Apparently you can't get fresh food at McDonald's any longer. I ordered large fry made fresh and after about two min they showed up with my so called fresh fries which im were limp and barely warm. I told these idiots that I ordered fresh. The window boy took them and went to the back then came right back and said they said these were fresh. I said No! I want fresh ones. He left again only to return with the same fries. They must think I'm an idiot. I told him that I used to work for McDonald's and fries take at least 3-4 min to cook. He insisted they were fresh. Came here while on a road trip and the service was horrible. Food was not the best I've had, but mcdonalds is mcdonalds, right? In so cal every mcD's I've been to has excellent service. The woman at the drive thru was so put out just to have get us cream and sugar for our coffee. My mcdonalds asks you how many creams & sugars you would like and puts it in for you. Went there last to grab some snacks for a group of people visiting at my house. I ordered 15 chocolate chip cookies and a meal, they sounded pretty surprised when I ordered that many cookies and told me that it would take awhile, I told them that it was fine. When I got my order, I expected the cookies to be hot or at least warm, they weren't, and my large fries were filled half way and that really pissed me off but I figured oh well, that's what you get from someone who works at McDonalds! read more

I am a fan of McDonald's. Wherever I am in the world, on Saturday mornings, I find one and order my usual Sausage Egg McMuffin meal with a large Diet Coke. I had a McDonalds closer to my hotel, but chose this one because it had the self-service ordering boards, which I was excited to try, it being that my local McDonalds does not have them yet. The process was easy to follow. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to pull up any money-saving offers on my phone app, perhaps this McDees doesn't participate. The board and keypad had a lot of fingerprints, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. I was surprised to see that the Shamrock shake was still in the system, I let my daughter order it anyway. The board instructed us to take a numbered pager and wait in the pickup area for our drink cups. The inside of the restaurant was not busy, I waited awhile for our cups, but was given a show by the on-duty manager who was mocking an employee who wanted to clock out early. The manager told her, "People are our business," or something like that, and told her just to go, while the employee, caught by surprise, by the vitriol and sarcasm, insisted she was sorry and could stay. Lucky me, I got to witness it all (sarcasm). The cups did come and at that point I was informed that the Shamrock shake was not available. We opted for strawberry. The food arrived, we were still minus two large cups, I ended up grabbing my own next to the cash register, sorry. The food was as expected, except the McMuffin was under-toasted. The drink station was filthy. I had seen an employee there refilling supplies a couple minutes before I arrived. I was surprised to see trash and ketchup everywhere. I also need to mention the homemade sign with petrified chicken nuggets glued to the poster board, boasting of fresh, simple ingredients is not only tacky, but conveys the opposite message. Overall, this McDonalds has the benefit of a great location and the latest in brand's technology and aesthetics, but it really lacks in utilization of the provided processes, customer service, and cleanliness. This review us for the McDonald's on Telegraph. They suck! Not only do they NOT serve a full breakfast menu after 11 a.m. but the apparently don't even have eggs. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffen and they gave me a sausage, bacon, and cheese McMuffen. They were out of Apple turnovers. Look, I get it I went to McDonald's and I shouldn't expect a gourmet experience. But let me just say this, this is a one star rating not compared to a gourmet restaurant, this is a one star rating compared to just your normal McDonald's. 30 minutes it took to get our food that ended up being cold. This is by Far the filthiest McDonald's ever! Stopped at noon, wastebaskets in restrooms all overflowing and black cacked on spots in front toilets on the floor. FILTHY cooking stations & soda areas. Counters filthy...never seen such a pigsty at a McDonalds before! Totally agree with the gentleman who commented just prior to mine. Wish I could give this place no stars, probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered 2 ICED coffees and when we paid they gave us no receipt once we got our two HOT coffees we told the worker giving us our food that we ordered iced coffees. She then told us no, that we didn't and offered to give us a cup of ice... they messed up the rest of our order but that does not seem to be uncommon at this location. Whoever is in charge needs to fire these terrible employees or start training them correctly. Never in my line of work have I either treated a customer so badly nor have been treated so badly. This location is the most horrible store i have EVER been to. Unfortunately however my kids love Their food and they are the only one close to my house. EVERY TIME i go there my order gets messed up. the other day I literally spent 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get home and every part of my order was wrong. When i took it back they manager said ok we will remake it. PUT me in the back of a very long line of orders. I was waiting yet another 30 minutes for the remake. Even the grill cook was asking the people on the line "Hey, why is this lady STILL waiting for her stuff?" It was ridiculous. Yet again today My children wanted food again. Beautiful clean modern restaurant. Doesn't look or feel like a fast food. Very fast ad friendly and close to the freeway and the college.

