Tried to use the online order service.created the order then when my son arrived placed it. Checked in via the app and the system started your not here (based off of gps) but show this code to a crewmember and they'll get your order. False. My son made contact with the crew member who stated we don't have an order for you. Sent him screen shots off the order and the code. Crew tell him no order. Asked him to have the manager come to the phone. This manager proceeded to tell me to bring the phone. Why..... I have the code which we provided to you. This manager proceeded to argue with me , tell me that their system doesn't work that way it's old, just bring the phone. Apparently she believes the way to manage is to make it the customers problem to resolve. So... I tell my son to use the screenshot to place a new order. Her response is to say no just bring the phone.. . Constantly throughout this entire conversation, she refused to stop talking and listen, argued over me and was generally hostile. Which admittedly created a hostile response from me. Not threatening, but I was no longer prepared to be pleasant. I asked for her name and job title and she refused to identify herself. I told my son to drive off. I then called the restaurant to try and get her name. I was hung up on multiple times. I even called from a different phone number. When I got a male employee on the phone I once again asked for the name of the duty manager. So he hung up on me. Is this what I can expect from a " family restaurant "? To have a manager argue over a customer in front of a teenager who is just trying to pick up food? Do I want this employee terminated? No. Do I want them disciplined. No Do I want them trained how to properly respond to customer issues and disappointment in the service and rectify the situation without them trying to argue over, ignore and expect the customer to resolve the problem. I worked two times in my youth at McDonalds and am quite aware of the corporate and franchise requirements. This particular McDonalds needs to have the manager relieved, fired and the restaurant shut down until it can be revised, retrained and corrected. It is the single worst McDonalds I've visited in the world, much less Tucson. Allow me to explain.1) Food quality; below substandard. The fries are always over salted, ALWAYS! This is not the way Ray Croc envisioned his stores. The food preparation is always sloppy if not incorrect per ordering specifically. 2) Drive through experience is abhorrent. The displeasing attitude rudeness, unprofessional tones and lack of courtesies are the worst. The manager should be fired for this single failure. Customer courtesy is A MUST and this facility fails immeasurably. 3) Orders are consistently incorrect. It doesn't matter what time of day you order, the food is consistently never quality checked and you must always open the bag to validate your order. This is a fundamental FAILURE!! I can't even give this place a 1/4 star. The manager has NO idea how to handle ANYTHING in a fast-Food restaurant! People waiting in the drive through line and we walk in and get our food quicker then them. There's no water in the restrooms. No one said anything to us while we waited 5 minutes when we walked in the door. The manager took our order then tossed the food to us without saying anything then turns around the second she drops the food. Our order (for 2) was simple, we just requested no pickles then needed up with pickles and te stickers on the package we're totaling wrong! If I had the option to give this McDonalds half a star I would. I would actually put no stars. This is the WORST McDonald's in America. The food is always cold and your order is always incorrect. I always try to go to this 24 HOUR Mcdonalds before work at 4AM and if its not one thing, its another. Today the drive thru had cones in front of one line and a black cart in front of the other. I could understand if theyre having technical difficulties but there was no sign to let anyone know what was up. I already have little faith in that morning crew so I assume they just dont want to run the drive thru. EVERY morning I go, they say theyre accepting cash only which is SO inconvienent and a little sketchy. The last time I went I ordered a medium iced coffee and he handed me a small so I challenged him and he said it was a medium (i know what a med looks like bud) but I didnt have time to argue. Lastly he or they were slow not the normal fast food slow but on drugs kind of slow even the way he was talking that seemed to be the case. Food Poisoning...I would give zero stars if I could. I took my 4 year old daughter through the drive thru last Saturday 5/6/17 at 11:30am, and shortly after she began vomiting (last time between 2-3 am on 5/8). For the millionth time they put cheese are her mcdouble even though I could see the request for no cheese displayed on their ordering screen. When they handed me her happy meal I checked her burger and voila cheese. After trying to get their attention by waving at the drive thru window for a minute or so I decided to honk which alerted them to me right away. I informed the irritated employee of their error, and she unpleasantly grabbed the mcdouble from my hand. Unlike countless occasions similar to this one she came back right away with a replacement. It was greasier than it usually is and possibly not cooked long enough or perhaps McDonald's employees intentionally "mishandled" the burger.
