I was around the area for groceries in the same plaza with Trader Joe's. I got my iced coffee thru app. I went in the store to pick up. The iced coffee is ready within a few minutes. You typically know what you're getting when you go to fast food chains. So I really just hope for consistency and love to see kind hard work working folks. The vibe at this location is a little bit more frenetic or are you gonna see a little bit more foot traffic because it's located in a busy strip mall that's anchored by a Trader Joe's. People here are friendly and efficient. I ordered from the kiosk, but there are people there to assist you if you needed. I came out because I'm a sucker for promo meals, and I wanted to get the K-pop Demon Hunter meal. So fun! Haha. It was basically a 10 piece chicken nuggets with fries where they give you a bag to shake the fries in with ramyun spice pack and two dipping sauces for the nuggets. You also get a picture card and something that you scanned for a later date. I'm a fan of the fries and chicken nuggets so the meal was enjoyable. And it was fun being festive. I also got the Derpy McFlurry which was tasty and included.. I want to say blueberry boba? I was just happy that the machine wasn't broken down. I also got the Saja Boys breakfast meal which was basically a spicy sauce in the sausage McMuffin with egg along with a few fun giveaways. First time to this location, very busy shopping center. Used the drive through, went very quickly. Same great food and quality you expect. The older woman at the second window was a little pushy, thought I was going to drop my drink the way she shoved it towards me, but the food was hot and fresh. Would return. this location is fine in the morning but today was so bad. my sister & i ordered in the drive thru and when we got to the second window they asked to have our receipt and to park in a drive thru spot. my sister & i did that no problem. the worker came out with just our food. she starts walking away i say "oh wait we didn't get our drinks". the worker gets so annoyed. she throws her hands in the air like it's our fault and walks away. she comes back with 3/4 drinks. i say "oh we're just missing one more drink" she says "okay well what was it" as if she doesn't have our receipt. then again throws her hands up annoyed. she could've brought everything at the same time and she wouldn't have had to walk back and forth so many times. my sister & i weren't being rude or anything so i don't know why she had to act like that with us. she needs a new job if she hates customers so much. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this McDonald's. After having an issue with my order, I called to speak with the manager on 7/12/26 am , the manager Dante, hoping to get the situation resolved. Unfortunately, he showed no interest in listening to my concerns. Instead of trying to understand the problem or offer a solution, he came across as dismissive and unprofessional. He said that he has been a manager for there for 5-6 years and that I'm not going to tell him how to do his job. To make matters worse, he hung up on me while I was still speaking. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully, even when there is a complaint. I wasn't looking for an argument--I simply wanted my concerns to be heard. The way this situation was handled left me very disappointed, and I hope management addresses the level of customer service at this location so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

I would like to report a very disappointing experience I recently had at your McDonald's location near our local school campuses. I placed an order through the McDonald's app and proceeded through the drive-thru. At the first window, I was told that my order was in the system. However, when I arrived at the second window, staff informed me they could not find my order. During the interaction, one employee attempted to take my phone in a manner I found rude and unprofessional while seeking assistance from another team member. Eventually, the order was located, but by that point I requested that the order be canceled due to the inconvenience and confusion. My request was declined. When I was finally handed my order, the employee passed me a drink in a way that caused it to fall. Afterward, the employee inaccurately stated that I had slapped the drink out of her hand, which is not what occurred. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative interaction I have experienced with the same employee. On previous visits, I have encountered rude behavior and have even been denied a simple request for a cup of water. These repeated incidents have left me with the impression that additional customer service training may be needed at this location. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy periods, but customers should still be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. This McDonald's is located next to school campuses and serves many students, families, and community members. The level of service I experienced does not reflect the positive reputation that McDonald's has built as a franchise. Drive thru order , I ordered oatmeal and a small coffee, the person taking my order is very delightful, (older older gentleman, second window is AWFUL, I ordered a very simple order and yet it was not prepared fully. My oatmeal was dry, they did not prepare it properly , bc they forgot to add milk , I also did NOT get my apple bits, did not get any napkins and there was a HUGE FINGER smudge right where the opening of the coffee is where you put your mouth. Now my mom took my son to this same McDonald's this week for breakfast and the same stupid manager Ana M. told my mom and son that there was no coffee or caffeine in the frappes and machiatos and she sold one to my son with his breakfast. Knowing it was for my 8 year old son because my mom and said explained to her it was for him and was she SURE there was no caffeine or coffee in the drink she was advising him to purchase with his meal. My mom told me about this visit the next day on Tuesday and I googled the beverage she sold him and of course it's got about 75mgs-85mgs caffeine, more than the tea I even drink as an adult.
