This McDonalds never fails me. They're just a good ol' standard that is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. For breakfast, I love the biscuit sandwiches and hasbrowns. For lunch/dinner, I've been into their McCripsy sandwiches lately - the Deluxe, Spicy McCrispy, specifically. However, 2 double cheeseburgers after hiking always hits the spot. Pricing isn't great anymore... I feel like I used to be "satisfied" with the price of stuff I bought at McDonalds, but now, for a similar price I can get takeout from a "real restaurant" -- and with online ordering being so prevalent, it can be similarly convenient. So, I very rarely go to McDonalds, and it's almost never my idea because of that. This location is always pretty fast - I've ordered online and in the drive-thru. Online ordering is a little weird... they don't greet you or acknowledge you (maybe it's intentional -- like giving people what they want (zero contact, lol)) - but it kind-of feels like you're sneaking in and stealing food. Drive-thru is only annoying if the line is really long or they put you in one of the 3 spots to wait for something. However, if they do that, it means they're making something fresh which is always worthwhile. Inside, they have some ordering kiosks. Not sure if they take human-based orders or not, but I assume they expect you to use the kiosk usually. Most of the interior is a play-area that's not as cool as the old one you'll see in some pics here. Because of that, there aren't a ton of tables - maybe 5-7 of them, but that's almost certainly enough for everything but the biggest rushes (like an event ending at the High School nearby or something). read more

Mobile Order: For me, the entire point of using the mobile app is to expedite the order process to save time. While in the drive-thru I was "parked" for over 10 minutes upon arrival (receipt and confirmation email show this is not exaggerated) while four cars passed by behind me. I don't know, it was just weird. They have 2 speakers on the drjver's side to put your order in but don't have any signs to direct you to which one you're supposed to use so I pulled up to the first one. I don't know why this McDonald's cannot get their stuff together. I've mobile ordered once and actually had to go in after I waited 7 minutes in my car for them to bring my meal out. When I went in, they had no idea what I was talking about. This morning I swung in for breakfast. First, she tried to hand me a wrong order, then proceeded to ask me what I ordered, looked really confused and left the window without saying anything. I've tried to order a new strawberry cream pie through the drive thru, 4 times! Every time they say "they aren't doing pies right now." Why are you never "doing" pies? So after the 4th failed attempt, I tried to order a chocolate dipped cone instead and again they said, "sorry, we aren't doing dipped cones tonight either." The mobile app is always showing incorrect options that are no longer available and the dumbasses who work there can't figure out how to handle mobile orders anyway. Run for your life. Lol. This food is good if you get there before 7 p.m. which we never do . After that everything is what we affectionately call refried and extremely dry. I only go to McDonald's on weekday mornings at 6:45 for my morning coffee. The gentleman that takes my order 99% of the time is a hilarious young man with an infectious laugh. He is always in a good mood and has an upbeat personality that works well for us cranky morning folks. The nice lady that hands me my coffee has the sweetest smile and always wishes me a good day. Ordered 2 happy meals and a double qtr pounder with cheese and bacon and paid over 19 dollars after tax and was not given my receipt. When i got home i realized they had given me a qtr pounder no cheese tons of onions and a tiny dab of catchup. I called the manager and explained what happened she could tell i was not lying and she took my name and said next time i come in i could get 2 free happy meals and a value meal of my choice which i said was more than fair considering they only messed up my burger. This was a while ago, a few months back. However, I used to frequently go there because it was somewhat nearby and I was able to stop by for my lunches. I would usually go through drivethrough, and order a large fry and a drink. This time I decided to get just a large fry. I pull up to the machine, the person taking orders takes my order, I'm on my way. I reach the first window and pay with card, and I'm asked if I wanted my receipt. I respond with no thank you, I don't need it. I pull up to the second window to pick up the fries, and somehow my order disappears. The younger man was about to hand me the order for the person behind me, and I say "I think there's been some kind of mistake, I just ordered a large fry." And he looks a little confused, and says "oh I'm sorry, I can't see the large fry on the screen." And that's when a lady walks up to him, the drivethrough window is open and I can hear everything that's being said, the lady mentions to the guy that there's people who go through the drivethrough and say they ordered something when they actually didn't, trying to steal food. She asked him to ask me if I had my receipt, and I said no I didn't need it. I'm sitting in my car like "whhhaaatttt?? I'm seriously being accused of stealing?" The young man was super apologetic and kind, saying there must have been a glitch in the system, but being accused of going through drivethrough, making a false order to try and steal some fries? Man.. I know that there's people out there that actually do that and have made it where everybody gets questioned but that was a serious bummer.
