Went last night at around 9 and the woman working (septum piercing) was amazing! She was running around and got my things together quickly and efficiently. I believe she said she was new but you would never be able to tell. The food was hot and the fries were fresh. All in all an amazing experience I don't get at other McDonald's. The Plymouth day shift is great, maybe a bit rude. The night shift is horrible! I just got a filet o fish it had a drop of tartar sauce the size of a dime and the corners of fish all dried out and hard. My soda was only 2/3 full. Worst McDonald's I've ever visited! The drive thru line was ridiculously long but I thought it would go fairly quick....Im originally from out of town and long lines at any Micky D's isn't usually a problem....until this one. It took some patients to get up to the speaker to order because the line just wasn't moving. I thought about going in, and after taking a look there was a massive line inside the restaurant. All I could think of was to order and get outta there! I ordered at the drive thru, waited and waited for my food, paid and left. I always make sure I get what I ordered before leaving the window and everything looked okay.... Until the first bite of French fries! Soooo cold, half cooked and not an ounce of salt! I decided to check the burger before taking a bite... so nasty! It looked like it fell on the floor and after scooping it up they wrapped in a paper wrapper... the meat was on top of the bun, instead of inside and it was cold and disgusting! I did not go back to complain... no time. I will never return and I advise everyone to avoid this one... gross! read more

I went to McDonald's around 10 pm on Thursday May 26th, which is when I get done with work. I looked on the maps when this McDonald's is open and it says 12:00am. I am driving and I get there and see 2 people through the window with the light on. So I drive around to the drive thru and I wait there for at least 10 minutes. I then say hello no response, I drive to the window and they had then turned off the lights, so I drove away. I don't think this is how a business should be run, and if the manager doesn't like their job or hours maybe they shouldn't be working there. read more

this is the third time where order has been totally effed up: two combo meals ordered: only the one combo got a drink (wrong: diet instead of regular coke) only one got fries and no coke for the other combo.....plus, ordered 3 honey mustards and got two, with the third one being sweet & sour, which, BTW, sucks. it just keeps getting worse and worse....the pitiful thing about this is that, when you call, they have all kinds of excuses: we're understaffed, people are sick, etc like this is supposed to be the answer for their inability to produce what you paid for....You would think that corporate would pull the franchise......as in the owner read more

My wife and I had Big Mac value meals. The burgers were not even warm. Cheese was not even melted. Long line at the drive thru. No problem. But you would think the burgers would be fresh and hot. The bag was greasy and so were the napkins. Couldn't even use them. So disappointed!! Don't waste your money at this location! read more

Horrible 3rd shifters. The owners and the store manager need to re-evaluate who they leave in charge of the store overnight. They didn't greet me at the drive through and I sat waiting for a few minutes until I said "hello?". The manager came off very rude and frustrated to take my order and muffed "can I help you?" into the speaker. I gave him my order and when I paid at the window he forgot to give me my credit card back and I had to ask for it before driving away. Fries and nuggets were all cold. He didn't say any other word to me apart from can I help you, and my total. I see why he can't land a job anywhere else. I don't intend on going here after 10pm ever again. read more

This McDonalds has a serious problem getting breakfast orders correct at the drive through. This has been happening for years and I have just finally decided to review them after I decided not to double check my drive through order today. My son was here earlier and had to go back because they messed up his order and now I have the same problem. Steak egg and cheese bagel usually come out as bacon egg bagel for me. That is why I always (almost always) have to make sure the order is correct and regularly end up going back around to have them make a fix. Annoying read more

This place always messes up orders in the drive thru. Its really time for McDonalds to take people out of the order taking and fulfilment portion of the operation. Especially in Plymouth, where they couldnt seem to care less. I would gladly trade personal interaction for getting my order correct. Where to begin....there were so many issues with our visit. They forgot to put the chicken nuggets in my daughter's happy meal, they didn't ring in my soda, we paid by credit card, but weren't given a receipt, the drink station was filthy, tables weren't being wiped down. Our visit was at 1:30pm, so they ought to have had a full crew on for lunch. I can only imagine their staff is new???? The employees I've dealt with here have always been unhappy and often rude. Once I went through the drive through after work, and while I was placing my order, another car skipped the ordering stop and cut infront of me and the person behind me. Douche move and not the business' fault, I know that. But when we got up to the window, instead of telling them to go back, they let them place their order (which took at least 10 minutes), made it all for them and gave them their hot food. I don't know if it was the employees friends or something, but after being at work for 9 hours I'm not dealing with this shit. As I got the the window, I gave him my money, and he gave us our food. Didn't say anything about the people who cut in front of us or our longer wait, and didn't offer to give us food that wasn't already cold. Not happy with this. read more
