This is got to be one of the most uncleanliest McDonald's I have been to. For starters the bathrooms, I highly recommend not using them. That is the nicest thing I can say. The staff has a soda machines off in the lobby as well as the catch-up dispensers. I have someone constantly cleaning the area but you cannot use the area. There's also employee that keeps drinks out on one of the tables and as she is cleaning, She drinks her beverages and throws them back on the table. It doesn't matter. If you're sitting at that table or not, she will put her beverages down. We came at 10:30 so our food was fresh because we came to order lunch. I have no complaints as far as my food. I was unsure about eating at due to the cleanliness and the only reason eight hair is for an old wives tale after a procedure we just had. This McDonald's is in a central location, and has a lot of traffic. At night, it is a living nightmare. Clearly understaffed, which is the fault of the managers and not of the employees, who obviously are overwhelmed and overworked. As a result, there is never anyone in the counter for dining in. Worse, after hours, if you are a DoorDash driver or a customer who stupidly scheduled a pick up in the counter, they have everybody waiting on a tiny space in the middle of the winter (the dining room is locked) for as much as half an hour, while the prepared food gets cold in the back. When I arrived, I realized that I had failed to charge my phone the night before, so I plugged it in to charge so I could order in the app. I had a headache, so I simply closed my eyes for a second to get a little relief when the manager BANGED LOUDLY on my table. She then told me I had to leave the store! No, "good morning sir" to get my attention, no asking why my eyes were closed or if I was doing okay. I'm not going to argue with the manager, and it's not as if I could simply ask for her manager, so I left. On the way out, I noticed there was a number posted on the door asking how my experience was. I had enough charge now that I pulled out my phone to take a photo when this manager TOOK OUT HER PHONE AND TOOK A PHOTO OF ME THROUGH THE WINDOW! What?!?! I felt and am extremely violated, singled out, and mistreated. Especially as a paying customer who visits this restaurant 5-6 days a week, sometimes multiple times a week. Abysmal location. A real embarrassment that it's in the CWE. The service is just about as bad as it gets. The only chance you have of getting food is if you are there in the morning. Evening/ late night don't even try. Even if you have ordered via DoorDash / Uber eats. Let me tell you about my McDonald's mobile app order. The first time I used it, I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. This morning I used it and it was absolutely horrendous. On the app I ordered two hash potatoes, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I went inside to get my order. I was told by the person filling my order that they had to make the hash browns. When they were ready, I had to wait for this person to fill other orders first. I got my bag, looked to see if there were two sandwiches which there were. When I got home, there were two BAGEL sandwiches. Where's my biscuit? I called the McDonalds and the woman said she realized she gave me the wrong sandwich and I could have a free dessert the next time I come in. I don't want that - I want my biscuit. It's not like I went through the drive thru and you didn't understand me. It was right there on the monitor so I'm thinking you could read it. So I got back in the car and drive back. Went back in and she handed me a sandwich. I asked her if it was a SAUSAGE egg and cheese and she opened it and showed me - A BAGEL. I said I ordered a biscuit so she went and got one and handed it to me. I took it home, opened it and there was a muffin. No biscuit for me. And this person told me that she was a manager. This place is very clean, very comfortable, and there's lots of parking to be had, too. Everything's in place to fix that fast food craving or offer a quick coffee via drive-through. (Andrew M. gives the place a hard time for not really being 24-hour. I've never tried coming at off hours, so I can't say much to that.)
