Quality control is absolutely TERRIBLE at this mcdonalds. As someone who lives in Selma with not much to eat as it is, I give this place 1 star. I just ate 2 bites if a bigmac that tasted like they saved the beef patties from the night before and reheated them. They were burnt like rhey had been rehated multiples times. Haf to throw it away. I don't know if it is because we're from LA, but this is one of the friendliest McDonald's I've been to. Business is definitely robust here but the workers keep things moving and pleasant from what I've seen in my two visits. First trip, employee checked if we really wanted a large iced coffee (we didn't). Second trip, another employee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the daily specials. There is a play area available is small but keeps the kids busy and active while you chew down your meal. The worst service... whoever night shift was tonight 1/28/13... was stuck in drive-through for 25 four minutes without moving a inch. Called the store. I don't know how many times, no answer. Seen two people get out of their car to see what the holdup was. Finally got to the window, asked what the hold up was. No answer, so on to the next window. So I had asked if my food is 20 minutes old if I can get some fries or freshly made food. Nobody wanted to help out, had to ask for the manager. After the window closed, I heard them all laughing. I am a doordash driver and this location has been the worst wait time. I understand they have a higher volume of orders, but when I stand outside over 30 minutes waiting for my delivery order, and ring the doorbell multiple times, not ONE employee comes to check the door to see if a delivery driver is there. I thought the point of them putting in that doorbell for delivery drivers would make the wait time less long compared to waiting in the driveway. Today wasn't a good day to keep us waiting in the heat in the drive thru. It was in the 100's and we had just bought groceries some of our items were starting to melt. The items that we had order from McDonald's took over 15min. We should of at least been told that, that particular items that we had ordered....was going to take awhile to be cooked.
