I ordered my food at 645 and left the drive thru at 719. My order was wrong three times. Each time they took the bag in and came back with an incorrect item. The Manager was very dismissive and unapologetic. We were traveling and stopping for fast food to wait thirty minutes is terrible. The floors inside were wet and slippery. They remade it then it was mixed with another flavor, which wasn't a big deal BUT my husband is allergic to a lot and always orders plain cheeseburgers and BOTH came out with condiments on it despite ticket clearly stating plain. Waited in the drive thru reserve spot for 15 minutes, then I went inside to find every single employee totally engrossed in their own idiotic worlds. Went to McDonald's at interstate park Prattville, Al today to pick-up lunch for 3 hungry hard working grown men & was trying to make the most economical decision as far getting the most for my money. The lady at the drive-thru (Ruby) was very helpful, as well as super friendly & patient working w/me. She made several suggestions & ended up saving me about $10. Nothing like waiting in the drive thru line forever, to be asked to pull forward (totally get that - no reason to make other people wait) - to get a bag that has 2 cold burritos and a steaming hot McChicken sandwich (when we ordered a McChicken biscuit). I came through the drive thru with my mom around 9:45. We both ordered BEC McGriddles. I got home and ready to eat, but I started smelling coffee for some reason. I opened my McGriddle and the entire McGriddle was burned on the inside. It's like they reheated it to make it fresh again. I called multiple times but they don't seem to want to pick up the phone. This has happened multiple times at this exact location. They ALWAYS give me a burned McGriddle and I usually shrug it off, but this time it's very frustrating. Went on to to tell the young lady she proceeded to roll her eyes and to tell me I need a receipt to show I ordered I grabbed my receipt when I walked back up ahe gave me my food and still got my order wrong. QSC. The fundamentals of McDonalds.... except at this location especially service and cleanliness. The gal at the counter (window person) chewing gum like it's going out of style. On top of gum chewing as a first impression, she was all out rude in her presentation. Leaning on the counter, no greeting, no name tag, and no thank you. This was a young lady, brown hair, purple glasses. All and I mean ALL the tables were all messy, either drinks spilled on tables or litter on tables. Drink station was disgusting. Men's room totally needed attention as well. Also it was a low volume time, no other customers in line, one car in drive thru, and only two customers in lobby sitting down. Whom ever is the manager REALLY needs to focus on these basic standards. read more

The last 4 times I have brought my children in to eat. The kitchen staff and upfront staff yelling and talking so loud it was not a great experience.
