I don't go to in n out a lot, but when I do I'm hoping my food is made right. I went through the drive through and explain to the guy exactly what I wanted and he read it back to me properly and it still got made wrong. I'm so upset. Wasn't pleased with the experience, service, and quality. For example, my brother ordered a set of fries that were way too salty and a bit raw not to my brother tasting. When my brother took back the order to correct the issue. The order came back the same more salty and same when we asked for another burger on the go. Never again will be returning to this In N Out. This In n Out was not bad, but I definitely would've gone to other ones. Their service was good. Their ambiance was good for a fast food restaurant, but the main reason was their food. Other In n Outs would've done better. The grilled onions on my burger were not spread out. Some spots there were a lot, and some had none. Also, I asked for light well fries, and got well done. We all know In N Out for having great food and service. This location I hate to say is not one of the better locations. Tonight it took 40 mins to get through which is more understandable if it was crazy busy but it wasn't. I have sat at the location near the 15 for half the time with a much longer line. Now this would be less bothersome if the food made up for it. Our fries were cold which I had a feeling was going to be the case because I saw them sitting there for a while and by burger was extremely dry. This has always been my go-to location for In-N-Out. I grew up going to this location. The parking lot has always been easiest to navigate and the food has been top-notch as a local option. We have about 3 immediate locations to choose from currently. My last visit, I noticed they had made some changes to the drive thru line. It is an interesting situation since the line tends to back up onto Foothill and can have a tendency to block traffic to the other businesses nearby. I'm thankful they had everything marked and there was plenty of signage, but the spacing was TIGHT and I had to do a double-take for some of the ways they wanted traffic to flow. And I almost got hit head-on by a car that most likely wasn't used to the changes made either. Word of caution--take it slow and be careful. Ordering wasn't a problem and the service was okay this time. I sat at the window for my food for a while and saw my drink and box were sitting on the counter, ready to be handed to me, but it wasn't. The employees seemed to communicate about it briefly before finally handing it to me. So my food was notably not as hot as it typically is as a result. read more

Worst In-n-Out in the area. Horrible customer service! Rude, unprofessional kids work here. The kid taking my order actually interrupted me so that he could go high-five his friend. Then the chick who handed me my food kind of shoved the box toward me and I nearly dropped it. No apology, no embarrassed smile. Nope...she just turned and ignored me. We all know in n out food is consistently good everywhere, that's not what impresses me. It's the staff and vibe of the place that do the little extra things. At its most busiest of hours, there's always kind staff eager to clean our table, give us condiments and ask if we want water as if I'm in nice restaurant. Kathy is a very kind woman and Monika has a great combination friendliness with a sense of humor. Daisy is very professional yet able to make us feel uniquely comfortable with figuring out our order (she helped me figure out a 3x2 fits what I wanted for extra protein without the fat). read more

Always very busy, I had to circle the black to get into the only entrance they had, very confusing with the cones since they only want you coming in a certain direction. Line moved quickly. Food was hot and fresh as expected. Girl taking my order was great and friendly, girl at the window was a little too busy chatting it up with her friends inside. This is not a good location. The drive thru is a complete disaster. Whoever designed it should be fired as the pathways are narrow and require employees to manage the line as someone can easily block the exit of the driveway. The line can back up easily because whoever dreamt of this particular drive thru didn't account for the cars that actually go through it. My food was cold upon receipt. Also, my fries had a side of purple on it. See attached picture in my review. I am not sure of the mystery purple, but the fact that my food was super cold was unacceptable. read more

I live this location. I always get my food quickly. The service is always good. I ordered my fries well so they will be extra crispy. Even when therlyre cold they still taste great. The staff (particulary Monica, and the supervisor working 2-17-26) SO RUDE!!!!! They had a nasty attitude from the getgo, having to run a few gift cards we PURCHASED. When asked for a water they quoted me .25 but charged me $1.27, and the fries we asked for well done (since it wasnt busy we finally didnt feel guilty to ask for well done) were soft and extremely cold. When the supervisor ran the gift cards after Monica had trouble, she came delivered the receipt and gift card we didn't have to use, and when we asked for ketchup she ignored and walked away with a smug look. We literally did nothing to these employees! If they are upset about working at 12am then I highly recommend working elsewhere. I'll be filing a credit card dispute for the incorrect amount charged, and the cold food unless a refund can be guaranteed. Will drive the extra few miles down foothill next time to avoid dealing with such angry nasty people late at night. It makes it even worse that we literally just got out of the hospital where a family member wasn't doing good. Great way to experience In-N-Out. 0/5 service 0/5 food 0/5 ambiance. read more

Parking lot is very small but the drive through is well organized. It's shockingly simple to move through the drive through if you enter from the west entrance. Could you go wrong with a burger? Never. Ordered the double double, whole grilled onions and chopped chiles. I got a beef patty with no salt for my pupper. Better than a pupocinio. Fast service and food always hot. On the smaller side of indoor space but it's a lot better than the one off the highway that is a pain to get into. read more

The Three-by-Three Burger, a leviathan of beef and cheese, is a marvel both monstrous and magnificent. Layered with onions, sharp and pungent as the wit of a drunken bard, it is a feast so indulgent that even a medieval glutton might pause to clutch his chest in awe--or terror. The juices drip freely, as though mocking the delicate manners of a dining hall, yet one cannot help but revel in its savage deliciousness. Coming from VA, we don't have In-n-Out Burger shops, so when vising areas with one, I always want to stop in for a burger. I came here on a Sunday and the drive thru was packed and backed out onto the main road! I parked and walked inside and there was no one in line, so I placed my order immediately. The lobby was pretty busy though. My food was made quickly and it was hot, fresh and very tasty! Their burgers are amazing and mostly because of the fresh ingredients they use. The service was friendly and very nice and the restroom and lobby/tables were pretty clean too, considering how busy they were. Highly recommend stopping in for a burger! read more

I was shocked last night Saturday December 29th when we went to the drive up at approx 5 pm. After paying and going to the second window, I was told my burgers weren't ready. I was given 2 fries and told to go park over by the stop sign. After 15 minutes, watching every car pulling out with their burgers. I had to get out of the car and walk thru the cars going dangerously through the parking lot. After talking to an employee, he called in to get my order. He ordered me new fries to replace my cold fries. After a short drive home, the burgers were terrible. The buns were cold and wet from sitting wrapped up. Mind you we ordered 1-#1, 1#2, and 1 cheese burger with just catsup! Doesn't make sense to me!! Bad service!! read more

This location is definitely one of the busiest locations in the area. Drive thru is always 10-15 cars deep and only one lane so super long and slow. The interior is slightly faster but still really busy. The food is awesome as always and extremely fresh. Usually get double double with slightly light fries and it never disappoints. Employees are awesome and courteous. Definitely would come here more often if the wait wasn't always so long. read more

How can you ever go wrong with a Double-Double?! They are consistently good. I mean you always know what you're getting no matter what location you choose. This is a fast food favorite of mine. Always clean, staff always friendly, the Coke tastes best and the french fries always freshly cut and made. This fast food joint has no flaws.
