Where do I begin..so my girlfriend started work here in Dec of 2021...she was hired to be a one of the managers...right off back she had 2 checks messed up and put the wrong hourly rate and hours??...the first to 2 checks im like thats a red flag!...ppl were working after having family with Covid 19.. be careful...ppl who work there eat while taking orders at tge same time watching videos on youtube while having earbuds on?...very safe at work right?..so my girl was trting to clean up the store/get more sales...but the ppl who were there didnt like the change at all...so they plotted to find a way to push my girl out...so they made a lie and said they feel threatened by my girl?...the only thing they felt threatened by was her experience and her cleaning house!...so this company keeps the shitty workers and the good workers fired or just quit...horrible company to work for...THE HOGAN FRANCHISE GIVES MC DONALDS A BAD NAME....as you can see they dont reply to bad reviews that shows alot.. Okay so this place is garbage My girl & I got wicked sick with food poisoning from this place & we even both had different food. I had nuggets & she had a cheeseburger . I had to wait for help when someone saw me twice before calling counter help. The food was cold, eggs half the portion it should have been, biscuit was hard, sausage was cold. Asked for haznut ice coffee no sugar. Had sugar. They gave me no condiments: pepper, salt, jelly, etc. always a issue when I come here. Might be the worst McDonald's in the entire country. I'm serious when say that. I've lived all over the country and traveled all around the world and this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Like it's McDonald's how could it be different from the one on Foxborough or the one in Denver. Check it out for yourself if you do the drive through leave yourself a half hour. If you go inside even if there's only one other person in front of you give yourself 10 minutes. If you order no onions be prepared for them to be on there. If you add bacon be ready for it to not be there but to be charged for it. I wish I could give it zero stars. read more

Don't come to this McDonald's. Don't get me wrong. I like McDonald's but I am irritated by this store. People here was not very nice. I was trying to use the App coupon but the scanner was not working properly. Instead of trying to accommodate, they just let us not to use it. It is obvious short of staff. They were impatient and really slow during the rush hour breakfast time. Only ONE cashier and there were a long line (at least 6-7 customers waiting). It took us 10 minutes to get to the cashier and another 10 minutes to get food. The sandwich was messily stacked and the store is filthy. I give the 2 young girls who took my order and got it for me 5 stars--they were professional & polite. We mis-ordered something so I ordered the correct item, paid for it & told them I'd bring the mis-ordered item home. The girls were apologetic even tho I made the mistake! The rest of the staff working in the food prep area I give 1 star--they were VERY unprofessional--laughing & joking w/each other while preparing orders for customers waiting. This included the 'manager' who was right there w/the others and he even screamed at one of them--apparently as a joke. Also, do to Covid they can't take back any of the wrong items back, so if you have your receipt to show them that their wrong again. You'll get what you ordered! Coke is always flat. Came into this micky d's because my friend tipped me off that this micky d's was the best in the state. Went in, took a glimpse at the menu and decided on a mcdub, McChick, nuggs, and a medium coke... I positioned myself near a window to check out the local scenery and get a feel of Plainville. First bite into the dub, my brain tingled. Some of the freshest beef patties I've ever tasted. The coke was colder than the white mountains in New Hampy. Overall, solid restaurant. Good sodas, fresh condiments, just wish they had more ketchup packets though. read more

I ordered 60 chicken nuggets and a bunch of fries for my three boys. I asked if we could have some extra sweet and sour at the window because they only gave me two for all the food and that wasn't even enough for each kid to get their own packet let alone enough for 60 nuggets. The girl at the window looked at me rolled her eyes and said you have enough. When I asked her again and showed her how many was in the bag she legit just said no and walked away from the window. This McDonalds is one of the worst McDonalds there is. Food is the same as anywhere, but it takes so damn long to get the food. Lines are long and they have to improve many features. Theres no automated ordering system, so your forced to wait in line. There are random beeps and whistles that are VERY annoying, not mention the smells. There are flys beyond imaginable. The one good thing about this place is its kid play place. Overall, step it up McDonalds, step up. Oh, and the ice cream machine never works. read more

