Like an idiot I went to this location again cause my wife wanted a salad!!!! I ORDERED a 4 piece supreme dinner....I got 2 and a half supremes and soggy fries!! SHUT IT DOWN and build a city dump! He was trying to make an order and they were trying to rush my husband and charged him for the food that he didn't ask for. That's so wrong and very unprofessional of them,. Made a quick pit stop at this Bojangles while traveling down the interstate, it's very convenient as it is just off the highway, easy off easy on. It was about 9:00am and they were boomin', not many choices at this exit besides Bojangles, there is a Burger King and a Smithfield's BBQ next door along with a gas station. They were very efficient in keeping the lines moving quick. The drive-thru was stacked and they had an employee outside with a head-set on and carrying one of their laminated menus and he was walking the line and taking orders from cars before they ever made it to the speaker. With their distinctive orange roofs, this is definitely one of the southern staples, up there with Krispy Kreme donuts and Waffle Houses. For Southern sweet tea and buttery biscuits, this place can't be beat at the prices they offer. I like my biscuits soft on the inside and firm on the outside and sometimes they're underbaked. But overall, whenever I have a biscuit craving, this is where I go. In addition to breakfast items, they also serve fried chicken with a little kick, dessert biscuits and other Southern fixings, like dirty rice and hash browns. A few things that are unexpected for people new to Bojangles: 1) Cash only. It's the Bojangles way! 2) It clings to its southern roots and people come to clean your trays up for you when you're finished eating. 3) Sweet tea always comes with a lemon. After all the hype I final got to try Bojangles! And I gotta say... it's pretty good. Definetly better biscuits then kfc or popeeys combined. One of the reasons I could never move away from North Carolina is because I would miss Bojangles too damn much. Not only is there food delicious, but they are running a pretty serious a monopoly on the market of hangover food and tailgate food. This location is convenient. The food is good, typical of Bojangles. The staff could be friendlier. It would be nice to be actual greeted in street of the first interaction as "here or to go?"
