Okay soo.. To start off i went for dinner with my family. We had to wait atleast 10 mins to be seated just because thete was no one at fornt... We were seated. I dont remember the waiter name but we were asking questions because we never been here. And were from vegas. She seemed annoyed and kept making faces. We all ordered steaks because honestly there want as much to pick from. We orded them WELL DONE. And they didnt even come well done... The food is super greasy as well. Wouldn't really recommend!

Sunday Oct 5th. Lazy waiter with bad attitude. Rolled his eyes at us when he delivered black biscuits, missing side, etc.

Oct 5, 2025. Breakfast. We actually ate breakfast also Oct 4, but this review is for today. In general however, coffee very weak and lousy. We had an experienced middle aged waitress expected better service however everyone in this restaurant has an attitude of don't bother me, and not caring about quality and that includes chef as our orders were not prepared properly, more in that ... coming. We asked for coffee and requested lots of creamer. We got about 6 creamers. Asked to bring 6 more. Later I Dan had to wave down a server as no one came to refill my coffee. If you are a breakfast restaurant, number 1 is keep the coffee and creamer coming !!!! We ordered breakfast. Waited a long time and mind you most of the restaurant was empty and staff were just standing around. It was at least 25 min wait for food. Food arrives with burnt black biscuits!! Why would you serve them? Ambers side of has Brian casserole was missing. Both days they don't bring or offer butter for biscuits or anything but I had gravy. Amber wanted butter too. Since we had 5 people our server had another male server help deliver all the plates to us. As our server had walked off Amber asked the guy server for her missing side dish, butter and we want new biscuits, not burnt !! This guy server rolled his eyes and walked off. I'm attacking a photo of him for management Our waitress cane back about 5 months ago later after she says the guy told her "we were missing a bunch of stuff". Soon properly baked biscuits arrived , the casserole and butter. Services's extremely slow and as I said they were really slow and most tables were empty. Staff were just standing around by kitchen door. They need train employees to fix their attitude, cooks to read orders and properly cook food This has happened to me before at this location when they served my day old hockey pick hard corn muffins and i had them replaced with fresh. We have at least an 8 hour drive home today, so slow service is not appreciated. But in closing we like Cracker Barrel and hope to see improvement. We come back once or twice a year to see shows at Tuacahn. Fix the attitudes!!!! Fix the sloppy meal prep, get better coffee or make it stronger. Please Offer espresso drinks like a latte, but this won't happen.

Cracker Barrel never disappoints. We love to shop in the store while waiting for our table or play checkers at one of their tables outside. Portion sizes are always good and service is always on top. This time my sister's chicken on her salad was a little dry, but overall still gives it a 3.5/5. My daughter loved her chicken tenders and Mac n cheese and my mom enjoyed her burger. Their new peach strawberry lemonade was really good as well. We always enjoy the time we spend here.

It was our first time eating here, it was a breakfast stop from Utah. We were not disapointed. The food was excellent, great portions and the breakfast steak was surprisingly flavorful and tender. The server was a pro, the food came 20min wait but it was okay. Love the fried apples...and the little retail shop while waiting. The ambiance is very country-feels.

Fried cheddar cheese, pic taken after I started devouring it!

We ate up on St. George Utah for a few days, and since we were hankering for some fried chicken, decided to grab dinner at Cracker Barrel. We ordered our fried chicken and a side of fried cheddar cheese. The fried cheese was a nice appetizer, hot and delicious! Our fried chicken came out piping hot! I don't usually care for chicken breast, mostly because it's always dry, but this one was super juicy! Possibly one of the juiciest fried chicken breast I've had! Instant favorite! For the sides, we had fried okra (good) makes potatoes (didn't care for the white gravy, so will get the brown next time), and turnip greens (kind of like collard greens, different flavor). The biscuits were slightly cristp on the outside, super fluffy on the inside. Our server, Rebekah, was super nice, very friendly, and did a great job serving us!

    My pancake so delicious

I love the cracker barrel but only in St George. I thought I took for pictures. I must have been hungry. The store where you walk in is so cute. I always find something I need, ha. The biscuits always hit. Service was great. I love St George everyone is so nice.

Is a small city, and we got lucky because usually is pack in the mornings. It was no line on a Sunday morning!! Probably everybody is at church. Place is very clean and family friendly. The staff are very courteous and very nice. They welcome you right away!! They have a great menu but unfortunately not to many option for food allergies customers. (For breakfast) Soy allergy, egg allergy, lactose free, gluten free. We had to order lunch instead of breakfast for our nephew.

We adore slipping away for lunch and settling onto the patio, where the world softens--shade drapes gently overhead, birds sing as if they've been hired just for the occasion, and time... well, time slows down enough to breathe. The service is nothing short of immaculate--attentive in that quiet, effortless way that makes you feel seen without ever being interrupted. And the food... oh, the food. The bacon-wrapped dates must have been crafted in heaven... or perhaps meant for the gods and somehow gifted to us. The tuna melt was so transcendent I found myself wondering if I had ever truly tasted tuna before... or if I had just been living a lesser version of the experience all along. And the beef bourguignon... my heavens. It was as if your grandmother--if she were also a five-star chef--had been waiting for you, simmering something rich and soulful to welcome you back after a long journey. Even the tea felt royal... and the mocktails were so delightful, so thoughtfully made, that not once did we miss the alcohol. The Painted Pony isn't just a meal... it's a return.

