I parked in front of the business as I was having my drink inside, one of their delivery trucks parked in back of my car, not allowing me to leave. I told the driver of the truck did I have to go and he responded, didn't you see my big truck when you were inside? Which of course I didn't realize I needed to do. As I went back inside Starbucks to talk to the manager, she quickly stated there was nothing she could do without apologizing. I mentioned that she could have the driver park his truck furthest from the entrance, not to block anybody in and she again said there's nothing she could do. This is CONSISTENTLY the slowest Starbucks I have ever ordered from. Even when I pre-order my drink via the app, it has taken anywhere from 20-40 (yes 40!!) minutes to get my drink! And then there is merely a "sorry, it's busy today". I travel all over northwest Indiana for work and stop at many different coffee shops, Starbucks generally being my favorite. But for this to happen not once or twice but every single time I stop at this location is proof that there is some sort of habitual issue at play. Literally the worst Starbucks, so slow, always a line that's at least 20 minutes. Service is okay

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely don't go if you're in a rush. THEY ARE SLOW. In the mornings. If you are rushing to work and need a drink dont bother this location is not for you. This is more for people who dont have anywhere to be. I was waiting in line for almost 10 minutes when I was almost 2 cars behind the person at the window and the lady at the window was having a long conversation with the person in the car. They line was almost wrapped around the building. At first, I thought the customer was waiting on her drink but she pulled off after the finally finished their conversation. When I mentioned something to the worker she told me that "customer experience" was very important at starbucks so its important for them to engage. Engagement was more important than efficiency. Which I find interesting but at least I know now. I also hate to pay with a card, this location shoves the card reader to you to force you to tip or not. Everyone's touching it and I still feel like, if I want to tip let me tip don't force me to choose an option anytime I pay on a card. This location has done so well when it comes to getting the correct orders and doing it efficiently. The only complaint I have is when we come in to pick up online orders they take a long time to notify the people in line their order is ready on the counter. As well as when the store is closed the site says they are open and u can order off the app. Allowing you to order but not receiving anything or a refund. read more

Amazing staff!!!! Very clean and modern store!! Perfect location!! There is a wide selection of food: sandwiches, paninis, parfaits, and of course tons of pastries!! The staff can help you with a food and drink pairing! The store setup is pretty nice. There is plenty of seating and plenty of outlets for those who are there to work or have a nice atmosphere to relax in. If you're a gold card member you can get free refills on iced tea, hot coffee from the tap, or iced coffee during your stay. Ask your barista on how to sign up and start earning stars! This Starbucks location has fast and friendly service. The baristas are always nice and willing to help. If service happens to be slow on the odd day it's probably because "life happens", and not because it's their fault. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they need to work on drink consistency. There are times I order extra topping just to make sure I get topping; or an extra flavor pump because they're generally light handed. In my experience, these are common problems at other locations too. Over all, I recommend this location. read more

Their service is quite slow, whether you use the drive through or go in. I usually go inside and sit for about half an hour before work and my average wait time for my drink is about 10 minutes, which is longer than any other Starbucks I've been to. Also, I find both the staff and the patrons excessively loud. I've been here several mornings and tried sitting in different places, thinking I wouldn't be so distracted by how loud they are, but haven't had luck. One morning, I heard 2 employees ENTIRE detailed conversation about Tom and how "Tom needs to stop playing favorites" on and on - so loud. I was across the store! Anyway. This specific location seems to take all the good things about Starbucks- the drinks & snacks- and brings them down with slow service and loud atmosphere. read more

I was exited to get a nice cup of my favorite coffee, it's usually consistent from one Starbucks to the next. This one was so watered down it was in drinkable. 1/5 stars for the coffee. Came in with my sister to get two drinks. I got a Venti Iced Carmel Macchiato. We waited 10+ minutes for my drink. I saw my drink sitting on the counter by the drive thru. I kept looking at it assuming it was mine because it hadn't been passed out to anyone in the drive through for at least 5 minutes. The girl working the window was playing on her phone the whole time and around 10-12 minutes of waiting for my drink finally glanced up from her phone and gave me my drink. Ice was almost all melted. This place blows. Go to a different starbucks if you can manage. Last time we came here we ordered two drinks, one hot and one cold, and they switched them and made the hot one cold and the cold one hot. When I brought this to their attention they had attitudes but remade the drinks. Maybe if you paid your employees to do their jobs instead of play on their phones a fraternize with their boyfriends people could actually get their correct drinks in an appropriate amount of time. read more
