McDonald's on 21st and Lathrop in Racine Is the worst McDonald's in town. There very slow and I was at where you order at I'm the only person there and the person at McDonald said I'll be right back, so I'm waiting for him to come back and mean while another car pulls up next to me and they get serve before me and another pulls up on the other side and they get serve and I'm still waiting and another one pulls up. I was the only there when I got there. 3 car went through before me and all I wanted was a soda. And there App is something else out of 6 different times I tried to use it. 2 time out of the 6 I get Machine down, Machine is being cleaned. your number on the App didn't work and then the App is no good the rest of the day. I would never review a McDonald's. It's basically the same in and out. You know what you get. But this one is about the terrible service. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and this new, every other, with two lanes is a brawl between customers waiting to happen. The last thing I want is a knuckle sandwich when I ordered a Big Mac. I waited about three minutes for my order to be taken at the speaker watching the cars that arrived behind me drive on past. It was like picking the slow lane in traffic. When I finally did get to the window there were two girls giggling and laughing. Singing a song...(it should have been WORK by Rihanna) having a great time. When I pull up they ask me did you have a 2 burritos? No, just a coffee the burritos belong to the guy that pulled out in front of me. Nobody wants to start their day like this, I was late for work. Now that Rihanna song is stuck in my head. Again I would not normally review a McDonalds but this is one to stay away from at all costs. The thing that sets apart chain restaurants is service. Now I will drive an extra 5 minutes to the Taylor McDonald's and still make it to work faster with coffee in hand...and maybe the guy in front of me's burrito. read more

Where do I begin? First off, I generally loathe most fast food places, but occasionally this place has to do for those of us underachievers. Every time I go there they mess up the order! Every time! I went to go order the young lady didn't even let me get a word out when finishing what I wanted just kept saying is that all then I asked for a slushee she said what is that I said well don't you guys got slushies or am I saying it wrong is it an icy she said well what do you want I said well what do you have then she told me the flavors and I said well can I get this kind the ones that you guys are promoting for two dollars she said I don't know which one that is which one is it I said you work here yeah I did get rude after she was sincerely rude to me I ordered a happy meal then she said what kind of sauce would you like I turned to the person with me I said is barbecue sauce OK she got loud and said I said what kind of sauce would you like I'm like I would like barbecue sauce thank you I said is that it super rude I didn't even want my food from there anymore I just pulled off then I called the manager and I said hey I just wanted to let you know I have never ever had somebody so rude while placing my order she said yup well I didn't know about that I apologize I'll talk to her and hung up I will definitely never ever go to that McDonald's again I'll take that 10 minute car drive I spent 15 minutes in line just to pull out of line because somebody was so rude wouldn't let me talk and had a attitude with me if they don't like their job maybe they should find another one because there is plenty of jobs out there read more

Unfortunately this is the only McDonalds around me. Every time I come here for a breakfast sandwich in the evening they are out of bagels. Every time I come through the drive thru I have to pull into a parking spot and wait about 10 minutes for my order. I'm guessing they have a hard time keeping employees since I see a different, confused employee here every time. I should stick with BK around this area. read more

I'm not a fan of McDonald's food. It's greasy and low grade meat and I've gotten wrong orders. The only thing I like are their fries.

Thank you McDonald's. This location has got to be the slowest drive thru I've been in. I placed a very simple order, a mcchicken, double cheese burger, and medium fries. Somehow, they even messed that up. When I open the bag when I get home, my fries are not in there, but they were on the receipt. I as a customer has failed. I didn't look in my bag upon receiving it. How could I be so stupid? I have paid the price, and I will suffer. So thank you McDonald's. read more

Decided to visit the McDonald's down the street from where I had been visiting friends. They told me not to, but I was stubborn and hungry and most importantly ignorant of the mess I was about to walk into. It was about four in the afternoon when I came into a nearly packed lobby, with a line a dozen people deep and only one of the three registers at the counter being used. Normally, having worked at fast food places in the past, I knew that the standard was to open a second register to get people set up. A long (ten minutes, give or take) wait later and it's finally my turn to order. The girl working the (still only open) register walks away to help prepare another order as soon as I get there. I wait for her to return and finally takes my order. Hard part over right? No now I wait at a gross table, while another ten or so minutes pass. About five minutes before that I noticed the fruit flies and began to question my choices. I finally get my food (Some nuggets, fries, and a drink) and they were warm. Not hot and fresh, mind you, but warm and stale. Overall twenty minutes for disappointment with a large coke. If you're going to the McDonald's on Lathrop I would like to advice against it. There's a perfectly good pizza place (Marco's) across the street, a gyro place nearby (Tino's), and a Subway across the street from that. At any of these places you'll wait for less time than I did at McDonald's and get a better product for your cash. Don't make my mistake and don't eat at the Lathrop McDonald's. read more

January 23, 2016 I have been to this McDonald's with my daughter and grandchildren on a couple of occasions and have not noticed a problem before, however, I was there this morning at around 10:30. I walked in with my 3 grandchildren and walked right back out. The entire restaurant reeked of the smell of vomit. Gross! You desperately need to take care of that kind of odor with some bleach or good smelling disinfectant ASAP!! People are eating inside, there is no way I would have stayed, or even ordered at the drive through knowing this. It literally made me ill even hours after I left. read more

Probably one of the worst Mds to go too. Usually only one person taking orders so the wait to even get up to the counter is long. It isn't the cleanness place, flys or nats flying all over, and usually the counter by the soda is never wiped off. The register people are very friendly though that is about the only good thing. read more

Mcdonalds is the only place that will charge you extra for extra lettuce/onions....and then proceed to give you less lettuce/onions than would be on a normal burger at a different burger joint. Had plenty of time to observe how dirty everything was behind the counter before I left without ordering. Went inside to order breakfast. The service was terrible. Wated 10 min just to get waited on. No one was taking orders. Finally they took my order (no one in front of me). Then i waited another 15 min to get my order. It was so disorganised. While i like their breakfasts I won't go back to this location on Lathrop Ave. This has happened twice! read more

Service is very slow, today waited 20 min. in drive-thru after ordering and paying, I had to go inside to find that they gave my meals to someone else. Food is often cold, and staff is rude.
