A really small cafe/restaurant combo. The cafe side is very aesthetic and all their drinks looks and sound really good. I got the salted coconut coffee which was hands down one of the best coconut coffee I've gotten. The drinks took so long to make though we waited 20-25 mins to get 2 drinks. I also ordered a cha oc but never received it. Didn't realized until I got home. They have 2 small tables and has a food menu. The food looks so good but there's barely any seats. Parking is very limited with half the parking reserved for the other stores there (?!?!) we had to park on the street and walk over. I would totally come back for the coffee but would order ahead. Wait is way too long in store

This place is not the same as when they just opened anymore. I ordered 5 orders of Xoi Ga and double matcha for my coworkers for lunch break. I was so confident recommended them about this place, when I picked up the orders, they were so excited to try; however the sticky rice is not chewy and it is so hard like I'm eating raw rice, neither fresh like my first try when they were grand opening. About the matcha, taste so bland powdery and nothing else to describe. I was so disappointed and feel sorry to my coworkers. Please adjust or test your recipe recently, so your customers will come back again to enjoy your dishes!

My first time was here and try out Bun Cha ca & Matcha Einspanner. I got it for togo and the wait wasn't too long since there is no customer at the time i came. I wanna tried out their matcha so I got matcha Einspanner but overall i feel like the matcha taste is not strong for me, just give them 3.75/5 Bun cha ca taste just okay for me. Just one thing I like is their small place is nice decoration and also they happy to serve you and very friendly.

Such a cute little shop tucked in the corner of the plaza (best bang for banh cuon and banh beo)! Super tiny parking lot and barely any street parking here. The shop looks new and took over what I think was once a travel agency - but it's been vacant for so long, I don't remember. But onto the present! Swung by around 8am and they were already opened. The interior was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The craze for Vietnamese coffee is booming again - and this cafe is no exception. There is a variety of coffee options and fairly priced between 6 and 6.5 for being a boutique coffee shop is the vibes I was getting. I was standing outside staring in and another customer mention he loves this place and the coffee is super strong. So I took him suggestion and ordered a classic iced coffee and it was smooth. Love that they used nugget ice and the coffee itself was creamy and not too sweet or bitter. It was definitely one of the better coffees I've had - reminds me of Orange County. They do take card/tap to pay or cash - which is great! It's a small place but there are a few tables inside. The menu shows you could also order some main dishes like Bun Cha Ca or Cam Co Chien Gion. Wishing this cute shop all the success! Definitely book marking for future stops for strong coffee. Ps. The front of the store sign said Bun Cha Ca De Nang - but the interior signs all show It's My Coffee

Such a cute little spot! Stopped by Wednesday morning & got a salted coconut coffee & egg coffee. Both were pretty good, I just wished the coconut flavor was more strong and the cream could be more salty (personal preference). Overall I would come back to try other drinks. Unfortunately they were sold out of matcha but would love to try another time! - Service was fast and the girl helping me was nice! - The only downside is the location & parking. This plaza has the worst parking there's probably only like less than 8 parking spots that not reserved. There was a line in the small parking lot to find a spot. So not the most convenient.

Came by on 7.10.25 around 8:10am. They're in a corner store of a small plaza with a small parking lot. They took over a tofu shop and just opened on 6.28.25, so it's a brand new coffee shop that I was excited to check out! The interior was clean & minimalistic, and the prices aren't too bad as well. I got: - Vietnamese coffee w/ cheese cream $6.50 The cheese cream is cheesy & creamy, unsalted, and I asked for dark/strong coffee (gotta get that strong since I'm viet!). Their coffee is strong but a bit bitter than Lee's viet coffee which is strong but sweet. I personally enjoyed this one! - Vietnamese coffee w/ salted cream $6.50 The salted cream on top was quite nice I also asked to get this dark/strong as well. It's a good one if you don't like sweet coffee with a little bit of saltiness. I really wanted to try their matcha einspanner but their matcha wasn't ready that early so maybe next time! They also sell other Vietnamese snacks like pickled veggies as well as your typical drinks (apple juice, milk, etc.). The person who took my order was nice as well. I hope to try more of their drinks & food next time!

    Coconut coffee and matcha mellow

Cute little coffee shop tucked away in a plaza. We ordered the coconut coffee and match mellow. Coffee is strong, thick, creamy and sweet. The coconut flavor is definitely there and tastes natural. Matcha mellow is a matcha lemonade. It's more on the sour side but still good.

Boba craze is here to stayed and there's an endless list of boba cafes to choose from situated in a tiny business lot is where we came upon this secluded Vietnamese coffee shop hidden way from street traffic and can be missed. On a hot Wednesday afternoon Bro and I were dying for a cool refreshing Vietnamese iced coffee. We were greeted very warmly by the staff and our drinks were ready in a matter of a few minutes. I chose kem cà phê (coffee cream) Bro had the cà phê trung (egg coffee) both 50% less sweetness regular ice not too sweet has a nice favorable aroma. Prices extremely reasonable if not cheaper than it's competitors. Would highly recommend best to come by early on a weekday rather than on a weekend less traffic less hassle. By the way they do have appertizers/snacks, but it was so hot day would rather have something to drink than eat. Be nice if they had outdoor seating that be a real plus.

