I usually don't have too many problems with the food from here. My review goes more toward the attitude of the works. I get that they probably don't like their jobs but if a customer says Thank you in a joyful way, don't ignore them/close the window on them/ say "mmmmhmmm"." I walked into this establishment and immediately... my senses time traveled back to when I was a kid in Italy. The salty aroma of french fries and juicy beef patties brought me back to my mother's kitchen in Florence when... wow. Times were different. My tastebuds took a journey overseas. The salty air still lingers in my nostrils. Alas, this establishment reunited my heart with my roots. Ordered on the app first went through the drive thru but line was long so I switched to curbside. Said order was on its was out after waiting 20 minutes I went to go inside and a worker stopped me and said the dining room was closed. (there were people sitting and eating and one person at the register) I said I needed to pick up my order. She told me to get a refund on the app (which you can't do) So I tried calling the restaurant over and over and any time it was answered I was hung up on. I haven't had a single bite of this small McFlurry. And it's 1/3 empty. We live about 1/4 mile from this McDonalds so we're frequent customers... Yet, I don't know what. They're consistently rude and while they're often busy, they make no time for customer service. Which means, no condiments, unresolved messed up orders, and this. It seems like they made too little of ice cream for 2 mcflurries, but said "screw it" and just half filled mine and my husband's. Sounds about right. Every experience I had with this McDonald's hasn't been good. First experience they rushed our order and didn't let us finish and won't respond in the intercom when we said we wasn't done ordering. The second time my wife was pregnant and had midnight cravings. The store states they are open 24/7 but they told us they was closed even though the lights were on and they was plenty of workers in the store. I never even got the chance to try out their food due to these experiences which is unfortunate because it's so close by my house.The atmosphere there is just not welcoming at all. read more

This is the worst example of a McDonald's I've ever been to every time I order here or something is wrong or missing from my order the staff is very rude and they pretend like they're closed when they're supposed to be 24 hours when really they're not even open after dark most times because they say that they're closed even though their hours on Google and everywhere else say that they're open 24 hours.
