This McDonald's restaurant is brand new and has a beautiful, modern interior with lots of touches which help make the facility stand out from the other restaurants in the area offering similar food/services. I've been there 3 times since it opened and all of my visits have been great. My only issues with my last visit were the following: 1. It seems like the person who took my order simply gave me what they wanted me to have, rather than what I actually ordered. 2. The behind-the-counter flow of the team taking the orders was out-of-sync with the team making the orders, so it took way too much time to get the simplest things done without a Manager having to step in and assist. I'm sure those things will be worked out over time, though. If nothing else, you should check it out to view the interior. Very cool! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down the worst McDonalds in existence. Drink machines in lobby literally never work. Ice cream machine always down. So slow you might as well just drive the extra distance to spring Lake and be done with it. read more

This store needs some serious attention. While they have a few really wonderful staff members, most are rude and act inconvenienced when asked to do something. The third shift crew is a nightmare. I've been given a hamburger that was flat out rotten by them..as well as a McChicken loaded with pickles. They don't even come with pickles! They gave me spoiled tea one night that made me violently ill. I've been shorted food more times than I could count. When I call the store with any complaint they are dismissive and nothing ever changes. I've stopped visiting this location all together and driving an extra 3 miles to go to the next closest one. I hope this store can get their act together and offer customers a decent option in our area. read more

The management and service at this location is terrible. If you receive your correct order (not what they want to put in your bag) your wait is at least 25 minutes, maybe longer. I only stop at this location because it's down the road from my house. Lately, I just drive to the Cameron location. The service there is faster and a little more accurate. read more

The worst McDonald's experience of my life. Ordered a Big Mac, it was made with cheeseburger buns that were hard. The lettuce was old and whithered and mostly just in the box instead of on the sandwich. Tastes like an old shoe. Fries were soggy and cold. On top of waiting almost 20 minutes at the drive thru. Went through the drive-thru this evening on my way home. Should have known it was going to be bad when I noticed one of the menu boards was not working. I proceeded to order a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal for my son and a 2 Cheeseburger meal for me. Didn't receive a receipt at the pay window and when I pulled forward to the pick-up window, the young lady handed me my drinks and then appeared confused, as if she might have the wrong meal. I took a cursory look in the bag and drove off. When I got home I found the following: 2 smashed cheeseburgers that had to have been sitting in the pass through for sometime and were cold, one half-filled carton of french fries where there should have been two, also stone cold, and my son's 10-piece McNugget contained only 8 pieces, which... surprise, surprise...were also stone cold. Horrible experience this morning, but I'm sure no one cares. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Had I taken the extra 10 seconds to check my bag, I would have seen that both of my gravy biscuits barely had any gravy on them at all! How is this even acceptable??? This McDonald's is ok. They at least get your peers right most of the time. I would recommend this one for sure.

Not to sound like an absolute Karen, but these people working at this McDonald's were all very snarky, out-of-pocket rude, and tried to ask for the wrong order back after they already gave it to us (why would they even consider asking for the wrong food back, especially during Covid, and also considering that it's simply gross to give another customer second-hand food?) the lady (I'm assuming manager) stayed at our driver side window and berated us, and kept repeating that she was only giving us a McChicken and a 10pc McNugget (which didn't complete what we ordered), and none of the sauces we asked for, simply because the food that they gave us the first time (which she tried to ask for back) was a "$10 burger" (I don't even think there's a burger for $10 on the menu) and "made up" for the items that she didn't give us from our order. ALSO, THERE WERE BONES IN THE MCHICKEN!! I'm kind of appalled at this experience, which is literally the worst drive thru experience I've ever had. There's no way that this happened because "Covid is difficult": this happened because these people show their customers that they simply don't care about their manners or their customers' order. I'd start fresh on this one, just go ahead and hire new staff. These people clearly don't have any respect for others. I've worked in fast food for four-five years -and customer service- and I know what it's like, but this is NOT how you treat your customers, PERIOD. Anyone working in food distribution during Covid knows not to ask back for food, so the fact that she was asking for the wrong order back-and being super rude about it- reflects poorly on the entire restaurant (speaking from customer service experience). This McDonald is always cold in the mornings, and the manager says they have no control over the temperature or volume of music. Service in this location is an atrocity! If you think you can get in and out quickly, think again. During the busy times, I have waited in drive-thru for as much as 38 minutes before getting my order. The only thing worse than the wait is the amount of orders they screw up. I stopped going here after 3 tries because it just seems no matter how slow you speak, no matter how many times you repeat what you want, or how many times they repeat it to you, the order usually comes out wrong. The inside is no cup of tea either, people will walk past you even though they clearly see you standing there waiting to order. The last time I was there, i stood there for 8 minutes before someone acknowledged me, then waited on the black female that was in line AFTER me. When I asked for the manager, I was told she was not in. I will never go back. read more

This is not a place you want to go if your in a hurry. . We got our ice cream first by the time we got food we had to get new ice cream as it melted all over truck . We get new ice cream now what a mess . Get the food drive 3 min home food is cold . The meat is so thin on a big Mac it looked like a sliver of thin ham. I bet we spent a half hour waiting. We can't get biskuts in morning due to under cooked. But hey what are you going to due on a dark Rd were ppl are forced to get there burger . Bring on burger King put them right under. I visited this Mcdonalds around 8:15 p.m. on December 13th, 2018 and went through the drive-through and proceeded to order. The lady over the speaker tells me she didn't have the meat to make the quarter pounders and signature. I asked her if that was for all the burgers or just those burgers. She then came over the intercom clearly upset to tell me that it was only those burgers. I said ok and ordered. Well, the lady at the first window was nice and wasn't the one that took my order but the lady at the second window clearly had an attitude. She never spoke to me but gave me my food and walked off with an attitude. I called and spoke to the manager and she ensured me that she would talk to her. The reason I am leaving this review isn't for retribution but to inform corporate or whoever reads this that although this may be Mcdonalds it is still a place of business and it only takes one bad employee to mess it up for the rest of the great employees that work there. Not to mention they give you attitude when you tell them they messed up your order and the fries taste like crap. Seems like management here sucks. They don't hold themselves or their employees accountable for anything. I used to come here everyday for the iced coffee but I am done with this location. They will randomly not take debit cards only cash, and then they will be randomly closed for cleaning. If your operating a food service restaurant, shouldn't it be clean at all times. The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They will screw up your order every. Single. Time. Bunch of rude kids that don't give a crap about their job with managers who obviously can't do theirs. I swear if you ask for ice cream, they will just tell you the ice cream machine is down just so they don't have to make it. Bc it's down year round. So I just don't ask anymore. I would go somewhere else to get fast food but unfortunately it is the only establishment close to my house. I also have two children who love McDonald's and I will sacrifice my pride just for those two. Oh don't expect straws, napkins condiments. This is the second time this location has messed up my drive-thru order. They left off half of my order and I had to go inside to clear it up. The server at first insisted that he completed the order and went silent after my food was found sitting on the counter. You have to repeat everything 2or 3 times.
