You typically know what you're getting when you go to fast food chains. So I really just hope for consistency and love to see kind hard work working folks. The vibe at this location is a little bit more frenetic or are you gonna see a little bit more foot traffic because it's located in a busy strip mall that's anchored by a Trader Joe's. People here are friendly and efficient. I ordered from the kiosk, but there are people there to assist you if you needed. I came out because I'm a sucker for promo meals, and I wanted to get the K-pop Demon Hunter meal. So fun! Haha. It was basically a 10 piece chicken nuggets with fries where they give you a bag to shake the fries in with ramyun spice pack and two dipping sauces for the nuggets. You also get a picture card and something that you scanned for a later date. I'm a fan of the fries and chicken nuggets so the meal was enjoyable. And it was fun being festive. I also got the Derpy McFlurry which was tasty and included.. I want to say blueberry boba? I was just happy that the machine wasn't broken down. I also got the Saja Boys breakfast meal which was basically a spicy sauce in the sausage McMuffin with egg along with a few fun giveaways. Ordered online and it is extremely slow. Waited for over 30 minutes. From the time I ordered. I was in the parking lot. Of all things, they are out of apple pies. I just wanted to shout out the young girl at the McDonald's drive-thru -- short, skinny, with black hair -- because she is honestly the sweetest. Every time I go, she gives off such good energy. I live near this location, and it is by far the worst McDonald's in the world. There is no such thing as fast food here. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids, with no other cars in line. I get to the window, and she asks me to go park and they will bring the food out. I simply stated the order couldn't be much smaller. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went in. They seemed to forget about the order, but there is no one to talk to at the front counter. Finally got someone and they seemed bothered. Drive thru order , I ordered oatmeal and a small coffee, the person taking my order is very delightful, (older older gentleman, second window is AWFUL, I ordered a very simple order and yet it was not prepared fully. My oatmeal was dry, they did not prepare it properly , bc they forgot to add milk , I also did NOT get my apple bits, did not get any napkins and there was a HUGE FINGER smudge right where the opening of the coffee is where you put your mouth. Two simple orders and almost everything was presented unprepared accordingly and also aren't mindful of finger smudges on coffee mouth entry . There's plenty of good reasons this location has such low stars. Staff and management here have never been worse. It's always so difficult to get any help from employees.
