I wish I could put a score lower than one star. For a location that could do very good if open 24 hrs, this one refuses to increase it's hours. However, I understand it is not open around the clock. So I try to set my schedule to this. I just tried to stop by and grab dinner and no one answers the kiosk. then I go to the first window and someone walks by, so I tap on the window with no response. Then the same at the second window. So I drive forward and park. I look at the windows. No posted hours of operation. I know I've grabbed food before at 1130. So I tap on the window. No one even looks. I tap again and get someone's attention. She gets up, she was sitting in the lobby, and goes to the back. I assume she was getting the manager. I'm fine with this. I can see her talking to the manager. THE MANAGER WAVES HER HAND LIKE SHE DOESN'T CARE. I guarantee she didn't think I could see her. I proceed to tap on the window until she comes to the door. At this point I don't want anything from here. I just want to inform her of how rude she was. This location is absolutely one of the worst locations from which I have had the ability to order. I have received the wrong order before but never noticed till I got home. At which time I am too frustrated to go all the way back to get it right. This store has made me never want to go back to mcdonalds again. I am dumbfounded how a location can run with no posted hours to begin with. But to have such rude management. Ugh!! read more

This place is an absolute joke. We just tried to go in there to get a burger at 8:53 and they rudely told me no an that the dining room is closed when the hours posted say 10:30. An hour and a half early?! Horrible. Did I forget to mention somebody without a McDonald's uniform was in the dining room playing around and keeping them entertained but paying customers can't come in? Not a great case for the fight for 15. When we asked how could we get in touch with the owners they told us they have no idea and completely blew me off. It does not matter if there are 50 people in front of you, or if your the only person in the drive thru; you will have to wait longer than normal for your food and it will probably be wrong. This is just another job to the employees so don't expect them to care about you or the business. If I have time, I will drive 15 miles out of my way to go to town centers location because this location always disappoints. read more

If I could give no stars I would. 99% of the time, the drive thru service sucks, not that working at McDonalds is the best place ever, but if you're that unhappy, you shouldn't be there, go to a chic fil a! Anyways, the past couple of times, at the drive thru there's been instances where BOTH windows, both people don't say a word! I've just paid, then gotten my food. Not a peep, which is a little uncomfortable and awkward. No I don't expect a full on conversation, but when I see unhappy, rude people working I get a bad vibe. Got there at 10:20 and the first thing the employee said is welcome to Waffle House and then didn't speak for a couple minutes to then say they are closed . 3 employees just chillin getting paid and not serving food. This has got to be the world's worst McDonalds. I wasted half an hour there today to find out that they were closing early, while waiting outside for my mobile app order. As employees were leaving saying they ran out of food, I drove up to the drive thru window and lady waved me to go inside. The manager then informed me that the McRib that I ordered isn't available, but evidently it was on the app and they charged me anyways. If my order was received and not available, couldn't you have come outside to tell me? Unbelievable. She proceeded to tell me to request a refund on the app and when I asked her how, she had no clue. Why even offer that as a suggestion when it's not possible??? She then pointed at the menu as to show me I was at fault for ordering it. Geez....thank you! Go to any other McDonald's if you can. Is there a 0 star option? Because that's exactly what this location deserves. First I pull up to the drive through and the machine isn't working so I pull up to the window. The guy that was working there asks me what I want and I told him my order and added that I wanted a "meal". I also told him I'd like Dr Pepper for the drink because he didn't bother to ask. After I pull up to the next window I tell the lady I ordered a meal and she asks for my receipt. Realizing that the person in the previous window screwed my order I told her he put it in my order wrong only to get suspicious looks from the employee as if I was lying and trying to get a free upgrade. No I'm not trying to cheat out of paying for a dollar. Please don't ever go here there's so many good places with good customer service like chick fil a and whataburger. read more

Once a week get a meal at this particular McDonald's. My nieces and nephew liked the kids meals. However if you are arise ring an actual meal, expect 2/3 times for the order to be inaccurate. They successfully take the order(correctly as seen in the drive thru LCD) then somewhere between that moment and after you pay and then receive the order things don't match. Tonight we tried ordering two large fries from McDonalds(hard to fail on that simple order) then heading over to the nearby Carls Junior to make the more "complicated" orders like "plain cheeseburger". That worked so well we may just stick to that routine. I really like an occasional Mcdonalds meal but until they can get a simple order correct I'll go elsewhere. read more

Anna was very patient in helping me select the best burger since I don't really eat at McDonald and she did it with a smiling face. The location was also very clean. Came to get my girlfriend an apple pie and some fries because she's on her period and wants some McDonald's but they said they were closed at 10:30 pm!! Another bad review, wouldn't give them even part of a star. My husband and I tried to go inside to place some orders but the door was locked apparently due to a private event, didn't know that was a thing and there was no sign on the door. We went to the drive-thru and the guy refused to take my orders with multiple people people in the car/ordering for a family of 5 that all want to purchase separate things/orders, 3 orders to be exact. Why would anyone at any place of business refuse 3 separate purchases, we went to Burger King. This location is constantly screwing us over and I'm not sure why nothing is done, do I need to complain and write reviews every time so that things will eventually get fixed. Ordered 6 double hamburgers, I get 5 single hamburgers. Ordered the same another time, got 5 double hamburgers and 1 single hamburger. This is a constant thing with this location, they can't ever seem to get things right. I swore I would never go/eat there again but I take my kids but I personally don't eat there.
