One morning they were pretty busy and we were in a hurry and thought maybe we would skip it for that day. Well, it was the conversation I had to listen to while I waited on my coffee being made. These are the little things people, and a lot of times companies don't understand that it can really make a difference in a customer experience. The conversation pretty much went like this: "She is such a bleep, I bleeping hate her, she's such a bleeping gossip. What the bleep was she thinking? " Something like that. You get the picture. Now I'm all about a well placed cuss word..but it was awkward for the full 8 minutes I had to sit there. It was easy to hear...no straining, and they didn't hold back because I was sitting there and a guy standing up in the back saw me sitting at the window in my car.