I come to this McD's often for lunch, as I work nearby. Usually I just go through the drive thru, which moves fast (as it should) but I have also gone in and they are just as quick inside. I've also always found their dining room to be clean. There are times that I order something out of the ordinary (no onions, no pickles, etc) and they always get it right. Where do I begin? I got there 30 minutes before closing and it seemed as if half the menu was unavailable because the staff was already shutting things down. Then they applied my friend's special order to my meal instead of his and also forget to put my fries in with the order. Since it was late night, we had to do the drive thru and so by the time we figured out all the errors, it was way too late to fix. I was here Sunday night and the manager Sean was awesome! Their machine that makes mocha drinks wasnt working, he suggested a mocha frappe (which i havnt had before) and it was delicious! I just got back from visiting McDonald's in Plainville Mass and I am never going back. I used the drive thru, big mistake, stayed in a line for 20 mins, finally got my order and when I opened the bag (too far away to go back) I had a completely different order that was not mine. I spent 9 dollars there and ended up with two small fries instead of a fish sandwich, double cheeseburger, and small fry. They should close own the drive thru because they can't handle it. I have been in line before in the drive thru and it took so long I just left. 0 stars, I took my Kids there on Sunday 10/1 around 4pm to get dinner and play in the play area. Well if it wasn't for the fact that I had two little girls excited to play I would have left. From the moment I walked in the door it was filthy all around. So filthy I didn't even want to sit down. There were flies, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept or cleaned in days, there was a used bandaid on the floor of the play area. It was absolutely disgusting. An absolute dump of a restaurant. Even though it's a McDonalds, the carelessness of the employees and lack of general intelligence they show is outrageous. I've been here several times, and never have they failed to disappoint and disgust me. One of these times, someone walked into the restaurant and threw up on the floor while I was in line to get food. Not one of the employees stepped up to address the mess now on the floor. Disgraceful. Another time I had ordered my food, clearly asking for a shamrock shake with my meal, and then when I got my food, after a long wait, they told me I ordered a soda when I CLEARLY had ordered a shamrock shake. The woman at the counter thought she had the authority to yell this in my face when I am a grown man and she is a woman working at McDonald's. Usually good for morning drive thru. But tonight I hit the drive thru after 10 pm. I ordered two McChickens and they came out cold. I brought one out and microwaved it. This location has been going downhill for many years! This used to be one of the best around. I've been coming here forever (30+ yrs), and get more & more discouraged each time I come. I just left there, and got home to eat my cold, soggy, rubber-egg sandwich & ice cold, unsalted fries. The lack of disinterest in the drive-thru personnel is ridiculous. I've actually had employees at the pay window just stick their hand out & not say a word! They must know how bad it is there, because I noticed they removed the sign with the franchise location #, franchise owner's name & the phone number to call with complaints! I stopped going there for a while several years ago because my order was ALWAYS wrong. I'd have to pull to the side & run in to fix it. I heard that they got better with this, so I started going back. Now you wait in line FOREVER (though orders have been correct for the most part) to order & then wait just as long to get your food. I stopped eating inside years ago, because finding a clean table would be a miracle. The inside is generally dirty, but specifically, the tables never seem to be clean, the floors never seem to be swept & the soda filling area is always flooded & littered. The play area is just a sticky & stinky nightmare! I would never let my grandkids play in there. read more

I used to swear by this McDonalds... the staff was so friendly and personable... Recently the employees have changed to a whole new group of employees and these new employees are not as nice or personable as the past employees... the past few times I have visited this location I have gotten nothing but attitude which is not what I need nor want after dealing with attitude all day at work... employees working the drive thru seem cold and bothered to take your order but once you get to the window they are a little nicer, although there was a couple instances where I was handed my food without a single word being said at all and no eye contact which did not make me want to come back, the food is always hot and fresh (as much as it can be from McDonald's) so that's what brings me back to this location. Overall with this location though; better food than most locations but service at drive thru is iffy at times, inside usually isn't too bad. read more

What can I say? This is the second best McDonald's in the world. My best friend Jarry works here (he cleans the PlayPlace) and they have the same exact menu as the McDonald's that I work at. I got a #2 with fifteen slices of cheese on each burger and a large medium Coke. I went through the drive thru, but then parked and went inside to eat (as I do at every fast food joint). I watched Jarry unclog a toilet and then, without washing his hands, clean the soda machine. I love Jarry. I also love McDonald's. I will go to this McDonald's forever and ever because Jarry works here. If he gets fired, I will cry endlessly in a hole I dug in my backyard. I call it the Crying Hole. read more
