Last night, my husband and I attempted to grab a late-night meal at McDonald's around 12:49 AM. I just wanted ONE meal for myself--simple enough, right? Apparently not. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window, we were immediately turned away and told it would be 15 minutes before they could even take our order. They didn't even bother to ask if we had a mobile order (which I did). Frustrated but patient, I let them know about my mobile order, and things only got weirder from there. The lady at the window immediately started crying and ranting about being gifted something. Mind you, it's 1 AM--who is even awake to be gifting anything? She went on for five minutes about this while ignoring the actual issue: my food. Finally, I asked if I should just cancel my order, seeing as nothing was being done. She then asked for the order number, which we gave her TWICE because she got it wrong the first time. After all that, she finally told us to pull up. When we got to the window, she gave us a look, walked away, and continued yelling about her gift. At this point, it had been another 10 minutes, bringing the grand total to 15 minutes of waiting--for nothing. She never addressed our food, never apologized, and didn't even acknowledge us again. Frustrated and still starving, we left and went to another McDonald's (Horner location), where we received prompt and professional service--and, most importantly, FOOD. This was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. If your staff can't handle working the late-night shift, they shouldn't be there. Rude, incompetent, and nasty night staff. Each time I'm asked to pull forward. Each time I do, and eventually have to get out of the car to inquire about my order... which is never ready and usually wrong. Last time I ordered a Big Mac, I was served buns and lettuce. It tastes so much different than the ones in New York City or evening New Jersey. I wasn't impressed. I wanted fries and McChickens and for some reason that wasn't happening. A lot of what I was ordering they didn't have and if they did, it tasted weird to me. The staff was snappy as well. read more

The worst managed McD's ever. I ordered a cheeseburger, fry, and drink. Got my drink and was told to pull ahead, they'd bring it out to me. Really, for a fry and cheeseburger lol I pulled up and couldn't find a parking spot. Then i saw the kid working there walk out with 5 bags of food for 5 different cars. They weren't serving ang food through the window. I guess that speeds up their average wait time in the drive through. I waited about 10 minutes. The icing on the cake was they didn't know which car got what food. They walk up and ask what you bought, then start rifling through all their bags to find yours, or not. Total garbage read more

Customer service is completely terrible and going to the drive-through they can't get your order right.

i dont know the workers name, but around 10:50pm on may 17th, 2021 the young man that was working the window took our card, gave us our food, and did it all with a smile. he was so polite, asked us how we were doing and even asked us if we needed more sauces than just ketchup. what a delightful young man! read more

Every time I come here lately I have to park and wait. I stopped to get a half gallon of Sweet and unsweetened tea and have been parked 15min. Now it is 6 more cars parked and waiting. I do understand about covid but why do we have to wait so long for food. The runner is trying really hard but this is crazy. Don't think you can run here and get back quickly. read more

Two McDonald's miles apart can't seem to get orders out. Clearly cars are waiting 25 min for fast food? At what point do you pull out of the line? I only get over to this side of town about four times a month. Every single time that I go, no matter what time of day they are always out of mocha coffee.
