One of the worst McDonald's I've probably ever been to. If you don't mind your food being cold then this is the place for you. I've held off doing a review on this location hoping they'd redeem themselves but after going here for almost 3 years since it's around the corner from me this place still dis-satisfies every single time. Tonight was the last straw. When they messed up the order not once but twice, then get home to stell fries and of course cold food. Do not go to this location. They can't get orders right and the management and staff are as useful as a screen door in a submarine. Rude, inconsistent, food is never hot. Check order before leaving drive through because the staff is beyond incompetent. The 1-800 complaint line is useless as well. Not a fan of McDonald's but sometimes a family member requests it so I give in and stop there, only to have my order not even closely resemble what's on the ticket. Terrible customer service. Placed order. Chicken sandwich, Cheeseburger (meat and cheese only) 2 medium fries (no salt) 2nd window I give her my money and confirm my order. She repeats order and I get no receipt. 3rd window. She gives me my order and again I confirm meat and cheese only and no salt on fries on which she says yes. I get home and there's ketchup on the hamburger and extra salt on the fries. I call the # and it goes straight to voicemail. I go back forgetting the food and she tells me she can't refund without the food. Had they picked up the phone she could have told me that. I'm so livid I go back and take the hamburger which was not touched and a half eaten sandwich. We threw the fries away. I explained to her I was not digging in the trash. She tells me she can only refund me for the cheeseburger and 1 order of fries. WTH? States she's only a shift leader and her manger told her what to do. I know times are hard but I'm not hard up for $14.62 worth of food.
