Staff is very friendly, and food is always well prepared. I frequent this location often, and it never disappoints.

Today 12/22/25 My husband and I took our family visiting from out of town to Biscuitville, to eat since we are traveling to see other family. There were six of us one person in their seventies. We decided to eat in and then get on the road. After ordering our food I went to get us a table. All tables were dirty as well as the floor. They seemed to have been busy so okay perhaps understandable? I returned to the counter to ask the young lady who took our order if someone could clean off the table for us. She replied yes but after some time I had to ask again. I was told by another young lady that the young girl I had already asked would do it as soon as she had a chance. After several more minutes, I asked who the manager was? I told her that my sister in- law was now cleaning the tables but the floor was very dirty . She said, that someone would clean it but that they were very busy. Not sure about the drive thru but at that point only two persons were in the store. Finally the young lady came to clean the table when I asked if she could sweep under the table ,her exact words were, " we only do that at the end of the day". I did inform the manager who said this was wrong and that she needed more training. The floor was swept but I am disappointed even with the manager's attitude. If you have customers who want to dine in how is the cleanliness of your establishment less important than those who are ordering? Wouldn't you make sure that customers could sit and eat in a clean space a priority? Not a good look. Ty. read more

The food was good, service was horrible. I ordered online about 15 minutes before I walked in, it was not busy at all. There was one other family sitting down and eating. Told the cashier I had a pick up order. She asked what I ordered, told her blt biscuit. Stood there for 2 mins saw her walk to the back to talk to someone else. I sat down at a table waited for about 6 minutes 2 couples came in and ordered, got their food within 2 minutes. So I walked up there had to call someone over to the cash register to help me, told the same girl I'm still waiting for my one BLT biscuit. She was like "oh" then handed me a to go bag that had been sitting in the kitchen this whole time. I was very nice and didn't make a big deal, you would've thought I was the worker and she was a rude customer. read more

First time visitor and an excellent experience! Polite and welcoming staff member took my order and order was ready very quickly. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and side of hash brown was delicious. My only complaint is due to their not offering bottled milk as a beverage. Restaurant was very clean in the dining area as was the outside of the building and parking lot. I'm here coming from Maryland, visiting family. So glad my family member recommended I stop in. read more

Awesome food, great atmosphere.. when your from GA and you are a martin customer and there no martins. This is the next best place to come.

Excellent biscuits every time along with friendly service! Tea is good too! This business IS open, though at a new location close to McDonalds on Horner Blvd. There is no indoor dining yet but hopefully soon (waiting for the threat of COVID to be over!). read more

They have great food. The home fries are so good. The strawberry muffins in the spring time are the best thing EVER!! My daughter loves the chicken and waffles. I wish they were open later. My go to breakfast place most mornings. read more

This location is good, staff is friendly, Drive thru is super fast. The last time we went we did get spicy chicken instead of regular chicken and my son is allergic so we switched. Not a big deal but I would have had to go back if I didn't have something for him to switch with. It's important though because my son could have gotten sick. read more

We love Biscuitville but I would stay away from this one. Very rude drive thru staff and the manager would not assist. They actually told the car behind me in the drive thru that they should ram my car. We will not be visiting this location again. read more
