Didn't make my burger right the first time(missing extra grilled onions ) went out to car ate some of my warm fries not hot ... warm so when I went back in for them to fix it they just put the onions on the now cold burger and thought that was good customer service.. so now I get to eat a cold burger made right because they didn't make it right to begin with then proceeded to ignore me and call me a phycho for addressing it. This McDonald's is next to the gas station convenience store, so it's small. They serve No Salads on their menu. I placed my oder on the app and the order was processed fairly quickly...within 5 minutes. The spicy chicken sandwich was big and juicy with a nice spicy sauce. The restaurant has staff issues so all orders need to be made via the APP or at the ordering screen in front of the main counter. read more

If this is the one in the Loves building we got in the drive thru line, wasted about 45 minutes with no movement in the line!! It was blocked off behind us so we could not back up. This McDonalds location was disorganized, dirty and had unfriendly staff. I would highly recommend stopping at a different exit if your traveling along I 95. There is also often. quite the crowd, so be prepared to wait a while. read more

I stopped by here about 9:45pm during my road trip to DC from Orlando. Needless to say I've hit a few fast food stops during the trip. This is by far the most pleasant evening staff I've encountered in general. If you're hungry and in the area this is good spot to stop for a break and a friendly staff. read more

The drive through was apparently closed but no sign was posted. pulled around to the window to see what was happening the little lady worker insisted there was a cone place there... there was not a cone in sight but a worker was bringing a cone out as she was yelling at us "you drove right over the cone". Worst place ever. After traveling almost ten hours I stopped to get a cheeseburger, literally. A single cheeseburger. No fries, no drink. The woman at the counter stared at me blankly rather than greet me and when I told her what I wanted she did not confirm, just told me the amount and handed me a receipt. She then hurried off to the back, with clearly better things to do. Several people came in after me with much larger, longer orders and received their food first. After 10 minutes of waiting I raised my concern with one of the staff members who said 'it'll be just two sec'. He then proceeded to come out into the dining area and greeted a customer who appeared to be his friend and took a hit of his vape before walking back behind the counter. After ensuring us it would be 'just a sec' it took another ten minutes and a reminder to the rude checkout girl that I had in fact placed an order and that 20 minutes was ridiculous for a single cheeseburger. The place was filthy, not a very welcoming place to sit and wait. If I could give this zero stars I would. This staff needs a training on customer service and timeliness. read more

If I could, I would give them zero star. This is by far the worst McDonald store ever. First of all, it took them forever to prepare the food and they forgot to give us two happy meals initially. When we got the happy meals, one of them smelled so bad that we had to throw it away. The other one came with a cold burger. They also forgot to give us milks as well. Surly, half-assed service. Frying oil was too old on my fries, and half my burger patty was hanging off the roll. You have to ask for all condiments, including salt, and the employees react like you asked them to wash your socks in the prep sink. The (presumably) off-duty employee watching loud music videos in the dining room is the icing on the cake. I think I'm now 0-for-3 on I-95-adjacent McDonalds in VA. I'm going to have to start avoiding them. I don't think it's that my standards are too high. read more

We were traveling up North from Florida and stopped in this McDonalds to eat dinner. This McDonalds was clean & the food was hot when we received it. There was a sweet lady who worked there & brought our food to our table! On her way out for the end of her shift she asked our family & three other groups of people if anyone needed anything else. She had her purse in her hand ready to leave for the day. One person told her that their chicken nuggets weren't hot so she went back to the kitchen and had another worker replace those for that person! I'm always unsure about stopping at McDonalds off the side of the interstate, but this was the cleanest one that we've ever been to & the service was awesome! I never have taken the time to write a review about a business especially McDonalds, but the kindness that she showed made our family happy! Aug 15, I stopped at McDonalds was very busy. I got in line a young lady saw I was leaning on a cane ( due to a recent knee replacement, I am going to be 79 in a couple of weeks.) She waited on me got the food promptly. Finished my lunch got up to leave, dropped my wallet on the floor. It had a cash card, credit card, heart emergency card and quite a bit of cash. I got in the car with my husband and left. Several miles down the road my cell phone rang. A young lady called me to tell me a customer turned in my wallet. I did not have a number for myself but had a friends number....they called her long distance and called me. I almost fainted as the health cards are very important. I turned around and went back to find "Happy smiling" people handing me my wallet. I wanted to give them a reward, they did not want one. At least 3 people knew I had a lot of cash in the wallet (as we were on our way to the beach) It made my YEAR. It restored my faith in my fellow man. I told everyone I know and come across as I am sure all these people could use the cash. I just "love them) and will never forget there honestly and caring. To me the honestly and caring out weighs any waiting for food. Perhaps we should be more patience with each other. I am writing to McDonalds Headquarters and hope they give them a gift.
