I walked in for breakfast this morning at around 7:55am. Waited by the register for over two minutes before someone decided to help me. There was an employee putting mix into the combo machine and never acknowledge me and/or said hello, good morning, will be right with you. All focus was on Drive-Thru. With the understanding you have self serve order stations, not everyone feels comfortable using them quite yet. Why am I give you 5 stars? Overall cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding. Lobby, outside, restroom and behind the counter. Quality of my food was excellent. My coffee was on point, right amount of creams and sugar. As I was eating my food seated in the lobby, I could hear employees and possibly manager chatting / discussing work related situation on how to provide better service. Just ordered food and brought it home. Girl on drive thru was half paying attention to our order but whatever not a huge deal. Paid and girl at second window asked us to pull over and wait for food after handing me my coke. No straw was given but when we were brought our food, guy left before asking if we needed anything. We left and got home, no straw in bag, ok soggy fries (I kinda liked them husband did not), flat ass Coke with 4 ice cubes and the McGriddle was missing the sausage. This McDonald's is conveniently located for my commute to and from work, allowing me to grab a quick bite before work or bring home a meal for me and the wife about once a week. However, the odds of my order being reasonably timed or correct is about 50/50. Last week I did a mobile order for curbside pickup. I put in the number of the spot and after about 20 minutes nobody had brought out my order. I went inside, spoke to a cashier and they said they had not seen me out there, despite the fact I was parked out front, in the clearly numbered spot, and watched several employees enter and exit fulfilling curbside orders. It took about five minutes to get my food after I came inside to check on my order. Even then, the order was wrong in a few ways. Even today, my order was only partially correct, though they did manage to get my food to me in under ten minutes. Your mileage with this location may vary, but for me, it feels like I am rolling the dice each time. I don't think I'll be giving them another chance for a while. read more

This McDonalds has the Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Drive thru service is Horrific!! Every time I order, my order is 9/10 times incorrect. Sometimes the cheese is missing, at times it's completely wrong... I always have to go in. They are so rude to top it all off. They never greet you properly, seem rushed and never count your money back to you if you pay with cash. They just throw it a you and get on to their socializing with the other employee.
