Morning service I would rate a 5. The woman who works drive thru M-F mornings is a rock star !!! Beyond that, service is variable and often horrible. Wait time in the drive thru are long. Often asked to "pull forward" which makes wait times even longer. Always ask for a receipt because most of the time your order will be wrong. Quality is also variable.... uncooked fries, greasy burgers. Availability of items is also inconsistent. Morning menu often excludes breakfast burritos. Frequently out of ice. Often out of Diet Coke. Whatever they are doing in the morning needs to be replicated in afternoons/evenings and weekends. read more

Came here around 1:30 pm with my boyfriend, lady with short hair working first window and drive through headset who took our order was very rude when taking our order and had a terribly unwelcoming attitude. I do not recommend this McDonald's due to the unwelcome and rude behavior from this staff member. read more

This review is not about the staff. They are excellent--friendly, attentive, and doing the best they can with what they've been given. Whoever owns this facility has severely neglected it. There is no ice, the ceiling leaks when it rains, and today the dining room smelled like a gas leak. At this point, the building itself seems to be participating in the McDonald's value menu. The employees deserve better, and so do the customers. A fast food restaurant shouldn't feel like it's one maintenance issue away from being featured on the evening news. read more

I regret to inform you if you decide to come here you will NOT get a damn ice cream. Not because it's broke but because after a certain time they get lazy. They must have short term memory because why is my sauce NEVER in the bag. Fries = no salt, and shakes get mixed with different flavors(don't complain because they start yelling). Quick stop for a fish sandwich and milk shake. Ordered the filet light tarter and add lettuce and a chocolate shake. Not another soul inline. Fish sandwich was terrible and forget the special requests. Milk shake tasted like cleaning solution and was no where near chocolate. Gosh... do better. read more

This place is a hot mess. Good luck walking on the slip n slide grease covered floors. I would definitely stick to the drive through to avoid the terrible sound of the (I'm assuming queen boss manager) screaming at the other employees. Flies in the dining area, no ice, and trash all over. Even though they were medium busy the food came out and had the appearance and taste of leftovers from the day before. The worst in the state hands down. Every time I have gone they have to make something and I have to pull forward, but I don't get special orders. This last time they had me pull into a spot and 5 minutes later, yes I timed, they brought my food but no drinks which is why I was told to pull into a spot. I went here this morning as I do most mornings and ordered a coffee. (Iced coffee) it was given to me hot and I told her I wanted it iced please. She opens the lid and threw ice on the hot coffee. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered a cheese burger, and it took 30 minutes to come out. When I got back to my car I looked at the burger, and my onions as well as my ketchup were on top of my bun, and my pickles were next to my burger. NOT EVEN ON IT. Went for Breakfast this morning, when I opened the bag the 3 sandwiches ordered had been placed on a paper wrap but not closed to maintain heat or the food inside the sandwich. They had also just been slapped together cheese and egg mostly hanging outside of muffin. The hash browns were not even in their package. In fact, the package had not been opened to place it in, just thrown in the bottom of the bag. Cold & Naked hash browns! I don't know why I continue to go to this place. Come for a burger and get Covid for free. Only 1 employee wearing a mask. With raw fries and what tasted like a stale burger. Other items were missing from order. And the kicker is warm ICED tea. This McDonalds tastes like all the others, but sucks in comparison. Almost everyone working there acts like you're bothering them by ordering food. 90% of the time, when I order fries, they don't even come close to filling them all the way (that is if they get the size right to begin with). In addition approximately 40% of the time, they screw up something on my order. It doesn't matter if I order my meal by the number, or if I simply ask for my hamburger with only ketchup, they find a way to screw it up. Considering the terrible attitude of the staff and their ineptitude in taking a simple order, my 1/5 is certainly warranted. read more

Horrible experience! Very pushy woman handling the payment in the drive thru. I was trying to find correct change. My total had changed when I arrived at the first window. I could hear her say come on lady it's not hard to find the right change. After I paid I went to the second window ,and they gave me only one item that I ordered. They tried to push me along . After I finally got all my food I got home and realized they gave me a big Mac in stead of a quarter pounder yuck. I will never be back to the Spring Arbor McDonald's. read more

I have to agree with the other two comments. This MacD's gets drive-thru orders wrong at least half the time. You have to check everything before you leave if you want the food you ordered when you get home. Also, most of the time the fries are shorted by about half, especially at night. As I travel for a living, I often live out of such establishments and none of them do as badly as this restaurant. I just don't get it. read more

This was a decent McDonalds, but lately I see new personnel all the time. There is a complete lack of manners here. My drink was incorrect twice and I had to wait a long time and didn't receive an apology. I will not be back...very rude employees..they dont care at all...no pride in there job! read more