The woman taking the orders was bored. It took awhile for us to get our food. And other family's orders took 15 min to get their food. It wasn't that busy, and over hearing the family that had to wait forever for there food had things missing from the order, and some of them were made incorrectly. read more

I guess I should have read the reviews to start with. I went to grab a quick bite before work, first thing is no credit cards accepted before a certain time of the day. I guess the lines they use for processing are not up in running in the morning unlike anywhere else in the country. Then I sit in the drive through for thirty minutes for to egg McMuffins. I finely get to the window and the jerk at the window instead of saying sorry for your wait or anything of the sort just looks at the folded up piece of paper in his hand an says that will be $7.xx. Being aggravated as I was with the wait and lack of respect I tell him he has got to be kidding me, I am now late for work from sitting in the drive through for thirty minutes (there was just two cars in front of me) his response pay or leave. Not only did the wait take at least fifteen minutes, but the lady that helped me was very rude. Ordered a simple Diet Coke, only to make it home and find out they gave me Coke. That doesn't sound like a big deal but to a diabetic college student looking for caffeine with the little money I have, it's a pretty big deal. to not only waste time and money on a soda I can't drink but to almost make my blood sugar skyrocket to the point where it makes me sick. I know it's just a McDonald's however the visit last night while passing through was unacceptable. It was busier than your normal McDonald's but when you order only a large coffee it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked the employee behind the counter what was taking so long for something so simple. She just gave me attitude and excuses they were busy instead of just pouring the coffee sitting right next to her. The cashier who took our order had disappeared into the back to take her break directly following taking our order and after waiting 20 minutes she decided to come back while no one took her post. It was really awkward for everyone (who stayed that is) to stand around while getting ignored that long. Another 10 passed and finally once that cashier came back I asked about my coffee to find out they lost my order.... I reminded her which she promptly poured my coffee only to find out it was ice cold. Being frustrated I nearly threw it back in her face. She finally got me another coffee to find out after leaving it was 25 percent coffee grounds and they forgot the sugar. This entire time I could see the manager who resembled a pedophile, lazily sitting in the back refusing to come deal with all the angry customers. I will be contacting their corporate office. Decently clean place for a McDonald's. Low remarks because it was 8pm on a Monday night aka dead as hell time. Had a party of 5. I was third to order. When I started telling the broad what I wanted she kept turning to the burger flippers and talking to them. I had to say my order 3 times because she wasn't paying attention. Some yuppie scum bag was in front of us and I wasn't paying too much attention but I guess one of the broads asked him for his number when he was about to leave so he went back and gave her his number. It's McDonald's not the mall. Sure it's an entry level job but show some pride in your work. I feel old complaining about this kind of stuff but this kind of stuff leads to working half arsed and why my order is wrong half the time. First walking into the store with my boys I had an old lady that was mopping the floor tell me not to order at the cashier to use the self order because she thinks it's faster. I politely told her no I would like to order at the front and she got really really rude shaking her head at me and saying stuff under her breath just quite enough to where I couldn't hear. As I was ordering she was mopping around us and my son stepped on a part that was wet and she freaked out on my TWO 2 YEAR OLDS.. she kept giving my boys dirty looks and shaking her head and it made my boys uncomfortable and made me quite mad.. by the time i got my food after 10 minutes it was all wrong.. I tried to tell them but everyone was quite disrespectful.. I come here quite often with my kids so they could play and never had a day like this...
