I stopped by here a couple a days ago with my lady, we usually stop here for a frozen coffee or so, We are a big fan of the McDonald's app and coupons they are really awesome to have and access to save on my total . But this night perhaps wasn't so great the code I gave the cashier somehow didn't work .. The manager on duty was called to the window.. While I'm explaining to her that we have the code showed it has been took, even showing her that we had has been used, she still wanted to be extremely rude , like it's my fault she didn't wanna correct the price, because she felt as if the store was loosing money. something I didn't really understand why or how was it my fault when it's coupons, and how are you loosing money because of my coupon .. Moral of the story this store wouldn't get another dollar from me or my lady not acceptable at all and it's just McDonalds why have coupons and a app if your going to act like that I understand it's like 7:30-900pm but this was a terrible experience.. When I finally got to the second window 50 minutes later, they gave us our drinks and told us to wait in the parking lot with 3 other people ahead of us. I ordered 3 hot caramel sundaes and asked politely if one of them could be put into 2 cups for kids. The woman said that yes, she could do that. When she went to fulfill the order, another woman was using the ice cream machine and started yelling at her while the whole staff chimed in. Then the chastizer asked me what I wanted and I explained and she replied, "well why don't you tell me that then." I told her that I told the other woman who originally took my order who was now standing behind her with a bewildered and defeated look on her face. The woman who originally took my order asked to go on break and ran out of the store crying. I felt horrible for her. The rest of the staff continued to chastise and laugh at her after she left. I've never witnessed anything like that in my whole life. Everyone in this store needs a reality check when it comes to professionalism. This is a horrible McDonald's to order food from. I ordered two breakfast #5's which is a sausage and egg biscuit with a hash brown. What I got was 2 McGriddles with cheese, egg, and bacon. There was no sausage at all. Not what I ordered. I called the restaurant and asked the employee what a number #5 and he stated what I originally wanted. What I got was an incorrect, cold mess...pretending to be a meal. I wasn't going to travel all the way back to restaurant. Had to take the loss, but definitely learned a lesson not to go there anymore. read more

This is a pretty mediocre McDonald's. The order is usually correct but I usually am asked to pull over in one of the side spots for a worker to walk out the food to my car. It usually takes 10+ minutes from pulling in to pulling out. I agree with the other reviewer who pointed out the uselessness of having two order lanes. This doesn't speed up the process at all. One other issue that stands out at this McDonald's are the prices. They are always higher than other McDonald's in the area. For instance, the McChicken here is $1.99 whereas I have seen it for $1.19 at other locations. Overall, I would still stop here if I was in a pinch for McDonald's. Don't judge me, it was a long day and McDonald's is my go-to for fast food. I know it's not good for me but I was running errands with a friend, everything else was closed, and we needed something at that very point in time. The drive through took forever and the lady was kind of rude through the speaker thing-a-ma-jig. I have no expectations for McDonald's. It didn't even bother me. All of the food was in our order but one of my cheeseburgers wasn't plain. RIP that one cheeseburger. I still ate it but I loathed every bite of "pickle and onion" that was on it. Any other burger, yes please. But I hate the taste of McD's pickles and onions. Anyways, McDonalds fries and cheeseburgers are my guilty pleasure..they replace the cocaine addiction I've never had. I realize this may be kind of a cop out, but It's hard to accurately judge an establishment you've only eaten at a handful of times. Not for lack of trying, mind you! They're just never open at night. That's right, this 24-hour McDonald's is NEVER OPENED between the hours of 12am and 6am. I work the graveyard shift and this McDonald's is one of only half a dozen establishments who are purportedly open at night. But anytime I go there, between the above listed hours, there is no one at the helm. The lights are on, there are people inside- presumably doing something to earn their graveyard shift differential pay- but no one answers the drive thru intercom. Their sign proudly announces that this McD's boasts a 24-hour drive thru, but there are no signs that lists their hours of operation. No signs that identifies their store number. Out of frustration one time I drove up to the window and tapped on the glass. Luckily one of the workers had the courage to confront me and I asked as politely and calmly as I could, something to the effect of "is this a 24 hour drive thru or not?" To which the employee informed me simply, "not in a row." read more

