The owner let us know that they use a different spatula and clean the grill every time to prevent cross contamination. The gf bread is special ordered. It's not a bun, but I preferred it this way (buns are too bready and thick). It's more like a patty melt . The bread was good! The whole thing together was AMAZING. The patty was perfectly seasoned and every piece was made with love. You can tell that there's a lot of heart in these burgers and that the owner has a passion to feed others good food. The worker we talked with the most was from the Midwest, like us! He understood second hand how important cross contamination was to someone with celiac or gluten intolerance. He was very cool and it was awesome to hear his story. It was so good to talk with them and it made me feel safe knowing the amount of care they took in preventing cross contamination. The burger we both got was the patty with cheese, grilled onions and pickle. All of the burgers come with the sidewinder fries. They were kind of like a wedge. Loved them.
