Easy in & out, ample parking, super friendly staff - went above and beyond to make sure our order was right, even gave extra napkins because I walked in with my kids. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms. No pictures because the food looked like the McDonald's pictures. Not Michelin star but received exactly what we ordered & everything was as expected. Twice in one month they have failed to make my order correctly. Both times my mcchicken's have been made incorrectly. A plain mchicken might be the easiest thing to make at this "restaurant" and not once but twice they fail to do one simple order correctly. First off, kiosks are buggy, I guess they were having a bad day because the screens picked and chose the best for them to function. Second I saw the good ole prices, 10 dollars for the bare minimum. It costs almost an extra dollar to upgrade. Third the time, granted I ordered the while menu, but they kinda take the fast out of fast food. when I did get my food, employees were very nice no complaints there, but the food. I could have microwaved my son's sock after football practice and got the same result. Food was room temperature, fries felt prehistoric, nuggets felt like a sponge, and the burger felt like a warm hug from my mom. Good burger. Overall, kind people just doing their job the best they could so not mad, but for 63 dollars I wish I got good tasting food. read more

McDonalds is McDonalds. It is not fine dining but usually predictable, reliable, convenient and relatively inexpensive. We've been to a few stores where we recognize the staff and they are cheerful and pleasant and brighten our day. Overall I give them a four star, only discounting a star because the experiences is not wonderful 100% of the time at all stores. Some stores have off days or off meals but I still go and am satisfied most of the time. read more

Excellent service I got all my sauces this time! The young lady and gentleman that handed me my food were so helpful and respectful. Unfortunately they did forget a breakfast burrito, which was not a big deal! The food was delicious and I called the restaurant after discovering my missing burrito, and the even sent me a free burrito gift card which she said will arrive in 3-5 business days! Overall great service little bit of a skadoodle but they made it right in the end! Thats the difference between a good establishment and a GREAT establishment! The food is your average MCD, but the staff we encountered were SUPER friendly. The guy that took our order opened the door for us and brought us our food to the table. Another girl ask if we needed anything and if we wanted any trash cleared. Where I come from in California, these types of things hardly happen at sit down restaurants and certainly not at a McDonalds! McDonald's keeps the prices the same but cut the portions. The burgers patty gets smaller and smaller and the buns get bigger and bigger.

This review is specifically towards the kids play area. 5 stars for food 4 stars for the play area. I have taken my daughter to this play area SO MANY TIMES. We go during breakfast 8am-11am because it's empty, maybe 1-3 kids at max. Lunch time, no (30 kids). Their play facility is so cool. Very original and looks nothing like the ones at Smith/Porter park or Sonic . They also have two computers with a bunch of games, AND motion/touch lights on some of the tables & on one wall next to the main door. You can eat inside the play area. There are tables/chairs and booths. It's also super convenient if you are a student with a child, because they offer free WiFi (I've seen parents on their computers doing homework, as their kids go and play). And yes, there are outlets! 4 stars because it doesn't get cleaned as consistently. For 3 hours (yes we stayed), there were chicken nuggets and fries in the floor underneath a seating booth. Yes, this is a McDonalds, I am at this time not venting but hopefully help others and this location understand how they may improve and what customers my expect at this location. I have been to this location numerous times and I am exhausted. This food is good but the drive thru is ridiculous. this place a fast food location, correct. A drive thru is convince to quickly drive up and order food, pay for it and pick up at the window. I normally stopped at this location about 2-3 times a week as it is most convenient for me. I have been in long lines that slowly creep and the the following happens: I order my food like any other person, nothing special normally a basic breakfast item or a number 1 for example. Nothing special about the order at all. I pull forward and everything seems to be going smoothly until I get to window where I was told by the first window of payment that my food will be waiting for me their. So I pull up the pick up window and wait about 30 secs and a worker opens the window and hands me my drink normally and the closes the window and about a monument later he/she opens the window and ask me to go ahead and pull forward and park in the # " " spot. I look behind me in my mirror, and to see how the line is, and guess what, zero line!!!! Just me in the drive thru. In some other cases yes there has been one or two cars behind me. So I go and park and wait for my food. One time the manager was already coming out the door with my food before I parked!!!! Really!!! The window could not wait another 30 secs to give me my food? But majority of the time, 9 times out 10, I am asked to pull around to the spot and it will take the team almost 10 min!! I have had to inside to get my food a few times. I am tired of this! I feel like I am being picked out every time! They should put my name on pick up spot #1! Either I am going to have to order ahead if I decide to return this location or drive to the other side of town to get my order quicker. Do not recommend the drive thru. read more

I got a 15$ meal bundle and was in the drive thru I sat there for a total of 20 minutes while I watched the employees sit in the back talking to one guy who wasn't even on shift.