This is, without question, the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. There is no management at all at this location. I live down the street from this place and I go here A LOT for breakfast. I love the egg mcmuffin and now the egg white delight. Unfortunately, this location is my only McDonald's choice as no other location is close or convenient. McDonald's competitors don't have a hot bfast sandwich comparable in calories or fat. On weekday mornings the drive normally functions reasonably well. Getting the actual food you ordered is another matter. I just make it a habit at the pickup window to tell them what I ordered (they never ask) in hopes of getting it correct. I've stopped ordering the oatmeal because they over fill it with hot water and you just get soup. The last time I went inside to see the manager and explain the problem and that it had happened 3 times in a row. She had no interest in fixing the problem -- she just made me another being careful to do it correctly. Never go through the drive up at this location on weekends. I just got back. At 4 in the afternoon with just 2 cars ahead of me to order, I was in line 20 minutes. From the time stamp on my receipt of my order time until the time I actually picked up my double cheeseburger was 12 mins. And they weren't busy. There is simply no management. On a Sunday last year, from the time I paid until the time I got to the pickup window (only 2 cars ahead of me) nearly 20 mins had passed. When I got to the pickup window they told me they were no longer serving breakfast!!!!!!!!!!! I tried complaining to the manager but she told me it wasn't her fault because no one there listened to her. I've complained to corporate McDonald's but they seem completely uninterested in providing a positive customer experience at an inner city location. It's really sad that such an iconic brand that was once legendary for service has willingly become so terrible. read more

Went through a busy drive thru and told the cashier through the speaker 4 times to add a apple pie to the order. When we made it to the pay window we were told that it wasn't rung up and that we would have to Go back around and reorder it. They could have just given it to us or rung it up then. I may be going to Yelp Hell for reviewing this but I don't care. I checked in (it's an addiction! I can't stop!) and if I don't review it, it will haunt me in the sidebar for all eternity. Nothing to really complain about. I wish my burger was a little fresher today (I think it may have been sitting out, it was kinda chewy). But my fries were so piping hot I think the oil may have still been sizzling on them, so that's awesome. I realize this is all a matter of circumstance, and if I get there when they've made a new batch of fries, burgers, etc. Not much you can do about that. They have the two lanes of drive throughs, which I like. In and out, bada bing bada boom. Workers have always been friendly and efficient. I appreciate your "how are you today?" and "thank you, have a nice day" even if it's totally robotically insincere. I'll take it over nothing at all, which too many establishments are too comfortable doing nowadays. They have a RedBox, and they serve breakfast until 11! Where to begin... hands down one of the worst locations in the world. I know it's McDonald's but come on. We have gone numerous times when it was suppose to open for breakfast at 6 and been stranded in a cue of disappointment, only to be greeted with a what do you want tone. They assume that if the lights are off they are not open. What is worse is they are just usually cackling and talking while on there phone when running your card. There have been very few times in my life where I have felt as annoyed as I did at this fast food restaurant. I ordered a double hamburger, which was clearly old because of all the grease on the wrapper. When I bit into it, there were so many onions! The burger was practically drowning in onions. I was so confused, as I clearly remembered not wanting extra onions. The receipt did not even show anything other than an ordinary double hamburger. Also, there was too little ketchup and only one pickle. I didn't particularly mind fewer pickles, but the lack of ketchup was unforgivable! read more

Wish I could give them zero stars. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through lane with no one in front of me. When I didn't see anyone (at the window or even moving inside) after 15 minutes I finally honked my car horn and a woman stuck her face out of the window, not a face mask in sight, and SCREAMING into my car that they were not ready. After 25 minutes of sitting there I finally just drove away without getting any of the "food" that I had paid for. I've never had a terrible experience, per se, it's just fairly slow service for a fast food restaurant with average-to-sub par food. I go here semi-frequently for my morning McMuffin and black coffee, and, outside of being sloppily crafted, nothing's been screwed up yet. How would I describe the food's quality? Well, I hate myself and feel gross when I finish, but that's basically the same as eating McDonalds generally. Zero stars! 2am staff is toxic. Have it no other way but the high way. Sat at the drive through for about 30 mins. Staff was sitting inside behind locked doors. One behind the drive though glass was ignoring us after making eye contact. Seemingly smoking, maybe eating, maybe both. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed speaker/mic was broken. Switched to the app. Tried to order online, staff came out to tell us the "system was down" so we should cancel the order. Only 24 hour macD I've ever not been served. The drive-thru at this location is ALWAYS busy and service can be a bit slow, but sometimes I crave certain things from this place, so I endure the long wait times. I recently tried the egg white delight without the canadian bacon and it was fabulous. The white cheddar was an amazing touch. Today I tried the blueberry pomegranate smoothie which was good, but the my favorite smoothie from here is still the pineapple mango smoothie. If you haven't tried it, this is a must! read more

This McDonald's actually has one of the nicest workers I've ever encountered, which is really saying something for fast food workers. We had an Uber eats order and our driver brought us the entirely wrong order and didn't want to anything about it. I called the McDonald's to see if I could pick it up myself, and I spoke with w nice woman who said she had our order and I could pick it up myself. The drive thru workers were super helpful and easy to pick up our order. Made our night! read more

