Wow a 1.3 rating and 1 star is the minimum... well, my 1 star rating is based off the multiple experiences with this place. Not sure what's going on here?? They always miss giving you the sauce for the nuggets, so BE SURE to check your bag before leaving. Also, I guess the new cheese burgers are chicken nuggets..? Sweet! No really! Be sure to check your food to make sure it's correct before you leave so you don't get home with a TOTAL SIKEOUT! The girl with the orange-brown starfish claw clip taking orders today 5/5/25 at 12:30pm should not be taking orders. She was rude to me when I placed my order for a large fries and a large coke. I placed my order and she goes "YOU WANT WHAT?!" I was like woah...I reordered then went to pay. I watched her take someone else's order while I waited. She rolled her eyes when taking their order and when they said they had a code she shook her head and rolled her eyes and was like "what it is" in a rude voice. I tried to look for her name tag but she didn't have it in a visible place. I went to the next window and Angel fixed my order and was soooooo nice! I visited this mcdonald's at 7am Maria the cashier used my code then told me the item was unavailable. Thelma the manager came to assist and held the drive through line up instead of correcting the issue behind ONE DOLLAR! Thelma and Maria could've easily fixed an app issue that they created by charging me $1 for anything n giving me the $1 drink that the app offers! Customer service was horrible! They spoke in Spanish while I spoke in English and I found that very rude! My total wasn't $1 the drink on the app was! read more

It's McDonald's, I don't expect much, but I do expect my order to be right. They have never gotten one of my orders correct. I'm not exaggerating, every single time I have gone to this location, I live close so it's convenient, my order has been wrong. Sometimes little things, other times, like today, it's bigger things, like tartar sauce on my Big Mac. I get it, it gets busy at lunch time, the sauce dispensers look alike, working is hard, you had to leave your house today, but come on do better. read more

We have rarely had a good experience at this location. When we eat in (the few times their dining room is ACTUALLY opened), they crank the AC so high that even my 6-year-old boy who wears shorts in the wintertime is freezing. Like one step behind chattering his teeth. We have items missing from orders often and they usually take longer to bring the food out. But this last time was especially rough. We ordered our food for inside pickup with the mobile app while we filled our car up with gas next door (12:30pm). We pulled in about 4 minutes later to pickup our order and the dining room was closed and door was locked. We weren't sure if we should go to the curbside to pickup our order since we put "pickup inside" in the app. After telling two people who had come out for other curbside orders we were here for a pickup order (and them asking our order number and confirming it) they then told us to pickup through drive thru...... where the line was huge. But we waited in the drive thru like they said and then when we finally got our food and got on our way, it was 1:10pm and they didn't even include any ketchup in the order. Additionally, after ordering 3 happy meals and two sandwiches they only included 2 napkins. The staff seem nice, but it just seems that there is a consistent pattern of errors to the point where we've decided we won't be coming back to this location. read more

I purchased a 20 piece chicken nuggets. I Kindly requested the worker to not to put condiments in my food because they are not sanitized. Get home and discover they have thrown three barbecue sauces in my chicken nugget box. Look closely at one of the sauces and it HAS HAIR ON IT!!! Go back to the establishment to kindly request a refund and they get mad and tell me to not ever come back again that I am no longer allowed in thier establishment because I complain. I stood at the counter for 13 minutes and was not even acknowledged. I just wanted to ask a question. I was the only person waiting and it's not like they were very busy. There was only one other patron in the whole place. One person walked in to pick up an order of 2 McFlurries. They handed her 1. She said "Excuse me but I order 2." The guy then said "No you only ordered 1". She then said " So you mean I paid over $9.00 for one small McFlurry!?" He came back and said she only ordered one. Then acted very frustrated and said "I guess I'll make you another one." He handed it to her without a straw or spoon. She then had to ask for that which made him more aggravated. If we had not already paid at the kiosk we would have left. This place is on a good location and would do well with proper management. Oh I forgot to mention. After about 20 minutes or so, I decided to walk in the restaurant to check on my curbside order. The curbside assistant was very hostile with me. He ignored me for almost 5 minutes, making me repeat my order number and accusing me of not paying for the order on my end. Then he told me, this can not happen again. He attempted to show me how to use the app to complete the order, as if I was incompetent. However, I already had the receipt in my email that I showed him at least 3 times. Then, he finally bought the food out in a cold greasy bag with fries dumped out of the containers. I left the cold food on counter. The apple slices he gave me expire the day of purchase. This restaurant is the worst for poor service. I live close so continue to patronize with hope that my order will be right. Every time I am disappointed. The Worst Mc. Donald's in America!!!! We don't eat fast food too often but we want some cancer in a brown paper bag we opt for Mc. Donald's. However, on this day we should have gone with great service with a smile, consistency waffle fries and Christianity; better known as Chic-Fil-A. I placed an Uber Eats order. Big Mistake, HuGE Mistake! Not only is this the worst fast food establishment in America, but I added the extra pressure of actually thinking all $18 of food I purchased would actually be placed in the bag and delivered to me. You try telling the 6yr old "Sorry your Happy Meal was ordered.... but it's not in the bag!" ‍. I then called the place and spoke to Judith... Poor Judith. She had no idea what to do or how to help process a refund for 3 missing items that I paid for. Judith's only suggestion was that we call her Restaurant Manager Jackie and to come in the following day. Well I guess we better figure this out on our own if we want any sort of refund... After an awful experience a few months ago. My son was hungry and wanted McDonald's so I thought I would give it another try. What a mistake!!!!!! The line was wrapped around the building but I waited anyway. After About half an hour I get up to the speaker to order and the man is standing there and telling me that he was closing due to short staff. I get it because every restaurant is short staffed right now but the person in front of me was able to order and to top it all off, he was very rude and disrespectful. Uggghh. I was so annoyed and now I have a hungry Child in the back seat who I have to explain to him why he was not able to get his food. read more

