I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald's was genuinely frustrating. I asked a simple, friendly question -- "What's your favorite song?" -- just trying to make light conversation while ordering. Instead of a polite answer (or even a "sorry, I'm not allowed to chat"), I was met with eye rolls, attitude, and complete disregard. The workers acted like I was bothering them just by speaking. I wasn't being rude, I wasn't holding up the line -- just trying to be a decent human being. But the vibe was cold and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. I get that fast food work can be stressful, but basic respect and kindness should never be too much to ask. They were extremely rude to me and told me to "keep it movin bud" when I was simply just trying to make friendly conversation. These workers had no respect and need to have an attitude check. I grew up going to this McDonalds but I will not be coming back....... I just wanted to feel something from the workers. Even if it was just a smile or a small conversation. I ordered a Big Mac meal. What I received was... an interpretive art piece called "Sad Sandwich." The bun was sliding off like it was trying to escape the situation, the lettuce looked like it had been rejected from a compost bin, and the "special sauce" was applied with the precision of a toddler finger painting. The fries? Imagine if cardboard and sadness had a baby, fried it, and then salted it out of spite. The soda machine gave me a Diet Coke that tasted like it had given up on life halfway through carbonation. Pretty sure it was just brown water whispering "help me." And don't get me started on the atmosphere. The music was aggressively cheerful, which clashed beautifully with the fact that every customer inside looked like they were questioning their life choices. The chairs were designed by someone who hates comfort, and the ketchup dispensers were sticky enough to qualify as glue. Ronald himself didn't even make an appearance. Probably hiding in the back, ashamed of what has become of his empire. Honestly, if this is fast food, I'd hate to see what slow food looks like. Would I recommend McDonald's? Everyone seems to hate McDonald's. Dont eat their much anymore and certainly understand why some places are off putting but the food here was good. It was ready unbelievably quickly. The order was right and we ate in the store which was pleasant, up to date and clean. Crew was polite and working hard while we were there including cleaning . Agree it's gotten expensive to eat there but so has a lot of place. Btw these ordering kiosks are fantastic read more

It's 7:45pm on a Wednesday absolutely nobody is here . The staff is standing around and I explained I have a code in the drive thru and they tell me if it starts with a number that you have to walk in which I know is not the case. Secondly when I did go to order inside the door was locked, since their lobby closes at 8pm even though it is not 8pm. So why make me get out of my truck and go through that unnecessary ordeal instead of just taking my order through the drive thru this is what happens when you have young kids who are so into themselves picking at their nails like they have somewhere else to be. Would recommend that the manager get a attitude check and learn how the app works and be able to better assist customers in a pleasant customer service manner :) read more

Been eating at McDonald's for 30+ years, usually only eat here when I'm hungry. Never been to this specific McDonalds until today, service was amazing! If I could I would give this McDonald's a minus 5 rating. I don't go to any McDonald's often & I saw why on Easter Sunday. I stopped in to grab a sandwich and thought the new chicken sandwich would hit the spot. I'm just sorry I didn't take it back and get a refund. It was sooo overdone, dark and dry, with two shriveled up pickles on top. I took it home and gave it to my dogs. Once again I was highly disappointed by the food. No more McDonald's for me! I eat here all the time. The food is always fresh and hot. what I do want to say is I think it's cruel to have the employees wear masks at all times. 99% of the population no longer wears them. McDonald's. It's what you expect when you order at McDonalds. Not going to go into food quality because again it's McDonalds. Stars are for service standards and what makes this restaurant stand out from the other locations. This location still has a Playland and inside are video game consoles with a time limit. The vestibule has brochure racks with lots of coupons and brochures. It's one of the only ones around that still: - has the FunTimes magazines - has coloring pages and crayons - has those plastic bibs - the high chairs are cleaned, plastic bib folded on tray then plastic wrapped - has hand sanitizing wipes The staff is very friendly. I get my morning coffee there everyday I'm at the shore and my bag of ice for the cooler ($1.69). They have free copies of the local paper when you purchase value meals. Free WiFi a big plus. If you bring something to their attention it gets done immediately! The negatives- flies and the bathrooms need to be updated badly. read more

Just drove 13 miles because it was the only close mcdonald's that was open somewhat late and there are absolutely no fast food places around. i get there at 12 o'clock and every website i visited said 1am closing time. I am giving 1 star.. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. Both were cold.. There is a problem when you have both. The burger tasted as if it sat around all day. Went to this McDonalds this morning so many flies inside that it was unbearable to eat spoke to the manager she said they couldn't do anything about it because there were people in the lobby.
