I was here at 5am and waited in the Drive through for over 5minutes and no one even took my order. I called the manager and she explained to me that this store was recently bought and they had trouble with the system. I told her it would have been nice to know that no one was going to take my order. I come here almost every day. It's usually great, but tonight gets 1 star. I worked a very busy shift (in the restaurant industry, actually) and decided on McDonald's on the way home. I waited in a drive thru line for over 30 minutes, and even sat at the speaker for over 7 minutes before anyone approached (laughing to their coworkers). Bear in mind, I shouted "hello?" on three separate occasions, with people honking behind me. Once I finally got to the window, I expected a quick and easy food hand off (I ordered through the app) but still had to wait. No biggie there, but my issue was the fact I saw THREE different employees on their phone. I had not received my drink, and actually never got it. The lady at the window prioritized her phone usage rather than making sure I got my drink. I even saw her check it again after giving me my food. I'm not sure if I saw a manager near, but there was someone wearing a black shirt around them, and if they were a manager it's very unprofessional to allow your employees to be on their phones during a busy time for your restaurant. I hate being "that person," but as someone who WORKS food service, I am unbelievably annoyed and angry. And while it doesn't reflects tonight's experience (aside from the missing drink, which would've felt amazing to my throat), there have been times this location has totally messed up my order. Was informed by manager Jose that because it was an online order there was nothing they could do about resolving the issue. I did not receive the two cheeseburgers that I purchased. I was asked to pull up while they made them. That wasn't a problem. The problem was I waited for over 10 minutes before I went in to see what the problem was. I waited another several minutes for someone to come to the register to help me. I told him I needed my cheeseburgers, and he asked the manager. The manager said, 'Oh yeah, the two cheeseburgers.' The slowest McDonald's I have ever been to in the United States. I don't know why they are so slow but they are. Don't waste your time going there unless you plan on waiting in line 20+ minutes. I visited this location multiple times and it has progressively gotten worse. On multiple occasions. I would have to wait in the drive-through for over 25 minutes as we watched other people who were waiting drive away because they would not complete their orders in a decent amount of time. On one occasion the drive through worker burped obnoxiously into the headset. It is also very annoying when you try to order something and after everything you add on they ask you if you are done. For an example: "I'll take a medium fry and..." "Will that be all?" This morning's visit was probably the worst out of all of them as we ordered the 2 for $4 Sausage McGriddles and when I got home discovered they did not put the sausage on the sandwiches. We called the restaurant and asked them why they did not put sausage on the sandwiches, and they told us we asked for it that way. This is the worst excuse I have ever heard from a manager, Yes because we asked for our McGriddles with no sausage OK. -_- This location needs to completely re hire all the way from the bottom to the top. Shame on you McDonald's for not looking into this location. Rude, inconsistent, unorganized, unprofessional location. The workers even look like they don't want to be there and very rarely offer any smiling to customers. Terrible. read more

Still a good burger, but I'm changing my original 5 star rating to 2 stars. Super slow service if there is a line. The drive thrus frequently do not alternate the people ordering at the menu. One time an hour and a half before they were closed, no one took my order from the drive thru and they were open. I was patient because sometimes there is low staff at nights, circled back around to see if anyone was in the kitchen, tried again and no one. I gave up after 10 minutes. read more

