This KcDonalds is the worst! The line is long, probably because no one got the correct order, then when you tell them it isn't your order they complain. I was told to move away from the window so they could remake my order but needed the receipt. Waiting 20 minutes before I went back through the drive thru only to be told they already gave me my order so I asked then where is it because it isn't in my car, the teenage boy told me I probably ate it and was just looking for more food. I've lived down the street from this location and every time I come here I get poor service and old food that definitely has been sitting out for far too long. Stale buns and soggy fries nearly every time. This afternoon I came in and asked for a daily double because it is available on the menu on DoorDash so I assumed they had it. I asked for it and was told they didn't have it. I was confused so I tried to confirm if they actually didn't have it. And the lady that runs this store yelled at me over the intercom and when I got to the window to get my food and she came up and tried to argue with me about it further. I get things take longer because of covid but spending an hour in the drive through line while the guy who we finally get to give our order to, is yawning and clearly doesn't care how slow they are, is frustrating and it's as though the employees are trying to Make it as slow as possible. and of course with it being that slow motion, my food is cold and gross. Starving and in a hurry one night- I decided a Fish Filet from McD's was in order. Hubs and I ordered a fish and our son got an order of fries. (Who doesn't love McD's fries??). First off the filets were $3 a piece--- but were right in the category of a plain cheeseburger- so dying to know why we paid so much. My sons fries.... he got 22 of them. Ya know how I know that? They fell out of the bag and on to the floor and I looked at them thinking surely I've left some in the bag. Nope. So out of curiosity I counted em as I cleaned them up. I'm not a huge McD's fan anyway- but this experience ensures I will not be visiting that one again anytime soon. I'll go over to that famous chicken place first. I eat at mcdonalds quite often, and I'm pretty happy with this one. Sherri always takes my order and she is so amazing! Seriously, she needs a raise. She is so friendly and she remembers customers. She always greets me with a huge smile. Occasionally, they mess up on my order, but so does every other mcdonalds. They are quick to correct the problem. Got the complaints about the amount of fries they receive or ingredients missed from their meal, just tell them! Human error happens and they aren't perfect. They do pretty good about making people happy. I always leave feeling like they did their best to make me happy. read more

This location SUCKS! I have stopped going to McDonalds completely because of the staff. They have ZERO customer service skills and they are rude. I went last week and asked for a diet pepsi in the drive through and the girl taking my order goes "we don't have that" instead of saying "we don't have that but we have coke if you'd like" THEN I asked if they were serving OJ and she says "we serve breakfast all day" It's like every question I asked was a personal offense to her and she gave short abrupt answers. I finally said "are you ok?" that's how ridiculous her customer service was! She replied with "i'm fine just been working all day"...That is NO excuse to be rude and short with a customer! This is the first time that I've been to McDonald's in probably 10 years. Every now and then I need a reminder. What is there to say, it's McDonald's. They mastered the fast industry. They produce Low grade, low quality, mediocre tasting food very fast. At this location the staff was very friendly and competent. The restaurant appeared to be very clean although I was looking through the drive-through window. The food is exactly what I remember. Low quality with a slightly chemical taste to it. I work in an industry where I work with raw chemicals and as a result I can smell and taste preservatives that I work with when they are present in foods that I'm eating. Like I said I don't go to McDonald's very often, and I know they just revamped their image and their food over the last few years. But I'll be honest I don't notice any difference in the food or the quality of it. They might've updated the pictures on the menu but the food is exactly what I remember. Went through the drive thru on a Sunday evening after driving 10 hours from California the last three hours in a blizzard. I just wanted some fast food for my family, and to go home and get out of my car. ordered $18 worth of food including burgers, spicy McChicken sandwiches, fries and sausage egg mcmuffins. Get home to find a bag that contained two regular fries, and two happy meal fires. A bag full of fries. I didn't want to drive back in the blizzard so I called them and they took my name down and said come back any time. I did go back two days later only to have the humiliating experience of the manager and cashier acting like I made the whole thing up and was trying to get free food out of them, in front of a line full of people. This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been to! Manager was very rude, she was verbally abusing her coworkers and yelling at him for giving someone an extra sauce without charging them, this went on for about five minutes as me and a few other customers