So, I placed an order on mobile app- get my receipt, and there was an extra $4 on it! I told them I was coming in. I showed them the app and receipt, said "they couldn't do anything about it"! REALLY! Not to mention, the large fries were filled to total LESS than a medium... they all exchanged conversation with each other in Spanish- being I don't speak Spanish, makes me wonder what they were saying about me and/or the situation ! As an avid doordash user, I placed an order at this Mcdonald's and was quite disappointed. I ordered two Carmel Frappe's and when my doordash driver arrived, the workers told him that the machine was "closed". This location is open 24 hours so for them to be closing a machine at all is very strange in my opinion. Mcdonald's was unable to process a refund for my order and stole my $16. As a multi billion dollar corporate company I think this is quite absurd and I definitely would look into correcting this location. The WORST service I have ever experienced! As s result, the food was absolutely horrible...cold, thrown together mess! I am 58 years old and this is the 1st review I've submitted but I feel my experience needed sharing. The staff was uncaring and unwilling to provide the minimal level of service. I ordered on the kiosk so no employee needed there, waited 25 minutes at our table, went to counter to find Noone willing to help and was mad that I asked about our meal...took another 15 minutes to get the cold nasty food, another 10 minutes to get our drinks after I demanded them. I understand that you may be short staffed or customers have to wait for fresh food, but this is ridiculous that the food taste rubbery and full of grease! I was there yesterday the store was empty but it appeared the drive thru may have been busy no one even noticed my presence. After waiting several minutes to be served a young man whom I passed while entering the restaurant whom I assumed worked there walked pass me into the kitchen area. He never bothered to great me, ask if I had been served or notify others of my presence. Several more minutes passed an another young man did the exact same thing after almost waiting in an empty store for almost 10 minutes as I was prepared to just leave a young cashier finally noticed my presence and my order was taken. Under any other circumstances I never would have waited so long but my options were limited without a vehicle. Took the cashier 5 minutes to ring up a large mocha last time I went. I wouldn't blame them for ringing up a frappe because so many girls order that, but she could of asked first before she pressed the button. Then she rings up a caramel mocha.....Then I go there again today and a different girl rings me up and gives me the $5 for two fish sandwiches deal, but I wanted to use the bogo coupon.... I didn't have time to deal with that or care too much about a slight price difference that's about a dollar difference. But when the girl needed a manager the other cashier told her there is no time for that.... Like there were 3 more customers.... Like please take the time and ask. If the customers was asking for the 2 for $5 deal yeah give it to them, don't just give it to every customer who just orders two fish sandwiches... I agree this is probably the worst McDonald's in the area. We frequent McDonald's as I have a 2, 4, and 16 year old. My children love this play place, mainly because of the train, however it's been some time since that has worked. The cs her is the worst, and when asked to speak to the owner whom was at location I never saw them. I travel over 20 miles to come her for my kids, but we will most definitely find another one. In the past I've had really good service at this Mac's, but about a week ago 12/5/17 did not qualify. About 11 am went in and ordered a hot and fresh double fish sandwich to go. A manager, female, Spanish looking took my order. Usually this is about a 2-3 minute wait while they cook the fish which is fine by me. It only took a minute to prepare and I knew it wasn't cooked for me. Also, she plopped it on a tray handed it to me, I asked her, are you sure this is hot and fresh? She nodded. I said ok but I ordered it to go and a medium coke. She snatches up a bag and slams it in the bottom of the bag. I took the food out got in my vehicle and started driving away. Opened the bag and the sandwich was not a double and was cold. Came back to the restaurant, went back in with my sandwich and receipt. Same lady came over and I told her it was not a double and showed her the receipt. Again she rudely snatches up the sandwich and went to the back and in seconds came back with it, threw it on the counter and turned away. She knew I was POed and was trying to be rude as possible to me. I'm not hard to deal with, all it would have taken was a "Sorry about that" to diffuse the situation.