The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is fully on the service and not the food. We were there 1.5 hours with no wait to get seated, but once seated we waited 15 minutes before the waiter came to check on us. If they had been busy I would have understood but we were one of two tables in the restaurant at that time. Once the waitress came and took our order we waited forever to get our food. I think there was only one person back running the kitchen. The food was really good but considering how long it took to get our drinks and our food I give it 3 stars. The waiter was never around when we needed refills or had questions. I would like to return but I'm hesitant at the moment.

I told the person I made the reservation that I was going to be there for a birthday dinner, with the intent of having a great time. First of all, the server Domonic, was stiff....he didn't check on me or my partner other than to ask us to cut into our steaks when we got them. My guy's steak was not as he wanted....he wanted it cooked medium, he got almost rare....it had to get sent back...then a drink I ordered, a painkiller, tasted watery...and the Diet Coke my guy wanted had a strange taste. When I asked for another drink, the answer was quick and terse..."we don't give free refills" Wow!.......it's as if he wanted us to leave immediately and had the to go containers at the ready....(was it because my partner and I are an interracial couple?) (he had a bad day? ) (who knows) The interaction with the server felt off from the beginning. The place is nice, but I felt let down. Unbeknownst to the restaurant, they had a celebrity in their midst.....Olympic athlete, gold medal winner....not naming him unless asked.... I tipped Domonic $20 because customer service is hard and times are hard.... The ladies at the desk were nice and personable.... Would I come back here, not really..

45+ Minutes in 100° Heat, Passed Over Repeatedly, Then Offered a High-Top for a Toddler…read more Our experience at George's today was so bizarre, frustrating, and poorly handled that I am still trying to understand how a restaurant could treat a family this way. We arrived as a family of three--two adults and our toddler--and were told the wait would be approximately 15-20 minutes. We were added to the waitlist and waited outside in nearly 100-degree heat. While we waited, several parties arrived AFTER us. We know this with certainty because we watched them walk in, add their names to the list, come back outside, and even chatted with some of them while we all waited. Then, one by one, those parties were called inside and seated before us. After the last of them was seated, I finally went inside and asked the front-of-house employee in the pink shirt whether we were even still on the list. She assured me we were and said we were "next." We then waited approximately another 10 minutes. By the time someone finally came for us, our supposed 15-20 minute wait had become 45-46 minutes. And somehow, that wasn't even the most baffling part. We were walked through the restaurant, past multiple empty, standard-height tables, and taken down toward the bar. We passed yet another regular four-seat table there. And then we were offered a high-top table. For two adults and a TODDLER. Our toddler had physically walked into the restaurant with us when we originally put our names on the list. There was never any ambiguity that we had a small child with us. No booster or appropriate toddler seating was offered at this high-top, either. We obviously declined. Expecting a toddler to safely sit at a high-top is not merely impractical--it creates a completely unnecessary fall and safety risk. We were then informed that if we wanted a normal table, we would need to wait another 10-15 minutes. At that point, I was genuinely stunned. We had already waited more than twice the time we were quoted. We had watched parties who arrived after us get seated ahead of us. None of those parties, to our knowledge, were forced to choose between an inappropriate high-top and an additional wait. And we could literally see empty standard tables. When we specifically asked about the empty four-person table near the bar, we were told we couldn't sit there because that server was having a very busy day and it would be another 15-20 minutes before she could take us. So let me understand this: your restaurant allowed a family with a toddler to wait outside in extreme heat for more than 45 minutes, repeatedly seated later-arriving parties ahead of them, finally brought them inside only to offer seating obviously unsuitable for a small child, and then--while empty standard tables were plainly visible--essentially told them to go wait some more? At what point does someone on staff recognize that something has gone badly wrong and attempt to fix it? There was no meaningful apology. No sense of urgency. No empathy. No attempt to problem-solve. No acknowledgment that the original 15-20 minute estimate had turned into 45+ minutes while other guests were seated ahead of us. What makes this experience even more uncomfortable is that we are a mixed-race couple. I cannot say why we were treated differently, and I am not going to make an accusation I cannot prove. But after watching multiple parties who arrived after us be seated before us, only to then be offered uniquely inappropriate seating for our family, I am left questioning why our family was treated differently. Was there some legitimate explanation that was never communicated to us? Was this simply extraordinary incompetence and poor management of the waitlist? Or was there another reason? I genuinely don't know. But the fact that your staff's handling of the situation left us even having to ask that question should concern management. We were patient. We were polite. We waited far longer than we were told we would. We stood outside with our toddler in nearly 100-degree weather and gave your staff every opportunity to make the situation right. Instead, we were met with indifference and a level of front-of-house incompetence that was astonishing. Restaurants get busy. Servers get overwhelmed. Wait estimates can be wrong. None of that explains why multiple parties arriving after us were seated first, why no one noticed or corrected it, why a family visibly accompanied by a toddler was offered a high-top, or why--after more than 45 minutes--no one seemed remotely interested in finding a reasonable solution. We ultimately didn't need special treatment. We expected competent treatment. We didn't receive it. Management should seriously review how the waitlist was handled today and speak with the front-of-house staff involved, because this was one of the most poorly managed and deeply uncomfortable restaurant experiences our family has had.

