I immediately notified management. The only response I received was, "Oh my goodness." There was no attempt to remove food, clean the area, or address the issue in any way. Because of this, we chose to leave and not eat our food. A roach is disturbing on its own, but a German cockroach is commonly associated with infestations, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I have photo and video evidence of what we saw. Additionally, the restaurant appeared severely understaffed. We waited over 20 minutes just to be acknowledged and seated. This experience was unacceptable and concerning from a public health standpoint. I do not recommend eating at this location and will not be returning.