I'll admit that I enjoy "slumming" it at McDonalds from time to time and this one's the closest to my work. There is no shame in it. I've been there about a hundred times in the last few years. Why do I keep going back you ask? The convenience. And I also get off on torturing myself with the bad service. In the end, it can be therapeutic to atone for one's many past culinary sins and this McDonald's is a good place for that. Let's be honest. Fast food has it's place, and within that place its capable of reaching five stars. But this McDonald's is far from it. I can't say how many times they have totally screwed up my order. But I refuse to be one of those people that takes forever in line after they give me my food to check it prior to driving off while everyone behind you is cursing your existence! The line is slow enough (by McDonald's standards) already. The french fry quality is somewhat below average. Probably a 2 out of 5 stars with the occasional 3 star job. I know of a number of other McDonalds that consistently hit 4 or 5 star french fries. And YES! 5 star fries (though rare) are possible in a fast food restaurant. One last comment. The thing this McDonalds screws up most often is the coffee. When I order coffee I am always sure to ask that they ADD cream and splenda TOO the coffee. They get this right about 3 out of 5 times with the other 2 just giving me the creams and splendas separately in a bag. I have given up asking them to add 2-3 ice cubes to the coffee so that it's a "drinkable" temperature. They almost always just shovel a load of ice into the cup making it luke warm or even cold. Conclusion The other day I went through for breakfast and was pleased to actually see the manager for once. I get the feeling that management knows there is a problem, but it may take some time to get things right here. This McDonalds could be improved to a solid three star rating by simply getting their ordering correct 90% of the time. Right now they get something wrong about 60-70% of the time. If you order anything more complicated than a meal with a coke, you dramatically increase your chances of getting something screwed up. Another star could be added by changing out the french fry oil more frequently and doing a better job of serving fresher fries. I don't think they will ever get the 2 lane ordering system perfected no matter how hard management tries but that one would get them half a star, and the other half star would come from cleaning the inside more regularly. read more

6am there are two people in line. Me and the car in front. My order was two breakfast burritos and a sweet tea. Pulled up to the second window as requested and was met with a more than bothered face. Miss thing didn't say a single word. Not a hi or a good morning. Her facial expression said everything I needed to know; that she was annoyed by my, the customer's presence. Food was handed over (it was cold). She shut the window, and turned away, expecting me to leave. I waited, eventually made eye contact, she opened the sliding glass door, I asked for sweet tea I ordered, paid for, and saw her pour. (Watered down tea). Y'all, the look she gave was like "the audacity you have to ask me for your drink..." The whole encounter was unpleasant and honestly, unprofessional. Still, within the whole interaction, no words were spoken by her. I get fast food service is struggling with man-power and low wages, but there is no reason for this kind of poor customer service. Well the driver in the other lane did not allow me to do it. When I moved up so did he until I couldn't drive up!!! So I left. I've been twice to this McDonald's and both times both the service and food have been great. In all honesty it's hard to mess up McD lol but I've had other bad experiences so you never know. Had my usual no. 9 one day, the next day I had some nuggets and the new cheesy fries which are AMAZING. I could have had a second box! The only thing I didn't like is they don't have water from the drinks fountain, and they give you small pre-filled water cups. But well, no big deal. I will not be back to this McDonalds. I've been several times and the service has always been slow and completely unfriendly. Earlier this week I ordered a salad. Near the end of eating it, I had to spit out a very hard piece of black plastic about an inch in size. I did complain online and on the Banducci Enterprises facebook page. I will say the woman from Banducci did call me to hear what happened and try to make amends. However, I had to take 20 minutes out of my day to drive the piece back to that McDonalds so they could "investigate." I was told the manager knew I was coming and would get the piece from me. When I walked in and told the gentleman working at the cashier he initially tried to take it and I explained I was told to give it to the manager. He said okay. Told one of his co-workers, who then gave me a really dirty look as if I was the problem and she was irritated I was there. He went back to the manager, came back to the front and told me he would take it back to them. I gave him the piece and waited thinking surely the manager would come up and say something. The cashier came back and saw me still standing there just said "oh they got it." and went on to take a customers order. The manager didn't even bother to get up and come talk to me, and no one apologized for what happened or thanked me for taking the time out of my day to bring the plastic back to them so they could figure out where it came from. I believe the Banducci Enterprises rep said she would mail me something so we will see if I get a voucher or anything. I don't expect much but it would have been nice of the McDonalds staff to at least give me my money back for my meal or even just say thank you or I'm sorry since I had to drive back up there to give them the plastic.
