While I was paying for my order it was delivered! Quickest service ever and very friendly!!

Horrible came through drive thru at 2pm yesterday with my dad the lady that took my order and cashed me out was so sweet and kind she had red hair I didn't catch her name out of no where a lady in a purple vest with her hair in a pony tail flying around and her side kick in a green vest came back there barking orders to the cashier in back window they was so dis respectful and loud very rude they need to be fired the cashier with red hair told me the lady with a purple vest was a manager they had no respect for others or manners came again today around 12pm same manager and same side kick where laughing on the intercom tone was just rude every time I come there this manager is always so rude her tone and body language is horrible she needs not to work here. The McDonald's in Scottsbluff on 27th Ave is NASSSTY,,,,, DO NOT GO get ANYTHING from there. IT's dirty everywhere. The lobby has flys flying around and crawling all over everything. The Restrooms are even worse. The stinky and smell like they haven't been cleaned for a very long time. EVERY employee which is all crew workers, managers, and especially the owner/s should be ashamed to serve the community with such LOW HEALTH CONCERNS. I'd give a zero star if I could.. I waited in line for 20 mins in the left hand lane just to watch someone pulled up to the right hand lane and get their order taken before the left hand lane even said their order. Ridiculous. If you can't work both lanes then close off the other lane..the only reason you make money if because this is the only McDonald's within a 4 hour radius. This was among the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Took nearly five minutes to be greeted at the drive-thru speaker (at 8 a.m.) - upon arriving at the second window I was asked for my receipt so they could see what I ordered and "make it" - even with that, I was not given my hash brown and there was not cheese on my sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I had an okay experience the last time I went to Scottsbluff's McDonald's. The food was okay, and it didn't take long to get our food. On the other hand, I had gone there with a few friends. My friend was having trouble paying, so she asked to speak to someone to help her pay, and instead of helping an employee had embarrassed my friend. The employee was clear and loud and seemed snarky towards my friend. She was explaining how to pay using CashApp like my friend was stupid. i went there at 11:30pm and got to the sign we're they take ur order at 11:45pm and they didn't say anything! i waited 15 mins for them just to say they were closed right at 12! If you're looking for ridiculously terrible customer service from general management on down, look no further than the Scottsbluff, NE McDonalds location. When you go through the drive-thru you'll be greeted with exasperated voices hurrying you through the ordering process followed by general management slamming the window in your face and telling you that you're wrong when you politely inform him that your soda is flat. I rarely eat at McDonald's anymore. Like maybe once every 6 months. Usually breakfast is preferred over much anything else. Pretty much your standard McDonald's here. Service can be decent to kind of rude. Restaurant is maintained well and in a great location. Parking is slightly cramped. Wait time can be pretty long during peak times but otherwise is quick. Also there is a Redbox outside this location which is a plus. Plus I think they have wi-fi here. read more

I don't know what to say. It's busier than Walmart on weekend nights. The food is sub par. It's not the better Mcdonald's in the area. Lots of the time it takes longer than it should to get your food. It's what I've come to expect from this McDonald's. read more

I have missed the quality of McDonalds food for about 3 years now..the way it used to be. The nights are the worse. Scottsbluff and gering both...they just dont care about quality...I mean toast the buns...most time you get hard buns. Cold that have been left out for hours. Cold fries . Stood there for 3-4 minutes before anyone came to the counter to take my order. It was 11:30 am. Waited about 10 minutes to get the food. Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and the cheese looked like it was in a warmer for half hour. Dry and hard. Next time going to drive a few miles to Gering instead. read more
