We came here to pick up some dinner. There was a line for the drive-thru but, there was no line in the restaurant. There were a few people eating in restaurant. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to acknowledge us because they were doing other things. When we finally got our order taken, they were friendly. However, I would agree to other reviewers, I ordered a 20 pieces and so did my dining mates and each one us didn't get 20 pieces. It's McDonald's! I'm 41. I do not expect my dining experience at McDonald's to be so overwhelming that I am lost, without words, breath taken. It's McDonald's. This is a good McDonald's. Actually this is a great McDonald's! It's clean. It's also got the key ingredients my orders require. (Trust me, not a guarantee the closer you get to the beach). I'm a diehard McNuggets fan. I love my sweet tea and I they never disappoint. If there is a new menu item, this McDonald's let's you know! I never have to research when my McRib is back, because they'll tell me. That's a friend. There is one downfall. Other patrons. Sometimes they leave a mess at their tables. I do not know why people do this. I suppose McDonald's should hire one employee per customer, to kind of provide a private garbage shuttling service? In the restaurant and restrooms. And if McDonald's could limit every order by other patrons to one menu item per day, that would make the ordering process of all patrons go faster! There are two reasons I would write a review about McDonald's. One is if it were so bad that management needs a review with constructive criticism. The second is if the particular location is doing something noteworthy and right. This location falls in the second category and needs to hear kudos for the extras that are provided. MY RATING BASIS: The first plus is for the coloring pages and crayons close by the ordering area for kids to take to the tables for use while in the restaurant. 5 stars The second plus is for the printed materials such as the "About Me" booklet with reading and games for kids to take. They also have copies of McDonald's monthly calendars that give dates toys begin in Happy Meals, special offers and promotions. 5 stars The third plus is for hosting Family Fun Nights every Wednesday. 5 stars This location serves the regular McDonald's menu and the food is fresh and hot. 3 stars The service is prompt and courteous. 4 stars The dining areas and bathrooms are clean and well stocked with standard supplies. 4 stars The location offers free Wi-Fi. 4 stars The parking lot is crowded but offers a number of parking spots, both regular & handicap. 3 stars If I lived close by I would be content with this restaurant as my local McDonald's. read more

SAVE YOUR TIME! DO NOT EAT HERE! I have never had such a terrible experience at a McDonald's restaurant in my entire life. First of all, there were no fountain drinks AT ALL, no smoothies, no coffee. The only thing you could get to drink were bottled water, Orange Juice, Apple juice, white milk, and chocolate milk. At this rate I was already pissed, but the fact that they didn't tell me until I had ordered is what really made me angry. Then once the food has came out, there were more problems. I had ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese with no pickles but when my order came out it had pickles. The food was ok, but nothing special. Once I finished my food, I wanted some ice for the road because I still had water left over. Well there was very poor costumer service so I ended up leaving and had to pay for a cup of ice at the Speedway next-door. I will NOT be coming back here. The absolute worst fast-food experience of my life. I arrived at this McDonalds at 9:30am on a Sunday morning. The line had about 3 people in front of me...which is a pretty normal wait-time. I ordered a #10 combo - very simple...nothing complicated about it. I paid and was given a receipt which was time-stamped 9:34am. I stood by the counter patiently waiting for my food...as did a number of other patrons. They were doing a decent job of accepting the orders...but the food was not coming out. Within just a few minutes there were about a dozen people who had already paid for their food standing around - waiting for it. My food finally hit the counter at 9:51am. That was a 17-minute wait...at McDonalds. That is beyond slow, and it is utterly unacceptable. Everyone else who was there with me that morning experienced very long wait times as well. I am not sure if this is a common occurrence at this location or not, but this is the absolute worst experience at McDonalds that I have ever had. As a side-note, as I stood there for 17-minutes waiting for my food, I could not help but recall a news story that I read just a few days prior. McDonalds workers, and other fast food employees, went on strike across the country to demand a $15/hour wage. How about this: Do your job at $7.50/hour first...maybe then we can discuss something beyond minimum wage. This McDonalds is an embarrassment to the franchise and should be shut down. read more

Came back with a stack of promo coupons for the menu item I ordered. Used one and gave me one for later. Based on other reviews this McD's has had some pretty bad days. Today was a pretty good day. Not only is the service bad, but the food is awful. on 2/16/18 my grandson wanted to stop at this location { being the only option for burgers ) on his way home from school. I ordered for myself, a grand big mac and a medium fry. Their was no taste at all in the burger, or the fries. The bun was dry, and devoid of any flavor. At the begging there was the word and the word was on the menu. I approached this McDonald's with low standards and no expectations. The last 2 mc-visits i had were unfortunately horrendous. I came to this McDonald's to see a mc-trash can which was mc-full. I was mc-discussed. However when i walked in i was greeted by a kind staff and beautiful interior and a high tech atmosphere. This restaurant is horrible. As public safety professional working nights, food options are limited. In uniform, with a large public safety vehicle, which would not fit through the drive thru, i was denied food service as the employee cited the policy of not accepting walk ups at the window. Clearly no threat from me and a police officer was in his car going through the drive through. I am not one to post negative reviews, but my hope is that someone from McDonalds' management will see this and see that improvements are necessary. I have been to some great and some not so great McDonalds over the years, and this is without a doubt the slowest and most inefficiently operated McDonalds. I leave every time fuming that I will never go back. The drive-thru is painfully slow and you should consider yourself lucky if your order comes out correctly. Stopped there on my way home to get something hot to drink. Ordered the mocha hot coffee. Had to wait at least 10 minutes ,something wrong with machine. Left after I received my drink. Waited a bit since hot. When I finally tasted it I wish I hadn't left without checking in restaurant. It was hot water with a faint very bitter coffee taste and some milk.
