We were traveling through San Jose and there were two of us in our vehicle that are handicapped and we needed a restroom urgently. The third person in our party went to place an order while my daughter and I (both handicapped) went to the restroom. Upon arriving at the restroom we found it locked. The manager refused to open it even after I pleaded with the her that my daughter was having an emergency situation and is handicapped. Complete disregard to food safety. Went to curbside pick up. One of the employee has been exchanging the trash bags in the various trash bins outside of the restaurant. I was parked at curbside pickup 2. I saw one of the employee from inside the restaurant was about to come out to give us the food. However, she popped the door opened and handed our food to the employee that was in front of the restaurant (still changing the trash bags from the trash cans) and had him bought our food to the car. As I was driving, I checked my bag and saw there was no condiments and forks in the bag so I madly turned around and drove back in the store to ask for them. The lady inside that helped me automatically said "you need to ask for them when you're at the window." this got me more furious as she didn't even apologize .Since when do you have to ask for syrup, butter and forks for a pancake order? I told her they should automatically put these in the bag. After all what is a pancake without butter and syrup to a kid? They should ask customers what's needed or not and not the other way around. I don't usually come to this McDonald's and I don't normally have this kind of problem with ordering this. I've ordered this item thousands of times before .
