They have a lounge area open to the general public (spacious and comfortable), and a private members section that is IMMACULATE. The members' area has multiple rooms and is one of the cooler layouts I've seen. The cigar selection isn't the biggest, but it gets the job done. What really sold me on this place was the service and ventilation. The manager was extremely attentive to my party; gave us a tour of the building and made us feel welcomed. Regarding the ventilation - it's one of the best systems in the Chicagoland area. Unless there are 50 people in there chain smoking, you won't leave drenched in cigar smoke. Big fan of this place; I heard they have new locations coming and I'll have to check those out once they're open.

There are casino slots, dance floor and DJ or music box options. I have never had lunch or dinner but tried several appetizers and cocktails. Wings, skins, mozz sticks, fries, all decent. The party was scheduled from 7p-11p, we were told more than once the decorations needed to be removed by 11pm, but the guest could stay and continue to party and drink until close, however the security started snatching decorations down and rudely putting our guest out. Keep in mind not only did we pay to have the party at Ambitions, but any guest that arrived after 8pm paid an additional fee to get in. The birthday girl was upset and embarrassed because there were guest that arrived at 10p paid to get in and was rudely put out at 11pm. DO NOT BOOKS THIS PLACE FOR PARTIES

The place isn't huge, but it's laid out extremely well, with enough seating for at least 50 people. And speaking of seating - black leather couches are spread throughout with ZERO wear and tear. No matter where you sit, you'll be able to clearly see a big screen TV if desired. So esthetically - Platinum is winning. The humidor is just like the lounge - not huge but it's laid out extremely well and they carry all the major brands. No kitchen or bar, but you can BYOB. Bathroom was in decent shape, and the service wasn't bad. In short - I would actually go out of my way to come here. It's a delightful place that checks every box if you're a fan of cigars or hookah.

I forgot some clothing items luckily Marshall's & Burlington was right across the way. Highly recommend you stay here if in the area. You'll be pleased. Also, there was no complimentary internet as advertised. This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express that did not have internet for there guests.