I was in the mood for noodles, and my wife and I were intrigued by the notion of "healthy" foods…read more I don't think there was anything particularly "terrible" about the place, but I guess I could sum it up by saying I was underwhelmed. First off, the place is tucked away a little inside a business plaza, but there's a helpful sign right on Main Street to give you an idea where. I got excited when I got in initially, because of the Stubborn Soda fountain machine near the registers. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment, because the actual dispensers are all Pepsi products. Kind of wish they would get rid of the Stubborn Soda signage, since the pictures from other Yelpers of the fountain were one of the things that made me decide on the place. From what the employee mentioned, it does sound like the Stubborn folks were - ahem - stubborn about providing the sodas in a timely manner. I think it's a trend, because the soda shop down the street had a similar situation with the fountain setup. I guess my other gripe with this is, for a place billing themselves as healthy, maybe nix the sodas with high fructose. Ordering experience was fine - food came out quick. I was kind of surprised that they charge for additional dressing (it's really worth a $1 up charge?). In general, the food was fine, just seemed a bit overpriced for the quantity and quality. It did take a while to get someone's attention in the back after I had to go back and grab a third fork. The plastic forks my wife was using kept breaking at the sporks. Surprising and a little dangerous. Maybe invest in real utensils? Here's what my wife and I got to eat and drink: 1) Ahi Tuna Salad (add chicken) - There wasn't a whole lot of Ahi Tuna in this thing. Also, adding chicken for $2 doesn't get you much actual chicken, FYI. My wife wasn't sure which dressing she wanted so we got a second one. She liked it better, but $1 for dressing, really? 2) Teriyaki noodle bowl with chicken (add tofu) - Same concerns about not a large portion of protein. The noodles were plentiful and somewhat flavorful, although the sauce tends to collect on the bottom of the bowl, so the first several bites were a little dry. 3) Ginger tea - For some unfathomable reason, they decided to make this tea heavily flavored with cinnamon. It was gross. Kind of annoying because the sign didn't say ANYTHING about cinnamon, and when I asked the employee about that, she was like "yeah they flavor it with cinnamon". Probably a good idea to reference that on the sign. Fortunately, she was able to swap it out. I did offer to pay the upcharge for a Lavender Lemonade, and she took me up on that. 4) Lavender Lemonade - didn't taste anything like lavender. It was basically a normal lemonade, but purple. Fine, but not worth $3.50 5) Some sort of black tea - my wife got it and I tried a few sips. Fine but unremarkable. 6) Cooke Dough Mouse - It was okay, but I didn't like the texture much 7) Some sort of vegan cookie - Just kind of crumbly and bland I gravitated between 2 and 3 stars on this one and went with the lesser. I'm not seeing the hype. I just feel like there are other "healthy" fast casual places that are a better value, and with better food / drink options.

the best bbq ive ever had! forced my family to come here and they became just as obsessed (my dad…read moredoesnt like american bbq) the first time i came was on a thursday at 6pm they were sold out of everything we wanted, so we knew the hype was legit. on a sunday at 12 we got the big baller plate for 6 adults and 4 young kids. it fed us perfectly with a bit of leftovers, about 280 with tip. the menu is pretty large, meat focused with some veg options and sides. i love how they have daily specials that always change, and update the menu/announce when things sell out to the line. theres a lot of seating and i like how the utensils and to go station is self serve. there are smokers in the back and they offer tours when the pitboys are in the back! i tried to get one today (sunday morning) but the girl said they werent here today but offered one of their line cooks. super sweet but i declined (ill be back anyways haha) my grandma tried to order the fruits with tajin and chamoy, but they were sold out. they ended up giving her whatever they had left (like less than a 1/4 lb container) for free. so sweet! brisket - practically falls apart! never had it like that before. they even offered if i wanted a moister part which was nice. turkey - underrated. i wasnt expecting anything since turkey is usually super mid and dry, but my whole family was super impressed by how tender and flavorful it was. sausage - forgot what flavors we got but they both had a great snap and was soo juicy ribs - good, i personally like saucy baked ribs more esquites - delicious! i think if youre getting meats its better to get the plain one tbh mac n cheese - bomb, we finished this so fast rice - good, no complaints!

I don't love BBQ but this place is amazing! All the tables were full and it wasn't even quite…read moredinner time. Did I mention they were sold out of almost everything too? Yeah, it is that good. We tried the turkey bacon avo sando and the pastrami sando. Both were top notch. For sides, the esquites were our fav, followed by the mac n cheese but add pepper! We will be back whenever we can!
