I go there almost every dayl Today when I stopped for my diet coke and a McFlurry (large), the ice cream was way down inside the cup. (It was really bad or I would not take time to write this.) I asked the man if he might give me a little more in the cup as there wasn't much there. He said,, "NO, or if I do you will have to pay more!" With that he slammed his window closed. Believe the bad reviews. This place have the worst employees! The employees don't care about customer services, and talking to them is like talking to a wall. I went at lunch time (12:10 PM) and it was 14 people in line with ONE cashier. Seriously!? People in the line were talking about the manager texting while working, so I decided to take a picture of it. I asked a employee if they have Happy Meals since the app didn't let me order one, she said she will check but never did. The cashier was also so unhelpful when I asked her about the Happy Meal. Why is so hard to go and check in the back if they are serving Happy Meals or not? Most of the food was ok, to a McDonalds standards, except the fries. They were burned! The only thing that this McDonald's have good is the playground and the remodel building with nice decor. read more

I've been here three times now, because it is on my way to work super early in the morning and they never seem to have it together by 6 am when they say they'll open. The first time I was told to hold in the drive thru before ordering and it took the girl 10 minutes to even take my order. The second time I showed up a little after 6 and they told me to hold and then straight up said "I'm sorry we can't open right now" ?????? your hours are 6am. why wouldn't you be ready. The third time I was told to pull forward and wait for my order when I was the only one in the drive thru. If you're trying to stop here on your morning commute, don't bother. I don't even know where to begin. I guess the first thing I'd like to say is that this is not directed towards the morning or afternoon shifts, but the night time one. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. For starters I didn't know you could mess up a hamburger when machines basically cook and prepare everything for you. Every single burger I've had here is always burnt. Not to mention they can never make it right if you have any special request. Now with their fries, McDonald's is known for their fries, hot and cold. When they're fresh, it almost takes you back to when you were a kid and were happy again, but when they're cold, it's like being forced to eat your vegetables as a little kid. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this McDonald's took their fries out of the freezer bag and put them in your bag. And don't get me started on their mcflurries. Oh my hell if you don't have a machine to mix the toppings in, then tell people you don't have mcflurries. The past couple times I unfortunately decided to go here, they either, gave me a cup with ice cream and no toppings, or, gave me a cup half way full of ice cream with a piss poor amount of whatever I wanted just on top, not even mixed in. God damn it's McDonald's it cannot be that hard to do these things. Lastly my final complaint. I'd like to say first that I've never had any issues with the morning crew, but the night crew is a different animal. You'd think going out to get fast food wouldn't take you any longer than 30 minutes to get there, get your food, and get home, right? Well if you're going here, plan on being out for an hour. First you have to wait in line, then wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to take your order, just for them to not understand a single word you say, then you get your food, realize they didn't know anything you said and gave you something completely wrong, then finally wait in the lobby while the entire crew stares at you like you're an idiot. Please stay away from this McDonald's location unless you have the patient of a damn saint, and don't care about the quality of which you get your food. read more

I guess I just haven't had very good luck with McDonalds lately. Today I went through drivethru and asked for 2 separate small orders. I know what you're thinking, I'm one of THOSE people, but my friend and I both wanted to use our apps for coupons. I had told the cashier we had two separate orders and when I gave him my card he put both orders on my card. I didn't mind paying for my friends but you cant use two coupons for one transaction so unfortunately we were unable to complete the transaction as we had hoped for. Once I got my food I specifically asked for no lettuce, only mayo on my hot & spicy and instead I got the opposite. No mayo, only lettuce. I'm not sure how that happens when the receipt that's taped fo my food says only mayo? The reason for 2 stars is because the food was good, even though it wasn't accurate, and the speed of service was decent but that's the only thing good about this trip. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Every time we go to this location it is slow! We waited 30 min in line for two cold McDoubles and 2 small fries. They say their understaffed but every time we've interacted with the managers they are super rude and the employees take their sweet time. They close early all the time and we've gone multiple times and it's closed. If I owned this location I would wonder what the hell the management is doing to my restaurant. Awful services! read more

I end up here often for the playground so my kids can burn off energy. As I noted in my previous review, it's a nice play area with plenty of seating. However, in the past the food's been really subpar. Well, I have to admit, they're starting to get better. They appear to have a new manager (well, he's been here a few months), and I suspect he has something to do with it. Anyway, food is coming out faster and fresher and the service seems friendlier. Horrible service today. Placed my order and then paid for my order and at the time of paying the cashier reviewed my order to make sure he had the correct car. Like they seem to be trained to do, they repeat a small portion of the order to be sure they have the correct vehicle when going through the drive-thru. I agreed with the portion that was repeated and paid. Went to get my food and the Crew Trainer argued with me about the drinks I ordered and eventually gave me the "drink I didn't pay for". One of my other drinks is not even correct. They left the gogurt out of my order, even though I paid for it. I don't really know what more I can say other than despite how busy this location can be in the mornings, staff is ultra friendly and they keep the line moving efficiently and have never screwed up an order of mine yet. Pains me to write this, but after so MANY bad experiences here, I can no longer hold my tongue. To be honest, most of these involve kids meals, but that's almost worse since most parents come here to have some bereavement from making their kids food. Literally every single time I have ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets, they have neglected to provide the ranch dipping sauce (I'm talking about 6+ times at least). This is after they ask you what sauce you want at the drive up. For those of you with kids know, they won't eat anything if they can't dip it. Luckily, we have caught this the last few times before we drive off, and they will provide it, but should I really have to remind them for dipping sauce each time? Other offenses included giving girl toys in the happy meal, after I expressed that I would like Boys toys. Also, on one occasion was given an apple slices bag that contained 1 slice of apple, while the other bag was a normal size bag. Also, my wife once ordered an apple pie, only to find out there was no apples in it! So strange. If this all happened Once, I would let it go. But almost every time we go there, something is wrong or missing. Maybe they need to slow down a little bit to make sure the orders are correct. read more
