I made a DoorDash order. Dasher watches them give my order away. Instead of owning the mistake and remaking it, they tell my dasher I already picked it up. Obviously I didn't. My dasher had to get a refund from DoorDash for me, which is the only reason I didn't lose my money. read more

This McDonald's has been there for a while, and a few things about it It is a smaller McDonald's, has a kids playground, and FREE Wifi. I don't know how you can mess up a simple order. One #2, 2 oatmeal's & one sausage patty. Missing the patty, straw fir my drink and the fruits for the oatmeals . This is not the first time I order through door dash and something is missing. This restaurant has employees that really have no regard for customer service. Every time I call no one answers. I've had so many problems with my orders that door dash won't compensate or refund me anything even with proof. Well, its McDonald's. This is a small location in a pretty sketchy part of town. It is not uncommon to see a homeless person out front begging for money - I am surprised that McDonald's allows this. But, from the numerous times I have witnessed this anti-social behavior, apparently they do. Very busy - during breakfast and lunch it is typical to see the drive-thru lane wrapped around the building and spilling out into the street. Parking is a nightmare (you have to park in the Food Lion parking lot). However, service is very quick...and the staff is bilingual (as are many of the customers). THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD COMPLETELY GROSS! I asked for ketchup on the side like a packet and this rude women put it on the side of my bag and made my hands get all nasty. If I could I would give this place zero stars not to mention my son cartillear had rock hard chicken nuggets with no toy in the happy meal. The food I order is fine but some of the employees here are so rude. I work overnight shift and coming to get a nice breakfast is my treat so it's not fair that after all my hard work I gotta go home with a heavy heart after being disrespected by a haughty, disrespectful, and noncompliant employee. I'm not gonna name who the employee was but she was an African American woman who clearly seemed too irritated to work the morning shift. If you so much as tell her she added something wrong on the screen she gets an attitude as if the customer is to blame. Additionally, she gets part of the order wrong. The staff is untrained and rude. If they ask you to pull up, don't! They will forget about you and make you wait forever until you walk inside to let them know. I stopped by around 3am, and they said they're were getting ready to close. I thought this was a 24 hour restaurant? This is an awful McDonald's, they're lazy and inconsiderate.
