I'll make this review short and sweet. We've never had anything short of great service at this location. Our experience, whether it was at the drive thru or dining in the restaurant, has always been great. Their value basket is an excellent price, and they bring it right to your table when it's ready. They also give military discounts. We were just happy to get a quick hot lunch for two that's under $20. We'll definitely return to this location in Riverview. read more

First time at Culver's here but have been to them in Utah. We went a little after noon on a Sunday not busy inside but the drive through was. The young lady behind the counter was nice and friendly as an employee should be. Took our order and we went over it a few times but all good. Food came out about 7 minutes later all done well the burgers were hot and fresh as were the fries and cheese curds. Staff was helpful checked on us if we needed anything else again all good. We had Deluxe Burger baskets, hubby had double and I had single. All toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle , except mayo.) So fresh and delicious, cooked just right on the grill! The French fries were crispy, just right. All served immediately off the grill, still very hot, with fresh rolls. Service was excellent, it was brought to our table right off the grill. No custard this time, but other times it was terrific. The interior is so quiet, due to carpet, acoustic tile ceilings, and soft seats, such a treat in these days of noisy "industrial" interiors, ugh. This location is very nice. read more

Now I know why only kids work here. The Manager Kay treats staff horrible & the kids must not know their rights. There's always new kids working there, I wonder if the owner ever questions why so many of them quit so often. If I could leave 4 rotten apples with a worm I would . Worker takes our order, doesn't tell us that extra toppings would be extra money until our food was served and we walked up showing her the receipt that we are missing the works when it was clearly stated on the receipt. I made a quick stop to get a milk shake. I went inside. There must've been a shift change or something going on. There was no one in line in front of me but I still had to wait. Eventually I was greeted by a very cheerful cashier. Perhaps cheerful doesn't give her justice. She was positively delightful! I kind of wanted some of her happy pills. I ordered my shake. I was given different options. I wasn't sure of what was best but I followed the lead of the delightful cashier. After a small amount of confusion, I found a straw. I got my shake and left. Everything was okay until I took my first sip. The container was messy and overfilled. I wiped it down before sipping. It was hopeless though. Chocolate shake dripped everywhere. It was on my seats, in the middle cup holder and around and most disappointingly, all over my white t-shirt. I had to interrupt my errands and go home to change. The experience basically ruined my afternoon. It's odd how something so simple can have such a profound impact on your day. The nice folks at Culver's were unprepared when I entered the store and it resulted in a terrible experience for me. The shake tasted great though. I guess there's that. read more

This is a fast food restaurant - after 30 minutes we asked for our food and was told it would be another 15 minutez !?!?!? For a burger and a salad - 2 people. I walked in here yesterday and it was not busy . I stood at counter for 5 min while all the 16yr old staff looked at me , didn't greet me, didn't say just give us a couple minutes and we'll be right with you, they just looked at me but no one took any initiative whatsoever to assist me so I calmly walked out to eat some where else. First time eating at a Culver's ever right after the opening and it was okay! I am OG to Texas so I wasn't the biggest fan or their food. So I felt kind of downplayed as a lot of people hype it up. Once again it is hit or miss at this location. Had a fish sandwich that was more bread than fish. My wife had chicken tenders that were so so. She had a coupon on her phone for a free birthday sundae and was told they only gave a single serve custard, and topping was extra. I really like Culver's.. I wish I had a one closer to me. My 12 year old grandson swears by their Dairy Treats. I swear by their (real and actual) Codfish dinner and sandwiches! I Culver's here on Boyette is struggling with the start up and growing pains. The service is quite poor but I don't mind with the kids learning the job.
