the staff at this location always have some horrible attitudes towards customers. Especially the manager. This guy always wants to argue instead of correcting their mistakes. I ordered 40 piece nuggets and of course I didnt get any sauce for them. so I drove all the way back to the restaurant to get my sauce and of course this guy wants to pop an attitude with me. I didnt ask for a refund, nor did I ask for my nuggets to be replaced, I strictly went there to get the sauce that THEY FORGOT! To start, I drive for doordash on i10 almost exclusively so I find myself having to go here for lunch and dinner almost every day. The evening staff at this location are the main subject of this 1 star review, as they spend more time singing and goofing off behind the counter while there will be lines of people waiting for their food or simply a drink refill. Zero attention to the customer whatsoever and exceptionally slow at night. The food is actually not half bad most of the time, and it's quite clean, but the service, awful! They have asked their employees to hurry, but in a polite and respectful manner. They have asked for clarification of orders, and they have interacted with customers. Service was a little slow tonight, but its Sunday night. Still, someone ahead of me has a huge order of something, because I've been in line for a long time. I haven't even gotten to the pay window. It's been long enough for me to leave this review. They really need to make the guy two cars ahead pull over. I'm only getting sodas! Later the same night: I can't believe I sat in line for 30 minutes for two sodas. Should have gone to Whataburger. When I got home, my husband told me they were awful. They were surly and they got his order wrong, and he had to go all the way back to exchange it. That was the final straw for him, but I had forgotten about that time. The establishment is actually connected to a convenient store, so you can get gas, munchies, and McDonald's. It's a good location to get in and out of quickly. The customer service and food is always up to par but 3 stars is all they get due to getting my order wrong. Couldn't agree more with the other negative reviews. The only positive is the easy off/easy on highway location (or on the way home location for many San Antonio commuters. I waited for 30 minutes at the drive thru with four cars ahead of me and then they got my order wrong. If you're going to spend that much time then no excuse for not being prepared when I finally make it to the window. And you don't deserve to be called even a fast food restaurant. Another total bummer with this location is that once you order, the drive thru lane traps you between the building and high curb so that you are forced to wait it out no matter how long it takes. There are much better options with Flagstop Cafe across the street and numerous fast food stops just up the road at the Boerne Hwy 46 exit. read more
