The drink machines always tend to be totally off! Food is ok. Wish they would put Freestyle Coke machines in like Burger King does.

The service is slow, can't get orders right, unmotivated employees, slow drive thru & lack of management. This location has no redeeming qualities. If you could train the employees how not to be, they'd send them here for training. read more

This place has a lot of issues. My wife ordered the new chicken club and hamburger club. They had no cheese, lettuce, tomato, and buns. They never let anyone know until they complained. The manager helped somewhat while they were getting their order delivered. The manager said it would be 20 min's till our bread would be ready. $4.98 and one for $0.01 is a crock of crap!!!!! I have never seen a company that has more issues with their coffee machine or hot chocolate machine. I have been to this location about 6 times in the last month because it's less than a mile from my house. And every time my daughter wants a hot chocolate the machine seems to be broken again. If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service is awful. I don't think the manager even cares how the customers are treated. Went there just 20 minutes ago and waited 15 minutes for my order. I asked how much longer and was given (by a manager) a disgusted sigh. Once I got the food I told them we haven't gotten the drinks yet. Nobody handed me the cups to go get the drink I had to go get the cup from the counter. Also the other drink was a frappe and one of the managers started it and then disappeared so I ask another manager and she finished it. When I mentioned was going to make a comment to their comment website the manager could care less. When I got home with the food it was cold. Don't eat here. There is a Checkers and Subway across the street and a shopping center on the other corner with better selections. It is sad to see so many comment about how bad the service is and upper management seems like they are ignoring the problems. read more

About 90% of the time, McDonald's gets my order incorrectly. This morning, at the MLK location in Brandon, I had to state 5 times between the drive through box and the pay window that I wanted a biscuit with 2 slices of cheese on it. The cashier finally got it, and then I get to my office and low and behold, 1 slice of cheese. This is really, really simple guys. I like this McDonalds because they have a separate play area for kids. I think that is a major plus for the little guys in my life. What I don't like is the French Fries. This is the second time I have been up here and I have to return to the counter to ask them to give me fresh ones because the ones they give me are old, stale and cold. Its quite annoying and petty to have to do that. The food looks kind of old period but like I said, the play area keeps me going back. I went to try the tea in the lobby and was very disappointed in that also. It was old and when I poured it out, I seen brown grinds all in the cup. I order bare minimum with this McDonalds because I know I will get very below standard food. Also... The crew is unprofessional. While I was in there I heard a girl scream to another girl "stay out my business". That was really not the place or time for that. I was thinking, where is their manager? In the office?
