I am not a McDonal's regular customer. I was picking up food for a volunteer's children. The lines were long so I went in. I found out the fry was broken. The employees were running around like crazy. They maintained their composure and sense of humor. They were remarkable. They deserve praise for their work ethic. This is by far the best McDonald's I have been to. I'm from Churchill Tennessee and our McDonald's suck down here. The wait wasn't even 3 minutes and they were very cooperative, kind, and assisted us greatly. They had great communication as well. Nasty lobby, old tea, won't even keep tea in their lobby. Service was something to be desired, went to get tea from behind the counter and was ignored by 4 employees before someone finally came to ask me what I needed, and lastly, cannot follow simple instructions on not putting something on a burger. I literally ask you to do less work and you can't even get that right. read more

They are always rude at the location. They always get something wrong with the order. They barely give you any drink in your cup and you're lucky to get three ice cubes. We sat at the window for I don't know how long to ask for a sauce packet. The lady knew we were sitting there cause she literally looked at us five or so times. It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes they mess up my order and forget things. Other times they get everything right.

Consistently crappy , evening shifts are worse than morning. Getting orders correct on evening shift is near impossible. The assembly of sandwiches is poor , you pretty much need to assemble it after recieving it. I have given two stars because it is McDonald's , and you can't expect much . Don't waste your time or money. Tried several times since we moved here 3 years ago and they always get our order wrong, take forever, and their buns on the burgers are always stale. Best burger in town is actually made at food city or medical center. There's a little diner in there. read more

First we where there for 30 minutes to get waited on and then I placed my order I said I would like 2 medium coffee with 2 creams in each and 1 sausage burrito no sauce and that will be all and he had put 3 creams on the screen I said that is with 2 creams and he change it and said sorry about that and I said that is ok he said it will be 4.15 so I pull up behind a van that was in front of me and he was reaching the guy at the window a coupon and then reach him his debit card and he pulled on up so it was my turned and I reach him my 4.15 and Thank him I pulled up to the pick up window and the girl said what did you get I said I got 2 med coffee and sausage burrito she said did you pay for your order I said yes I did it showing that you didnt pay I said I have him 4 1 dollar Bill's 1 dime and 1 nickel yes I paid for my order I said I come through her 5 days a week and get the same thing everytime I stop she turned and look at the other lady and said it showing that she has not paid for it and the woman said give it to her. And Mark spoke up and said you all need to get your shit together we paid for our order they got real smart with me and I told them I would never stop her again. And I pulled in parking spot and went inside and ask to speak to the manager and this tall lady said I am the manager and I explain to her that I paid for my order and she said the guy just hadn't put the money in and I said I understand that there was no problem with him it was the 2 at the window being smartbutts and she walk away and I said I will report this. read more

Went there for breakfast a couple of weeks ago. It was raining out and came very close to slipping on the tile entryway going inside. Noticed some of the tables that were FULL of trash so didn't sit there. Ordered coffee, water and a McMuffin. No water or coffee to be had due to some problem they were having. On the way out, I was careful of that entry way. It appeared to be dry but the tile was SUPER slick - like it had oil all over it. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to - will not be back. read more

I ordered a #1 Big Mac Combo meal, and went back to work from my lunch break to eat it, and I took one bite, and right away I knew something was wrong because it was ice cold. Came here with my roommates for ice cream. Ordered a chocolate shake, 8ounce Oreo mcflurry, and a large sundae. The shake was super watery and the flurry had minimal crumble in it. The worst part was as another customer ordered the .69$ cone the "large" sundae was placed on the counter with a lesser amount of ice cream and zero toppings(asked for caramel sauce, whip, and cherry). After joking about the size comparison the cashier handed us another little cup of vanilla. Still pitiful for the McDonald's name. Not coming back. Go to Hardee's. read more

So many things wrong with this place. If I could give it negative stars, I would. First things first, the girl that took our order sounded sick and had to ask us 4 times just for the first thing on our order. We couldn't even order the whole thing at the speaker and we had to pull up to the window, which wasn't too bad. But when we pulled up, this girl sounded and looked like she was on drugs. She was nodding in and out, slurring her words, just looked like she was coming down from some pills or something. Then we got our food and they left out half of the damn order. So I went in to make them aware and get what I paid for. Keep in mind this specific location used to keep the lobby open 24/7, but tonight when I WALKED IN, the manager (her name was Amanda) had the audacity to yell at me like I was her daughter because the "lobby was closed". I didn't know that, and if the lobby was closed, wouldn't you have enough common sense to lock the damn doors? read more