were watching and hearing what was going on, me personally scared she was gunna yell at us! Then she continues to chew out her employee, when finally ending with calling him a dumb ass. You could tell the kid (probably a poor high school student with his first job) was uncomfortable with what had happened, I tried to order as quick as I could to avoid confrontation. Then while me and my friends were trying to eat our meal, the same old manager was on the phone, and she kept complaining that a group of people were wanting to come in for some food, and calling ahead to make sure, because it was a party of 40 ( which I admit, is pretty big) she literally said "are you serious? No you can't come in with that many people at this time. Home girl denied the COMPANY, MONEY. And a big chunk at that! It was only 9:30 too... So not even that late, she kept complaining, to the customer why she wasn't going to do it, because she had an inspection the next day. And didn't have the man power to do it! The first time they got my order wrong 4 times, with no verbal respect for me, and the second time, I called to ask if the McRib was back and was met with serious rudeness. First day dialogue: I ask for the dollar menu burger with no cheese, no ketchup, extra mustard, extra pickles. They give me cheese and ketchup so I go up to notify them Me: hey.. Me, checking my burger: okay.. This doesn't have cheese, but it also has ketchup on it And then some lady behind the counter snaps: I GIVE UP! I am NOT MAKING THAT BURGER ONE MORE TIME! I kept my cool, even though they were way unprofessional. Eventually they figured out my burger. But why does it have to take 4 times to figure it out? This was today's dialogue over the phone Grumpy lady answers like I'm already bothering her (pretty sure it was the same one that gave up on making my burger): McDonald's at the district. I'm not looking for a five star restaurant service when I go to any McDonald's. This one is clean (from the playground to the bathrooms), we get our food fairly quickly and is hot, and all the staff I have interacted with have been friendly. My kid loves the play area and it's great on cold days when we can't go to the park. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is for all the times I've gone through the drive thru and they just can't quite get it right. The manager at this store is unpleasant at best. She's not a customer service type of person which I think is a critical trait to have working in a fast food environment and more importantly running the place. It takes a leader (not shouting, yelling, criticizing) to elevate those that are earning minimum wage and to ensure your customers are being taken care of in a timely manner. Rather than shouting, criticizing and making excuse after excuse (which customers never want to hear), step up and get to work. Communicate properly, train properly and above all be an example by stepping in a helping out when things get off course. This will elevate your establishment and make your job a whole lot easier. In the end, 18 minutes to get fast food...at McDonald's...is unacceptable especially when the drive thru customers are getting their food in a timely manner and when there are very few customers inside. I have to admit, their huffing and puffing is an all time fave of mine, like opening and closing the microwaves where the food is cooked is so laborious. Worst Customer Service ever. This old blond lady had the worst customer service because she got my order wrong. I ordered two big breakfast plates (includes a hashbrown each), one med orange, and two extra hashbrowns totaling about $13. The self- kiosk did not print my receipt. When it was my turn to get my order, I was missing the 2 extra hashbrowns I ordered. The old lady would not believe me. I asked if she could print the receipt so I could show her but she refused and keep saying that I only got two. After she made such a scene, she finally gave me what I ordered with an attitude that I got it for free. If your employees can't do simple math or print out a receipt, then that's not an employee you would want to represent your business. read more

Don't pull forward!!!!! I live nearby and come here frequently because it's convienant. A lot of the time, they ask you to pull forward while they finish making your food. I've pulled forward a few times only to watch six cars pass me. I've went in and talked to the manager before. Nothing changes. It's been in the morning, afternoon, and in the evening. So today about an hour ago I went into this mcdonalds. I ordered 2 sausage burritos and a drink. I asked for hot sauce with my burritos. And i ordered stuff for my sisters kid. I then noticed that she had a poopy diaper so i wanted to make this fast. I pull up to the first window and they take my money. No problem there. But when I pull up the the second window they hand me my food. I asked specifically if they had put the hot sauce in the bag. They said yes. So I drive all the way home, and wouldn't you know it no hot sauce. I feel betrayed by this mcdonalds that I am a usual costumer at. I had trusted them when I was in a rush. And then I called up the manager to inform him. He was very rude to me. I told him about it. And he said next time I come in would I like some free hot sauce? I can take the hint of sarcasm. They don't always get my order right but when I come back in and ask them to fix it I get a sincere apology and the proper food asap.