Horrible customer service. You may say its just a McDonalds how much do you expect from them? I went there with low expectations from the staff and they were still horrible. Ordered curb side pick using the app after waiting 15 minutes we tried calling but got no answer. Then we got into the drive through lane that was 15 cars deep at 3:00 in the afternoon (shows how slow they were with everyone). When we told the staff we made a curb side order and had call with no answer they implied we were lying and just made excused on why things were not working well. In all it took us 35+ minutes to get our food. If we had not already paid through the app we would have left and gone else where. I've tried reaching out to cooperate and local franchise owner with no response showing they just don't care. read more

That is the worse McDonald's I've been in Greater Houston. I am not sure about what is happening there, but I can say that my experience in this Crabb River unit is getting worse every day. They have a management issue that they need to address. If you compare this store with others in SW Houston/Sugar Land/Richmond area, the administration on the Crabb River unit is the worst from far. This is the only McDonald's restaurant in the area that still keeps its floor closed, serving just at the Drive(my guess is for better revenue/margin on sales at the drive-through). The lines at the Drive-Thru are huge in the afternoon. It is so common they mess the order that this became a joke between my kids when I get home with the food. "Let's see the McSurprise for today...Oh, I got a McChicken instead of my BigMac, and no fries are missing...Wow, this time was not too bad..." Every time is a different excuse, but it is evident that lack of staff. When my kids insist on ordering something from McDonald's, I wish I could go to another store, but unfortunately, my busy schedule doesn't allow me to. It is too bad we don't have a decent and clean McDonalds serving Greatwood/River Park communities. I wish their corporate could pay a visit there to see what's going on. I know that McDonald's is not a restaurant that can be expected too much, but we should at least see efficiency - After all, their business model is based on that. read more

Be careful eating food at the McDonalds at Crabb River Rd near Bucees. 2/10 morning they were washing the floor with some kind of detergent while they were preparing and dishing out food to guests! Some of the employees were also very disrespectful to us when we were questioning their practices. I cancelled my order. Reported this to customer hotline - no one called me back. I DONT know why so many people gave 1 star? we stopped by this location on our way to Houston and besides the dt being packed,it moved fast,lady on window had a big smile , our waiting time was about 5 minutes on the dt reserved sign and we got our food hot and fresh. if other people are expecting to get their food ready in 1 minute and still hot and fresh . there is NO way!!! I would wait 10 minutes is necessary as long as I get hit and fresh cooked food. or I would just stop being lazy and cook at home . great service . read more

I like this location because it's close to my home.. Sometimes after picking up my son from school we like to come here for a snack. Service is pleasant and the restaurant is clean and modern! The Wifi here is always strong and sometimes when we have the ipad and a little time we'll camp here and have a shake or something.. Good place! read more

I wish I could give this McDonald's 0 stars, because EVERY time I go they are "closed" when their hours say midnight! This is not a Covid 19 issue, this has been go for over a year! Tonight I pull in the drive through 10:35(hours say midnight) no response so I pull up to the window. A man can to the window and shook his hand back and forth motioning no more. Other times I've gone the lights are completely off by 10:45pm. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be solved. I have never had this issue at any other location. read more

Soggy ass fries and nuggets, I asked for an apple juice for my kids happy meal, they of course forget to put it with my order. And since their stupid door is locked, I had to go back through the drive through to go ask for the Apple juice. We decide it's not worth the food getting cold for an apple juice we get home and find out the nuggets and fries were soggy as if they were microwaved in the box then given to us. Place is absolute garbage. Every time I've been here the drive thru takes at least 20 minutes. They allow mobile orders but they don't do curbside so you have to wait in the drive thru anyways so what's the point?? Then I finally get to the window, 30 minutes later and they give me the wrong food. Can't even go inside to talk to anyone. I can't believe I'm writing a review for a McDonalds because I've always had pretty decent experiences at other locations, however this location is horrendous. Yes we experience the usual, mistakes on our orders, the terrible customer service and broken down machines, but today my kiddos tried to go inside to order their food because we actually saw other people inside at the counter. A worker opened the door and rudely told them to go to the drive threw. For some reason the inside of this McDonalds has been closed for years. They've never given us an explanation. And we thought since covid restrictions have been lifted that they would eventually open up again. I'm looking forward to the day they get new management. Second time I've placed a mobile order and didn't receive my order. First time was curbside, after waiting over 30 minutes they never came out with my order, I finally left even though I had paid. Hopefully someone got a free meal. Second time I went to the driver thru when i selected "I'm here" and chose drive thru, it gave me an order number. Got to the speaker and they said they didn't have my order number. Drove up to window and showed them my phone with order displayed, said they didn't have it, can't help me. This place is a damn joke! The worst service of ANY place I have ever ate at. It's now 7:30am and the front door is locked. No sign on the front door, nothing. The workers in there looked at me at the front door even after I knocked. They didn't say anything. I guess drive thru is the only option.