Wow! All I can say is wow! My husband wanted McDonald's and I said ok bc I wanted to try their new spicy chicken sandwich. Hmmm well there was chicken on it but not spicy and it was completely naked no sauce or pickles. It was not hot either so I'm not sure if someone had ordered it that way and they just thought they would give it to me. Either way very disappointed. My husband would have had to open the package to check this but it said on the package it was what he ordered so he thought it was fine. Surprise! They also always skimp on fries at this location too! It was edible so I'm not giving them 1 star but I kind of feel like they deserve it. This is the worst experience that I have had at any McDonalds yet. They left the window open so I could hear everything that was going on in the store. The manager had the biggest attitude out of them all she was yelling at employees and calling them names and the staff of course had an attitude towards her and each other because of it. I have worked fast food before and one bad manager with an attitude can make a difference in a whole shift. I was then finally asked to move forward to wait for my food which was two McDoubles with a medium fry and then the manager brought me my food threw it at me and said sorry for the wait and immediately started walking off. So yesterday we went to dine in for the first time (at least for me) at this mcdonald's. We went to the self serve kiosks since they were new and we wanted to try them out lol. I had gotten a drink and i was confused on where i would get my cup. After a while i went up to the "cashier" and asked for a cup. While waiting a man behind me pointed out that many of the workers weren't doing anything just standing around talking. Surprisingly our order was right for what seems like the first time so i give them a good review for that. Also there was this really nice lady who was offering refills while we were eating. Decided to try the new Signature burgers as advertised on TV. McDonalds should be prosecuted for false advertising! What a complete disappointment! The meat was the same grey, dry, overcooked mystery meat they use on their cheapest burger. The mustard sauce was really nasty. The "fresh cooked" bacon tasted days old, was cold and hard. For an $8.00 burger this was disgusting, and took a half hour to get out of the kitchen. The restaurant was filthy and the employees seemed to be having arguments and tantrums in front of guests. Stopped at the drivethru at this location on my way to work this morning. One side was blocked off with cones so I went to the other speaker. I sat there for a good 4 minutes and I finally said, Hello? Some lady said, oh, we aren't open..I said, your not open?? She said no. There was a car waiting behind me as well. I just drove off and went to the one in Mckinney. I looked up that location on Google and it says they are open 24 hours. Wth??? I won't go back there, especially seeing every review I have read today is 1 star..since people couldn't rate a zero. I have better ways to waste my time. read more

This McDonalds has gotten worse every time I've gone here. I went in this evening and the one of the staff told me that they needed me to use the self-serve kiosk. Many of the staff were sitting around not working while the manager was trying to do everything. We ordered at the kiosk only to see the manager have to force the employee to take orders at the counter. We were eating in so we took one of the very few seats in the restaurant with a placard identifying our order. One of the items on the self-serve kiosk did not go through correctly stating Do Not Use, rather than identifying the problem and coming to speak to us to ask about the order, one of the employees yelled our order number. We informed them of what it was and waited about 15 minutes for our order to be served. We had to ask for the rest of it as they forgot the drinks and the desserts, the ice cream was low or out but they did not inform us until after our order was placed so we received small servings of dessert. The fries were soggy and bland, the sandwiches were put together with very minimal effort and as we sat we watched some of the worst services I've seen anywhere. The staff were standing around, trying to do as little work as possible, the woman at the counter was the worst as she would always try to steer customers towards the kiosk instead of taking their orders, and when she was she looked like we should apologize for intruding on her. The manager was doing her best to provide service but her staff could barely be bothered, and she was often heard yelling to get them to do their basic jobs. Overall this is a disaster of a place, the renovations have made minimal seating in the dining room. The service is lethargic, and the staff is lazy, rude and has nothing resembling customer service skills. Once I walked in and saw more of the staff sitting in the dining area than customers. The food is less than impressive, even by fast food standards, it may be my closest McDonalds but tonight has made me unwilling to return until they make some improvements. There are many other fast food chains I can frequent and I advise you to do the same. read more

Once you do receive your food, you'll need some spare time to check your order. My order today was incorrect, incomplete, and still chilly from the refrigerator. The food is pretty much typical of any McDonald's but the service is very slow. It can take 10 minutes to get your meal if you eat inside the restaurant. They serve the drive thru first and that is slow too. On one occasion our bags macs had very stale buns. On a couple of occasions the drinks were flat. I would give it no stars however, I wanted to write a review. Earlier, a friend of mine and I went through the drive thru, got 2 meals for us and a happy meal for my 2 year old. The fries were not even cooked so, we kindly asked if we could have some cooked fries. We watched (all while the manager was standing there) them just scoop fries on top of the uncooked ones. So, again we said "we asked for new, cooked fries, not for some to be thrown on top of the UNCOOKED ones". The manager (had a black button up, heavy set guy with gray hair) grabbed some fries, threw them in the bag and all but, threw them into our truck window while rolling his eyes. My 2 year old had already started eating her fries... not even 30 seconds later, shes puking everywhere. I look at her fries... NOT EVEN COOKED. I will be reporting to cooperate! They want $15 minimum wage yet, cant even cook some french fries??? This place is a JOKE. read more
