First time eating at this location. The service was fast and pleasant. My husband had the bacon avocado on sour dough, which is his favorite. We also got a chicken on focaccia which was very yummy. We used the drive thru because we placed a mobile order. The grounds were clean and menu board was in working order. Will visit again soon. read more

The green smoothie and salads are the only decently healthy items but priced like family restaurants. App is easy and gives good customization options. All the payment options online and in store tap to pay is what we all expect. I do have issues with the rewards extending perks and rewards. I entered my ordered through the app but it was not ready as promised because they were experiencing a partial system failure. The drive thru worker was apologetic and friendly. This Panera is located in a very busy plaza so it was crowded, but the line moved quickly. Horrible service. GOD AWFUL. They said they were ready for our order, then we talked and no response. There was zero answer. For about 5 minutes straight. I enjoyed the food for the most part the soup was really creamy and very tasteful the grilled cheese sandwich I had was very cheesy and the bread was extremely soft and it just melted in your mouth. I do think it was somewhat overpriced for grilled cheese and soup but nonetheless it still was fulfilling and I enjoyed it. I wanted a whole grilled cheese. I ordered a family meal for breakfast that has 4 sandwiches. There is a place where an employee signs to verify that order was checked, I assume for accuracy. When we got home, there were only 3 sandwiches. They would not make me my missing sandwich but instead will send me a coupon in the mail. So I do not eat because I'm not going to let my wife and kids not eat. Then, to top it off, my son removes the avocado out of his sandwiche because he does not like avocado and the avocado is rotted! Bacon Double Take was my sandwich. One small thin piece of bacon. Bacon is in the name of the sandwich! It was not busy and the service was slow. They were nice at least. At 9:30 in the morning they had one plain bagel and were out of most types. I love Panera but this one is not on my list of return trips. Really solid Panera location. Fast service, and the food is always fresh and good. You can order at your table using the Panera app, entering your table number and they will bring the food to your table. Nice dining area and there are plenty of tables near electric outlets for those of us who need to plug in our laptops. read more

Using the Panera app I ordered the bakers dozen bagels Monday night for Tues 1:00 pickup. I received feedback that order was placed and paid for. I arrived at Panera on time after feedback that my order was ready for pick up. I couldn't find my order, requested help from two employees, got bounced around, and finally escalated to a supervisor. She found my order and handed me a box with only 3 bagels in it. No other bagels in house to complete order. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE CONSIDERING I USED THEIR APP AHEAD OF TIME. My money was refunded ( big deal!) I deleted my Panera app and will no longer patronize Panera. This same thing happened at the Valpo Panera last year. Fool me once shame on you. I love Panera, but this location is an absolute mess. First of all, the store itself was very dirty, the floor was sticky, and the bathrooms were dirty and didn't have soap. My shoes literally stuck to the floor and it looked like they had not cleaned this location in years. The employees were very rude and dismissive, and they were chatting amongst themselves. The assistant manager lady was very rude and was dismissive when we asked how long it would be. They were working on making catering lunch sandwiches instead of everyone's breakfast orders. One woman had been waiting for 20 minutes while they made lunch sandwiches for later in the day. I am not sure why they would be making sandwiches for later in the day when people are waiting for their current orders. I would never recommend visiting this location. They need new management, a deep clean, and better organization. read more

This is my second time coming to this location and the are friendly and the ambiance is great. You can't go wrong with anything you choose to eat here. It is definitely my go to for soup and salad especially their sandwiches and paninis love them all. Parking lot is just not ideal. If you park on the side where the drive through snakes along, pray you can get out (very odd set up). I stop by this place for lunch often and the food is hit or miss. Sometimes my flatbread pizza is warm, sometimes cold. The sandwiches and soups are pretty good. The bread is tough and chewy. This surprised me. It actually hurts my jaw to chew the bread sometimes, especially on the Modern Caprese. I also bought a French baguette to make a sub sandwich at home and felt I would pull my teeth out to chew it. I warmed it in the oven, which made it softer but it was still tough to chew. This is the only place with bread that's so unappealing. Even my home baked bread is better. I do like that they use natural and healthy ingredients. That's the only saving grace. The sweets are too sugary, especially the vanilla cinnamon roll. They really need to decrease the sugar. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dirty tables and trash coming out of the garbage and the floors had trash on them. Cashier didn't know what she was doing. Manager was very rude.
