Smalls sliders is a must eat!! The food is fantastic! The sliders are not as small as a Krystal and not as big as a regular hamburger. They are really the perfect hand size. They are sooo good!! Then they have seasoned waffles fries they are fried to perfection. Chick fil a could learn how to make a great waffle fry from Smalls. The fries honestly are the best ever!! We live in the Taylor's area and have traveled to Spartanburg 3 times in the last month to Smalls. We just discovered this place about a month ago. I really wanted to like this place, however they have several complaints. The best thing about Small Sliders is their service. The lady at the counter provided great customer service and food came out in 3-4 minutes. Considering how busy it was then, I like how efficient they are like Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately that's where the compliments end. Pricing for the combos are slightly above what you would pay for at a fast food burger spot. In addition, the menu when ordering will make you feel like you're being nickel and dimed. I didn't mind paying for the queso, but paying extra for each of their sauces felt extra. There's only so few fast food restaurants that charge for extra sauce. The food portions were surprisingly small. Yes sliders are small, but the fries portion felt very sparse. It might have been the smallest side portion I've received at a fast food restaurant. The food is good for what it is. I'd prefer this over your typical fast food burgers, but by only so much. All orders are packaged to go, regardless if you choose to dine in or not. There are outdoor tables that you can sit there and eat if you'd like to. If you're looking for something quick in the area, good service, and a small burger meal, this in my opinion would be a good place to go. This stop at Smalls Sliders was a real treat. My daughter and I and my youngest grandson were making the retail rounds in Spartanburg, S.C. and decided that we were hungry. I'd passed Smalls Sliders many times but never had time to stop. Those sliders were the bomb! They are like mini cheeseburgers with a wonderful sauce on them. They were made fresh and our Waffle Fries were hot and delicious! The price was very reasonable and we weren't hungry when we departed. The service was fast with no mistakes. I gave Smalls Sliders a try. The lines are always massive. The smells are always great. I honestly wanted to love this place. I really am not that big of a grump believe it or not. I ordered the 3 slider combo with fries, a drink, and an extra side of Smauce. I didn't love the fact that the Smauce cost a whole $1 more to add, but I thought the portion would make it worthwhile. Look at the way it's shown on the menu. I get that it's for presentation, but come on... Sliders and fries were fine. It really was unremarkable. And that's not a problem. A lot of places do a quality product that doesn't quite stand out to me. The thing that does stand out is the Smauce portion. Frankly, it's deceptive advertising to show a great portion only to give you a standard 2 oz ramekin of it. For a $1 upcharge, I should receive 2 of them at the bare minimum. Finally went to check out Smalls Sliders. The sliders are very greasy. The bread on the sliders were cold. The sauce is like the big mac sauce. The waffle fries were crispy and warm. It was very greasy and heavy because of the seasonings. I think I prefer Chickfila waffle fries. For the price, it wasn't worth it. Probably cheaper to go to MCDs and get a big mac. read more

This place was good when it first opened. Now it's terrible. Stopped by tonight and it wasn't busy. No people waiting in line up front and 2 cars behind. They had 3 customers including me. I asked for a biggie combo which is 2 sliders that comes with 2 patties and extra cheese. I also asked for a side of smauce. I get my food at the window and I could already tell the dirty blonde haired girl didn't want to be there, (you should find a new job then), I look in the bag quick and notice there was no smauce. The food was amazing. I've been to a lot of "not your average burger joint" type of places in Spartanburg. Most are mid in taste and high and cost. This slider restaurant however, is fantastic. The price for freshly made burgers is very reasonable ($28 for 2 meals w drinks and a milkshake), and extremely delicious. The sliders are flavorful, and the buns sweet. The waffle fries are crispy, and the cookies and crème milkshake I had was fantastic.
