Rude people and they gave me coke instead of dr pepper and ALWAYS forgets sauces. The people are so damn rude

The food was great, but the service could have been better. It felt like no one wanted to help. My son got sick and had an accident. One of the employees got mad that we asked for the bathroom code and walked away. There was one gentleman who was mopping and and i think (not assuming) that he had a handicap but he helped me. He was very concerned about my son. Which was so nice. I told him my son made the mess and i told him i would clean it. So he helped me while i cleaned and a little lady who i assumed was the manager ( no name tag) came and got mad at him because i was cleaning. I told her, i told him i was gonna clean it. I hope he didnt get in trouble. He was really nice and helpful, since no one else was. If thats how you treat your employees then you shouldnt be a manager. read more

Had arrived there for lunch on 2/7/19. Got order with extras added and sit down at table .Food was brought out to table hot and in a fast orderly fashion. I ordered two Quarter Pounders ,fries and drinks. Meal was for wife and I. As we dug in the food was hot and made to order. Quarter Pounders had the extra stuff we asked for and all food was tasty and fresh. I generally look around to find issues wrong with a establishment but this time all was in order. Fountain area was clean well stocked, tables and floor very clean.I tried to find fault as I consider myself a restaurant spy but could find non. This is one of the better managed McDonald's I have been in.I recommend this McDonalds very high on my list.My hats off to the management and crew. Great job guys. Phil B read more

There was this RUDE employee. She started staring at us the second we walked in and she gave us really dirty looks. We decided to try and ignore her rude unprofessional behavior. It was hard and we were sitting down waiting for our food, she gave us another dirty look. We have just had it at this point, so my brother politely confronted her about her behavior. Her response was NOT nice or professional. I did not get her name but I'll describe her. She had dark brown or black hair, black glasses, and medium ish height. Im not sure but we could barely see her nametag but from what we say it was something like Melinda. I am very upset with how she treated us. All we were doing was minding our own business. read more

I ordered through the app for the first time. I ordered a caramel frappe with Oreos added. A sausage McGriddle with cheese and bacon added, and hot cakes. Everything was fresh and hot the drink was delicious and everything was made perfectly just how I ordered. The staff was very friendly and fast I think this was the best experience I have had at a fast food place like McDonald's in a long time. Keep up the great work :) read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! MCDONALDS don't always have the best service as it is... however this has got to be the worst experience that I've ever had. Took almost 30 minutes to get five breakfast sandwiches. This location is a joke. My order is consistently messed up so as a way of an apology, corporate sent me a coupon for a free sundae. Listen to the reviews of this horrid place. What's the point of remodeling and adding another drive thru lane if you don't train staff on urgency and proper procedure? This place is now slower than it was before because many order takers are unfocused and don't listen. If I've placed a simple order and I see it rung in correctly why needlessly repeat it and ask if I'd like anything else when I've already said "that's all"? Also, I order coffee at literally countless McDonald's and this is the only location that asks if I want my cream and sugar added to my coffee. Of course I want it in my coffee! Ordered two breakfasts with two large coffees to eat in. Asked if could have coffess while we waited, No! When the meals came the waiter just dropped them and ran, missing the two coffees. Waited, assuming they would bring coffee, but no. Went back to counter to get coffees. Unfriendly cashier poured two coffees and then went to do other things and did not give me the coffees. I stopped by this evening at 5:41pm to get dinner for me and my spouse. I ordered 4 pc tenders meal and a double chesses burger and I was told to pull over and wait for my order. The cashier said my tenders were being cooked fresh.
