not a bad fast food place. We like it better than Zaxby's. Check them out!

Great tenders if that's what you're looking for. The cane sauce is good too. Get the combo that includes fries and the toast. Love their sweet tea!

This is a simple restaurant that doesn't have many options so I figured the standards for what they offer should be high. I've heard all about them and have given them many tries before and I wasn't wowed but there's nothing wrong with that. I mean who expects Michelin quality tenders? But I will say this, I've had better. In unsuspecting restaurants. And for a better price. But my daughters always say, "Canes is all about the sauce!" The sauce was decent. So my most recent trip, my experience declined. For the price, you would think they need to compensate for the mediocre flavor but, look at the size of these tenders. They might as well call them nuggets. There are just better options, size wise, flavor wise and price wise. I'm giving an average review since it wasn't terrible.

I went in today and I got very fast and friendly service. Then it was down hill fast. I went for the fries first they were crispy and well cooked only problem was they had no taste. Then I went to the coleslaw which I don't care for much anyway but also no taste. Then it was too the chicken strips they were cooked perfectly perfection but also they had no taste unless you dipped them in the cane sauce which had flavor just not a good one. Then it was to the bread which was the star of the show it was very delicious had plenty of flavor. The dining room was nice and clean but they had music playing way to loud . Unfortunately I went to the bathroom and it was nasty especially for only being a couple of months old. There is ample parking and a pretty good location.

Hot, fresh and made to order. What more can you ask for?? I know a lemonade light ice and an extra Cane's sauce with your Caniac combo. The toast is so good (and I'm not a bread fan). The person that took my order was cheerful and I wanted to spend my money there. I went through the drive thru, it was clean and well lit, many people were inside I'll have to check it out next time. I just so happened to be traveling elsewhere and saw the line. I was like hmm that looks like a Cane's but I was like nah can't be. I got closer it was a Cane's! I made it my business to get back from elsewhere and get my butt to Cane's before they closed that night. I sat in the parking lot and ate every crumb. I was so happy. Thanks for coming to Indy Cane's I plan to be first in line for the new location I see your opening up this March!

Then we waited to be noticed by the wait staff. And we waited, and waited. It took 17 minutes before anyone came to our table. We would have left but we had a $50 gift certificate to use. Finally someone came over. We ordered teas & an appetizer of flaming saganaki. We found it very tasty. For entered I ordered the Greek meatball sandwich. My wife got a cup of egg lemon bowl ( which is a soup she loves) & Keftethes ( with beef meatballs). I found the fries god & the meatballs & bread decent but the sauce was a little off to me which greatly reduced my enjoyment. It was just ok. My wife thought the soup was a bit thin but overall god with a strong lemon flavor. Her entree the meatballs were good, the green beans were cold & the roasted potatoes were decent. Overall she was meh. We ordered desserts to go. Baklava, Galaktoboureko ( custard in philo dough) & Oreo cake. Wife thought the baklava had an overpowering cinnamon taste which hurt it. The Galaktoboureko was basically sugar cream pie with philo crust. I thought it was ok but wife thought it should have been thinner. She also believes the to go containers aren't sufficient for these desserts due to the sugar syrup. The "Oreo cake" had one cookie to the side & was dry. When we gave the waitress our gift certificate she said they would take that off when they rang up the bill. She came back & the gift certificates were not taken off. I pointed this out to her & she went back to talk to whoever is running the register. When she came back she said she has no idea what's going on but they gave me a $50 bill to credit the $50 in gift certificates. My amazing wife surmised that they credited someone else's bill & gave us the $50 to make it right for us. Bottom line is all the staff we interacted with were friendly but the restaurant is very disorganized. Food was just ok. Can't say we were impressed.

This location is almost smack dab on the line between Avon and Indy. It's set off to the side of Meijer's parking lot, though it has a decent-sized space once you get there. Sonic is known for its "drive-in" option - the ability to pull up with a retro-vibed ordering screen and carhops who will bring the food to your car. There's also a drive-thru, which I utilized, for those in a bit of a hurry. Because I seldom make it to Sonic, I always forget how it works. The drive-thru made it pretty simple, though in retrospect I kind of wish I'd gone for the Sonic experience. I really only wanted a snack, in this case tater tots, and a drink. In this case, I opted for a large iced coffee. While Sonic is generally known for being economical, I thought it was a bit high (I honestly don't remember the exact price - I just remember thinking it was more than expected). The employees were friendly. The line moved a tad slow, though it wasn't bad. I thought the iced coffee was a bit chintzy - yes, I'm glad there was lots of ice, however, it definitely wasn't close to filled to the top. You had to really put the straw in there to get to the coffee. The tater tots, a Sonic fave, were delicious. I ordered a medium order. Overall, this was a solid mid-range experience for me. Would I return? Sure. Would I go out of my way to return? Probably not. Sonic has a menu that is both somewhat traditional in terms of fast food and a bit unique in terms of defining its place in the fast food world. Now that I know this is here, and I missed it for a long time, I'll no doubt return when I'm in the mood for more than a snack.