    Double Matcha
    Sanj E.

I got the double matcha from this cafe but it honestly tasted like a jasmine green tea more than matcha. The amount of ice in the cup was way more than the drink itself.

Very inconsistent all the way. The young girl makes it good and the older lady makes the most worse. The whole cream on top and all ice, barely any coffee after 2 sips. It's ridiculous. It ruins my day and coffee tastes like chè/dessert. To My, the service is super slow. I understand there is only 1 worker in the morning, but waiting 20 mins for a cup of coffee is unbearable.

found this place from tiktok yesterday & saw that it was down the street from me and had to check it out they offer a short menu of food and vietnamese coffee, originally came to try the matcha but she said matcha is not ready yet & will be in ~2 weeks the prices are pretty good compared to other places and since vietnamese coffee in general is SO STRONG, they have a sign that you have the option to choose if u want ur ca phe lighter or darker which is nice egg coffee: 5/5 salted coffee: 5/5 they do their coffee on the stronger side (u can see how dark it is) so i'd suggest asking for a lighter coffee to try out first! but still very good to me since i loooove strong coffee will come back to try the matcha & other coffees!

Finding parking wasn't difficult, and I found that it wasn't too busy, and the drinks I ordered came out quickly. This place mostly serves Vietnamese-style coffees, matcha lattes, and milk teas. The menu is not too big as to be overwhelming, but it still offers a couple unique items as well as your standard fare for this type of shop. There isn't really any food. I tried their Signature Saigon, which was interesting and unique. It had almost a salty-sweet taste that I found very intriguing. I have also tried some of their other cream-top coffees, which I like. I'm not convinced of their matcha options just yet, but maybe they'll grow on me. Fair warning, their drinks do run sweet, so I'd recommend picking a lower sweetness option when ordering if you do not have a crazy sweet tooth. Overall, I find this spot really pleasant--it is a lovely spot with good coffee. The prices are medium to high when considering comparable establishments (with most drinks around $6-8), but I don't mind too much, as I enjoyed being there. I would recommend you give it a shot.

Each drink is hand-whisked, so well worth the wait. Their cold foams were delicious and super flavorful as well. I was so excited to try the mango sticky rice matcha, as I hadn't seen this flavor anywhere else. The drink has a creamy salted coconut milk cold foam on top and some mango puree and glutinous rice on the bottom. Once everything was mixed, the mango flavor does get lost unfortunately. But still, the drink was amazing and rich. The guava li-hing matcha was sooo vibrant! I loved how the tropical flavor of the guava cold foam sprinkled with li-hing balanced out the earthy matcha. I've tried other guava matchas with guava puree on the bottom rather than cold foam on top, but I definitely prefer the latter to preserve the matcha flavor. The employees were kind and we came on a weekday afternoon with a short wait. Order at a kiosk. Limited seating inside. I wouldn't say this is an ideal study spot, but it is very aesthetic and bright. Parking was not a problem since this location is in a plaza.

So, I live for coffee. I roast it, buy it, sell it, cup it, pack it, ship it, mix it, blend it…read more.. you name it. So when I travel, I'm usually hauling around an arsenal of brewing gear like some caffeinated survivalist. And yeah... I'm picky AF. I like what I like. So if you're gonna serve me coffee, it better show up dressed in a suit and tie. In this case, it absolutely did. I had to give the local spot near Grandma's house a shot. I walked in with crossed fingers and low expectations, but walked out with a satisfied palate, a smile, and an eagerness to visit again soon. This is NOT your run-of-the-mill coffee shop. They roast onsite. Real deal, Holyfield. I started with an espresso. Then a cortado. Then grabbed a bag of Yirgacheffe to go because I gotta see what else they got going on. . These guys clearly know what they're doing; and if they don't, they accidentally perfected it anyway. The espresso was balanced, clean, and intentional. Nothing hidden behind over-roasting or gimmicks. Just refined quality coffee handled correctly. I'm genuinely glad spots like this exist, and even happier one sits right here near my fam. Seriously, can't wait to visit again.

The drinks were still top-notch--we really enjoyed them, and the Mediterranean bagel was also fresh and delicious. Quality-wise, they absolutely deliver. That said, the customer service unfortunately didn't match the level of the coffee. The cashier interaction felt curt and low-energy, and overall not very welcoming. When my husband asked about their most popular specialty drink, she mentioned the "Milky Way" and compared it to a Starbucks macchiato--which felt like an odd comparison for a specialty coffee shop that otherwise seems to take pride in its craft. More than anything, the interaction came across as disengaged and a bit uninterested, which stood out because places like this usually shine in both product and service. We'll likely still come back for the coffee and food, but I do think the service experience matters a lot--and this visit didn't quite meet expectations on that front.
