I do love the locations open 24 hours and I will say that McDonalds is a favorite for doing delivery driving since they really have it down to pack up the orders making it s easy on the delivery person! BUT, I came through this location to grab an order for pickup and I was a bit peckish. A few weeks prior I was given a free mango pineapple smoothie of theirs and it is delicious. It is nice to know there's something on the menu I can grab if I am not wanting a meal. That and an ice water was perfect. I just have to say though that the folks in this drive thru during the super late were super nice and efficient. Also, McDonald's - I loved the Grandma McFlurry though your marketing folks did not do you right. Just tell folks you have a butterscotch McFlurry but next to nothing said what was in it. You know the feeling when dinner is two hours away and you think...i could eat something now and still be hungry in a couple hours? Well this happened to me 30 minutes ago. I was heading over to Sunset HS to watch some championship baseball finals, and I was like, "I need a soda." Then i walked up to the counter and ended up buying my usual. Free medium fries on the app, large Diet Coke, and two McChickens. The cashier said, "We will have it out for you in five minutes or so." I was about to take a number tent and sit down, and a guy said..."He look it's all ready for you." I was like oh great...I took the order already knowing what I was in for. I sat down and sure enough, sandwiches were cold and the buns had that weird feel to them that screams that they had been sitting around longer than the should have. The fries were marginally better, but they weren't as hot as they should have been either. I didn't complain because there was nothing to do after they were in my belly and I didn't feel like complaining (in the restaurant) anyway. Next time I will just stick with the Diet Coke. read more

This is hands down the best McDonald's in the Beaverton/Cedar Hills area! They consistently get my order right--including all the sides and sauces I ask for--which is something I can't say for every location. More often than not, my food is fresh and hot, which makes all the difference. I've never had any issues here, and the service is always efficient. If you're looking for a McDonald's that actually pays attention to the details, this is the one to visit. Highly recommend! Also great for kids has an indoor play place. read more

Manager on duty on Wednesday 6/12 around 8 am was very rude. I placed mobile order and asked my sister to pick up, she didn't let my sister to pick it up and asked for me to pick up myself. I called to ck if my order was ready she hanged up on me before I finished my sentence. Any other branch let me placed my order and my coworker pick it up. Just drove through for breakfast. We keep coming back despite this McDonalds constantly failing to put all items in orders. Today, they charge $1.50 to swap a muffin for a biscuit. Not an extra item, just the bread item in a big breakfast. When my husband asked why, he was YELLED AT by the woman at the window. Due to the poor customer services provided at other McDonald's locations, my husband and I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in years. It's was a warm day, we needed a cool drink. We saw this McDonald's location. We drove through the drive-thru. What a surprise! We were greeted by Nathan Villanueva with a huge smile and a happy and positive attitude. The touch screen was very useful. I could get my free McChicken burger and the touch screen was easy to use. After getting my order, I just waited for a couple minutes and my order arrived with a kind greeting. I guess many were at the drive thru but really, walking in and using that touch screen speeds up the process :) read more

This location stands out as a very unhappy work environment. The staff seemed stressed out. The person at the counter directed me to the self-check kiosk and then disappeared. Unhappy talk from the back were the only sounds that I heard in the place. It was pretty empty. I would suggest that management deal with this unhappy work environment, not by telling people to be happy and stop talking, but to find out what's making them unhappy and work with that. I got there at 10:45 pm and waited in line only to pull up to window and be told they closed while the served the person before me in line. I met a friend here at this McDonald's went to use the restroom before ordering I left immediately. It was beyond disgusting and I don't know how they get away with it before leaving I did approach a woman that looked like a manager and let her know how disgusting the bathrooms were and that they should be reported. I try to be extra nice to the people at the speaker and window because I know what it's like to deal with customers but when I'm extra nice and the employees are rude what's the point? They Couldn't take orders at 8pm. They never took it. We gave up and just followed the woman in front of us out. We just sat here, and sat there. The woman in front of us had to repeat her order at three different spots and had to repeat them twice at each spot. The order window, the cashier and pick up window. It was correct in the screen. I saw it. I heard it 6 times. I know it's hard finding staff. So if you can't do it, just close down. I was number two in line. I left and there were 10 cars just sitting there. JUST CLOSE DOWN. A friend of mine recommended I try out McDonalds restaurant, specifically for their Quarter Pound hamburger. I looked online to see if I could locate a McDonalds restaurant somewhere on the west side of town and as luck would have it, I found one just a few miles from my home. I try to keep an open mind when sampling something new, but I guess my expectations were a bit inflated given the rave review from my friend. As recommended, I tried the Quarter Pound hamburger but upgraded it to a cheeseburger, and though it wasn't bad, it just wasn't that earth-shattering either. I may try McDonalds restaurant again sometime if I'm desperate for a hamburger and happen to be in a town that has one, but I won't go too far out of my way. read more

1) I ONLY eat breakfast at McDonalds 2) My son LOVES their hash-browns which we get on the way to his school most days 3) They have little turnover, which shows me the management is fairly good, they are usually VERY fast and rarely mess up the order at all. The kids' chicken mcnugget happy meal was as expected. Ordered a chocolate shake for myself and it might be my imagination, but it seems to have a faint mint flavor. We are really just here for the indoor play area, though. When it rains a lot (as is usual for Portland), it's nice to have the kids let off steam somewhere dry. This playplace has a toddler area with a tiny slide and play tunnel, and a larger structure with a tube slide for the bigger kids. We've been here about 25 minutes and a worker has come in twice - once to wipe down the tables and another time to sweep. The kids are happy and I am glad for a little break. :-) read more

Dear Maria, Roman is highly unprofessional and rude to customers. My husband ordered a white garlic cheddar with chicken, 10 piece nuggets, and a filet o fish. Out came another crispy chicken and we said you placed one too many burgers. Please take it away. He did not apologize, blamed us, and continued to dispute. I asked for him to take the burger away and refund. He angrily took the burger, turned and threw it in the trash and processed the refund. He then threw the receipt at us. I do not believe that's the standard that should be upheld in treating other human beings, let alone your customers. It was horrific and atrocious. A nightmare as such running a restaurant is utterly disgusting. I asked for the manager and he told me he was. I am shocked. I asked who is above him. And it is you. Disciplinary action should be considered so that he does not set a bad example for your other employees. read more
